This store can be a bit hit and miss at times, for example at times you could get the best whopper in the world and you could come back the next day and be pretty disappointed. Though having said that they don’t do a bad job all in all, more often than not they serve up quite a nice burger fresh chips and cold drinks so for a fast food place it’s pretty normal But nothing to write home about located on the corner of Minara and Beechboro Road good location drive-through is sometimes a little tight if you aren’t in a small vehicle

My husband and I went for a dine in but all the tables were dirty and needed wiping down. There were no customers bar a grandmother and granddaughter. The drive through was also empty and so.many in the kitchen. Would have taken 5 mins to have wiped them down We ended up taking our meals.home.

Their service is a lot better over the last year. Their chips and onion rings are hit and miss, but when they're fresh, they're great! Late night (weekends) the wait is horrendous. Go to Malaga if it's busy.

The location is convenient however the quality of food leaves a bit to be desired. Often you'll need to request the chips to be recooked so they are fresh The staff will do this, however attention to ensuring food that's been sitting out for enough time not to be fresh should be removed and not served. The staff are generally young but helpful.

Only had good experiences here but I never dine in. Drive thru a bit slow but chips and burgers always been consistent. Had a few dodgy post mix cokes but generally hits the spot! 8/10 would Jack my Hungry again.

Staff need a lot more training.having a daughter who worked for hj's and took her to her training sessions and saw how confident they were on their first shift was something for hj's to be proud of. Tonight was very disappointing with the lad struggling to workout how to do our simple order. Delivery of the order was fast though lucky the manager checked it and put in the missingbitems

Love the new Rebel Burger with vegan cheese and mayo. Also love that HJs are giving vegans more choices. I can't wait till they offer sundaes and milkshakes also 😊

Service has been good every time i have visited, management has seemed to improved over the past few years, food quality is a hit and miss sometimes but the staff are always nice to make something again if im not happy with what i received, store overall is clean at times not always, mens toilet seems to have toilet paper missing frequently and the odd occasion i hear loud music playing in the back where the workers are, bit distracting when eating food out in the restaurant
