Absolutely the best HJ’s in Australia. Staff are fantastic, friendly and helpful and burgers are made thoughtfully and as they are supposed to look and taste. MCD pales in comparison. And the soft serve cones - best ever - way bigger than you get anywhere else. Don’t even think of going anywhere else. Top management clearly doing a great job 🙂

Had a great experience! The worker called Luke at the drive thru was so polite to me and my family, making sure our order was correct and had the patience of a saint even with screaming kids in the car. What a wonderful young man.

Burgers are hit & miss but hey it's HJs what do you expect but what really irks me is when they close early. Rocked up at 2232 and they were shut, 30 mins early the dawgs. Stitch up for anyone who works nights or wants a late snack

Average service is somewhat expected. Ordering with the app and choosing drive through does not actually save time or purportedly 'jump the queue'. Also the restaurant is no longer 24 hours and opening is too late for breakfast

Burgers always great. I get a Hungary Jacks meal here around once a week. Started going to Whitfords HJ instead as the coke machine has been broken for months here. Staff are rude and lie about it been fixed when you ask about it. Nobody wants dead coke, may as well give out water..

Good customer service, decent food, as an ex manager of HJ's my standards are pretty high, im reserving 5 stars for the Hungry Jacks that serves me workbook top quality food, IE burgers that look like the pictures to a t, I know its possible because ive done it, not that upper management enjoyed the higher labour costs it requires but thats a problem for corporate to ignore. Good work Beldon!

The staff were kind, friendly, attentive and didn't even mind me asking for chips with no salt (Yep! I know I'm a weirdo, chips need salt but I have never liked the flavour of it. ) The restaurant was very clean any tidy, the floors were all clean and best of all the toilets were immaculate. The food was delicious and they accommodate you without making you feel bad for doing so. I would definitely recommend Beldon Hungry Jack's to anyone. And they are open for 24hrs a day. Late at night though you can only use the drive through

The food here is always well prepared. We've never had any issues with the our orders being incorrect. The drive through entrance is a little bit average but i guess it makes sense to try and control the flow of traffic and make sure things are blocked up for the rest of the shopping center, So I've deducted 1 star for that. The other star is deducted because they took crumbed onion rings off the menu. Crumbed onion rings used to be one of the main reasons i even went to a Hungry Jacks and now they only do battered which in my opinion are no where near as good! Otherwise service is prompt and staff are friendly.

It is really great H J's has really nice employees who complement you to a good extent. The tables where really clean and sanitary. You get your food as soon as you order it, it only took 1 min to get a meal ready. The toilet facility was very clean for my standerds. It was my 1 st time going and it will definitely will not be my. Last the food tasted great, it was definitely better tasting and service than the McDonalds next to it, the hygiene in McDonalds was revolting with no custermer help when we went there it took 2 minutes for us to get our order ready there where nobody in the McDonalds nore anybody in the drive thu but it was 1 year ago. The McDonalds nextdoor should really have a lessons from McDonalds so this is why I give hungry jacks a 5/5 great job hope to see you again

The food is fine - it's just the equipment that let's them down. The soft serve machine is regularly out of order, also the drinks machine in the restaurant area is quite often on the blink. My last visit was the worst, went to the drive-through, while another couple of cars arrived behind me. When I got close to the speaker, it had a hand written sign saying drive-in cash only, as Eftpos was down - that customers had to park and go inside to order. 1) Why wasn't that sign up Before the drive-through! Not once you're stuck there! So sitting in a slow moving line, just to get out was ridiculously infuriating. 2) Once inside, was told we couldn't order a sundae because the machine was broken down. Happens all the time! The staff, are pretty good - & work well under pressure - very courteous, friendly & apologetic about services down - great job.

Still think HJ's is better than Maccas, just always check your order, and try to change something in your burger to get a fresh one made. During peak periods, they are susceptible to making lower quality and bably made products. Just check your order and don't stand for badly made food and you will have a positive experience with great food.

What has happened to the onion rings they are horrible bring back the old style. Why are the burgers from this particular shop always soggy and since when are fries white when served. Surely it's not hard to leave them cooking a little longer till they brown up.

Just finished eating one of the best whoppers I have ever eaten, I regularly eat hungry jacks, almost daily, and I like it, the burgers are good, but never mind blowing, until the whopper I just ate, bright red fresh tomato, green fresh lettuce, perfectly made and plenty of sauce, it was just the most delicious whopper I've eaten, wish they were all that good.
