F. S.Extremely busy.
Only 4 staff members were working, trying their best to serve customers on time.
I think they need more staff members during busy hours, like weekend nights etc.
B. M.Can't speak for the business today, but 15 years ago the manager (I think his name was Kim), was the nicest manager out there. Always gave me the best Happy Meal toys. Ahhhh..., good times. How I miss those childhood days. Nostalgia trip right here.
C.I wish there was a more condensed menu that I could read without being overwhelmed. After a bit of gathering my head I finally ordered the super stunner deal, it was adequately satisfactory, I liked how they had a place to charge your thing at the table!

M. B.Had a great experience with the manager (black dreadlocks) on Tuesday night. I had an order where I was concerned the wrong patty had been given to me as there was an extra patty of a different kind (vegan cheeseburger ones). We ordered the plant based rebel whoppers. The manager said he was confident they were the plant based patties but to allay my fears he remade them for me. Top customer service and will definitely bring me back more often with more confidence in HJ's ability to provide me quality oversight on my orders.
M. B.Just like McDonalds this place has plenty of yummy food and burgers to choose from and has built up a much better reputation than in the early days and has all the customers it can handle. Back then their french fries were no better than McDonalds'. But now they are a golden and tastier thicker steak cut size.

M. P.Food is good, service is ok had to remind them about our drinks then told sorry that's not working, Staff are a bit unorganised and play and yell whilst customers are still in the restaurant. So the atmosphere was not welcoming more like customers were not
annoying by eating in.

M. D.A fifteen minute wait in the parking bay! For a drive through that is pathetic service. On the upside the food was absolutely delicious despite the fact that they were very shy with the jalapenos on my Chipotle burger. Everything was fresh and piping hot as it should be. C'mon guys, I'm sure you can do better service wise if your food is that good!

However they have failed to give me my nuggets dipping sauce for the third time this couple of weeks.. Please stop depriving me of the honey mustard dip, the meal is just not complete otherwise.

T. T.Close to public transport. quick service.Now I have doubts about their chicken burgers. Didn't feel well last time I had one. Didn't feel well after I last had Kentucky Fried chicken either.
