Went on the weekend. Lovely restaurant and staff, however the beef Curry I had for main meal, had very very tough beef. Almost like leather! Entree of Momo Dumplings was amazing though. Just wish the main meal wasn't so tough.

Ultimate food great staff love there cream chicken korma. I wish there were more stars than I can give them for there superb hospitality. It was my birthday and manager gave me complimentary beer to me and my friends. You guys made my day.

I was expecting it better based on the reviews... Something that I don't like for restaurants in general is when they use carpet on the main eating area... Not only it might be super hard to clean residues of food, but also its the perfect place to grow bacteria and to trap smells. Food was good to average and waiters could have better trainning.

My partner and I have been coming here for quite a number of years now and have finally decided to write a review! Most importantly, it should be said that the food is delicious and authentic and always made with great care. It is served by warm, friendly, and capable staff who know their menu and take the time to know their customers. The atmosphere of the restaurant is unpretentious, vibrant, and welcoming, and it is well supported by loyal locals. No doubt that we will always keep coming back here. Ps - for a vegetarian option we highly recommend the chilli paneer and mismas vegetables (with jogi rice).

It was one of them nights pondering what to eat. We came to the decision to pick up a curry on our way home for an early night. When we ordered online a few minutes passed and unfortunately our sharer for two wouldnt have enough beef. Not to worry the still had plenty of other options such as Goat. When we arrive and walked into the aromatic walk cosy restaurant I knew we'd made a mistake by not dining in. The woman behind the counter was lovely and smiley and the whole place had a wonderful vibe. It was early on a thursday but the few tables that were occupied were filled with laughter shared between waitresses and customers. The food knocked me for six, b e a utiful. We'll be back andthank you :D

I went in late on Monday night and got the dahl to go. It is amazing, so flavorful definitely one of the best I've ever had. The food was ready really quickly and the service was very friendly. I will definitely be back and I'm looking forward to trying the other vegan items on the menu.

Great option for milder Indian food. Their menu is very similar to most Indian restaurants, but not as spicy. The helpful staff was very thoughtful to accommodate my restrictions (vegan), as well as my wife's (she's pregnant). Portions are ok for the price, the premises are nice and friendly.I just don't give it 5 stars because it lacks originality - meaning, I can find the same experience elsewhere. But, again, if you like Indian food, but don't fancy spice food, this is a good option.

A delightful fusion of Nepalese and Indian cuisine... Goat curries, spiced meats, pappadums, basmati rice..... ie all the 'usual suspects' of food offerings from the Indian sub-continent, but with a Himalayan 'spin'.... Perfect for a cool autumn or cold winter's evening.... ( PS if they say the dish is 'hot' or spicy.... It is!!!!)... Located on Stirling highway.. just past the intersection with Glyde street in Mosman park.... Put it on your to-do list!!!!

We were restaurant hopping for the night and decided to stop at the Himalayan for dinner and were not disappointed. The momos are to die for. All the dishes taste authentic. The ambience is apt. I will definitely visit again.
