very nice decor and quiet in the private room with elegant gold edged crickery but table service was very slow and food was below expectation.. excessively salty duck glutinous rice dish and very dry fried chicken. The steamed cod, snow crab, tofu salted fish and kailan were ok. Corkage $3 per glass and it cost $600 for 10 diners on wednesday night 12.1.2022 which is pricey for food that did not match the nice decor🙄

Service is first class and cuisine is well presented. This restaurant is one not to be missed. The high standard they have set should not be taken lightly!

One of the best Chinese restaurants in Perth, the standard menu items are perfect and the more pricey items (e.g. Singaporean Chilli Crab) are amazing. Would recommend for a large family outing, special occasion, or with friends. They have large individual rooms and the restaurant is very well appointed with attention to details, e.g. the high quality cutlery. A small note is the large family groups can get overly noisy with young children running amok between tables, but I wouldn't blame the restaurant for that choice, just parents but it may impact your dining instruments with screaming children. Overall great place, can get relatively expensive depending on the more exotic options selected.

We were there on a busy night and we were given the private room with no extra charge. This place is nicely decorated in luxury Chinese interior from table setups to fittings. The foods were amazing and tasty. We ordered the HK Bay tyle prawn, this was not disappointing at all because the prawns were huge. We also had mushrooms with kai lan, sizzling tofu, sizzling pepper steak, and fo shan chicken. Great portion of food and prices are reasonable. Highly recommend this place and we will definitely visit again.

We attended the Chinese New Year celebration at Han Palace this year. The atmosphere was nice and the decor, etc. However the service was really poor because they had so few staff on that night, there was no way to get the service you would like to have. We would have loved to have had some drinks, we even brought our own wine that we couldn’t drink because it took over an hour just to get the empty wine glasses delivered. Each time we went up to the bar to get a drink they asked us to go back to our seats and they would bring them which took so long. We were hoping that the food would make up for the slow service but unfortunately the food was really questionable. The platters were meant to feed 10 people which was not enough for all of us. The textures were strange, the flavours were lacking and it was really unsatisfying. We have had many Chinese dinners and this was the worst one yet. I am not really sure what happened but we would pass if invited to this venue again as the cost was very high for the quality and service. They did have some nice champagnes available for a good price.

Han Palace gets a star for being able to park at the door. Had a great lunch with fantastic company. Service was excellent, prompt and friendly. The food was great Australian style Chinese and did not disappoint. Sweet and Sour pork, Sizzling b;ack pepper beef and other favourites were all on the lazy susan. All excellent. This is a restaurant that i have been to several times over the last few years and it is consistent and serves great food. Well worth a look.

Always a fantastic experience at Han Palace. Awesome dishes that make it worth travelling 5 hours for. However, the best part of visiting is the warm welcome we always receive from the host Ivan, even though we do t make it up to Perth as often as we used to he always still recognises us when we come in and always provides the best service we've ever had at any restaurant. Would recommend to anyone who likes authentic food.

I was a little worried when I arrived on a Tuesday night and we were the only customers. I was hosting some very discerning Chinese people who were accustomed to long queues for good food. However, Han Palace's food was great, absolutely no complaints and everyone enjoyed the meal. I would heartily recommend them to anybody who likes Chinese food.

We had a party of six seated comfortably around the large round table. Fantastic food and service. Overall it was a pleasant experience with great atmosphere and style. As you would expect in this location parking is virtually impossible..catch a taxi or perhaps an establishment of this calibre should consider a valet parking service. Subtracting half a point for extremely tarnished cutlery. My reluctant second deduction has to be for the very pretty but impractical serving plates wasting a lot of space on the pleasantly oversized lazy susan. Wedge shaped plates for dishes with a round plate for rice would permit much larger orders to fit on the table.

Best Chinese in Perth. Hans down! We finally tried this place 3 months ago after living across here for years and never having tried. Wow were we completely taken back. Like entering another world! A Chinese culture, high class world. Best salt, pepper chilli tofu I've ever had & garlic kai lan. Been 3 times now! It is definitely the best. A reason they have so many awards on their wall
