Fuku sushi is hands down the best Japanese food vendor in east perth, and I don't say that half-heartedly. Lady behind the counter is always really friendly and hard-working which is always nice to see. The other blokes that serve the food are also evidently hard at work and are absolute machines when it comes to packing orders. If i were to order via the phone while on the way there from work (5-10 minute walk) it is almost always ready for pick up. There are some circumstances when orders may take a while such as if there is work being done on the street as there are many Tradies that come here for food (for good reason) and if you order in store, it can take a little bit longer than the wait if you were to order over the phone. Food is incredibly good value for the money and whatever you buy, you will get your moneys worth. I prefer to get the Donburi and i pretty religiously order that as it provides a large amount of rice. I have tried other meals such as the Bentos, sushi and so on and all are the same in taste if you were to order from a top class Japanese restaurant. Bubble tea is also quite nice, wouldn't say its the best but it is not bad in the slightest. Overall just a really convenient mini Japanese restaurant in the city for local workers and anyone who has a chance to stop by. Would recommend to anyone at all, truly!

The woman behind the counter was lovely, and didn't mind us ordering prawn katsu bento, even though it wasn't on the menu. Our food was really nice, although I was a little disappointed by the spicy kara-age bento, as I couldn't taste any spice on it. There was a little too much sauce on the rice for my partner's liking, but it was good to me. Overall, really good bento sets. Would definitely return here in the future.

25/05/2021: Adding an extra star to my previous review for keeping me fuelled up for the past 12 months. Tempura vegetable sushi is a must try. My go to for sushi in East Perth. Friendly staff, reasonable prices and decent food. Unfortunately my wait for a take away lunch curry today was 35 minutes. Thankfully I had finished work. Might be worth checking prior to ordering if you are in a hurry.

I absolutely love Fuku Sushi! All of my friends who work in the area go there for lunch everyday. Just had the Katsu chicken rice paper rolls and vegetable tempura sushi. Highly recommend you try this place out :D

Hands down my favourite Japanese place in Perth! Even though I moved from the area 5 years ago, I still frequently make the drive to Fuku for the amazing food and welcoming service. There are a wide range of authentic Japanese dishes and some fusion style meals to choose from; my favourite being the Katsu Chicken donuburi. The food is always fresh with generous portions. This place is excellent value. I always leave Fuku happy and well fed, thank you to the owners of Fuku.

This is our local Japanese restaurant and their food is excellently priced, fresh, delicious and always on point! My partner and I dine here often and we have never had a bad meal here yet. The service is always friendly and welcoming. Their katsu chicken burger and their beef teriyaki bento are our fave dishes. Very relaxed casual dining, it's only a small restaurant but they do take away and also do great sushi platters. A fantastic little Japanese restaurant nestled in East Perth. This place is def one of our favourites!

Went there for lunch with friends. My wife had Teriyaki Chicken and I had fish Katsu Curry. Both were tasty. Prices fairly good. Worked out to be about 27 dollars for both. A spacious enough environment for kids or a pram

Simple and basic decore. Efficient service. Tasty meal. I had chicken teriyaki ramen - with chilli on the side that came out at the last minute. So yummy! The chilli topped it off for me as it added depth of flavour to the ramen Inexpensive satisfying and delicious!

From all the sushi places I have been this has by far the best kastu chicken bento box, amazing dressing on the salad, good mayo to soy sauce ratio, cooked perfectly. The sushi rice is perfect with the right ratio of spicy sauces ontop, clearly very fresh.
