Ordered the kids stunner meal, $7.95. Somewhere along the line it finished up over $10, then i had to go back and complain i never received my mini Cornetto. Lucky i dined in.

No problems giving HJ’s Cannington a full fives stars. Food was decent enough for fast food. Service from staff was speedy and very friendly. Store was as clean as it could be for as busy as it was during lunch rush and they just had two bus loads of school kids dine in. Ample parking around, wide drive thru area.

Clean store, a bit echoey but fast service with a smile. Not expensive and food was good. Plenty of seating and bins are regularly emptied, right across from bounce if you're coming from there with whiney children 😂.

It was my first time there and as I was coming in I was so impressed by the furniture as well as the cleanliness of the premises. There was one lady there waiting for attention so I called out for her to be served and instantly two staffs show up ready for work with great attention, sudden a large crowd came in with trust on their gentle face, my heart was as happy as everyone who was there, it just told me that those patrons I saw, look like regulars to me. I want to be a regular too but I live in Morley.

Bought the hungry jacks, exact same order few days in a row. It has the consistency of food and coffee. The egg looks good and fries/hashbrow doesn't taste funny as well. Good job. Unlike the thornlie branch on Spencer road, cleanliness is always the problem there.

Food was good and what you would expect from a good fast food joint. Only they forgot the sweet and sour sauce for the nuggets and never give serviettes with food when going through the drive through. Common sense customers need to wipe they hands after eater they eat if they eating on the go...

Atmosphere has changed obviously to pace way to digital orders. We've been charged for swapping bread roll to another one without sesame seeds. Food was nice, everyone enjoyed their order except for that extra salty fries.

The restaurant itself is lovely but I'm not overly keen on the attitudes of some staff members. I went in for a Sunday breakfast, it was early ( 8.30) and there were only 3 other customers but I had to call out for service which was annoying and I felt like I was intruding on their time, no smile, no good morning, zip and always like to read the newspapers but there was only the Friday copies available. My breakfast was tasty.

Since working at McDonald's for 7 years, I have started to prefed hungry jacks. However there are most HJs were its appalling. Hungry Jacks Cannington is great, their food quality is good, i have never had an issue. The presentation is always clean, it's not messy and my burger doesn't fall apart. However the customer service needs some work. Less 1 word questions/answers, more enthusiasm.

Place cleanliness is disappointing. Service is worse. People just wandering around ignoring the line growing. When eventually there was service only 1 checkout was opened. Line over 20 people long. Order had items missed so had to go back. Employee struggled to understand from her screen what drinks should have been included and expected 2 people to carry 5 drinks with no tray. Place is well made and designed sadly the staff let the place down. Good position being right across the carpark from Bounce.

Brand new store so it's to be expected that there are teething problems. Visited a few times now and our complicated orders using online vouchers have been correct bar one burger. Chips have been cold-ish a couple of times, but chicken fries and onion rings have been fine.

If you want to eat in, just be aware that this HJ's is quite messy, feels like the staff just don't care about the store cleanliness. And to make it worse the crowd that ate here left a lot of mess of the table. Definitely just a take out only, which is a shame as they have a big shop 'round this part

I had a 12 year olds birthday party. The staff were very good and there were a lot of people in today. Only thing is that they need plastic trays for people who are dining in and not just put itnin bags or throw away cardboard drinks carriers as it is huge wastage. Quick n fast staff but so many are very young and inexoerienced. They make snakl mustakes often and get flustered easily. Its pretty obvious they have been terrified by angry customers. Its a new location so give the staff some slack as they are all new too. But double check your orders n reciepts and judt give them a little patience. The resturabt isnt back inside though. Not as noisy as the mcdonalds nearby and the chairs are reasonable too.

work across the road so i visit alot.. the staff are pleasant, the food is always well cooked and order is correct and the new restaurant and its facilities are always kept very clean with tables being cleaned as soon as people leave. The only issue is the speed is always slow not just at peak times but even when its only a few customers no one seems to work quick and watching people chat and muck about is frustrating especially when your in a rush or on a break. Othwise its the best local HJ's.

Better than Macca's, but the restaurant was a mess. Flies in the restaurant, tables / seats weren't wiped down as they were still covered with spilt food and sticky soft-drink residue and prior patrons rubbish / food scraps hadn't been cleaned away. Was there for about 35 - 45 minutes and no staff member attempted to clean up, though a few staff walked out the door with their complimentary beverages (assume end of shift) but still ignored the mess. Sure, lazy patrons should be more considerate, but dining area is still responsibility of staff so other patrons can enjoy meals without having to contend with flies and mess.

My Mum and I had decided to have lunch at Hungry Jacks in Cannington. I had my usual double cheeseburger, fries and small coke and Mum had a chicken wrap but couldnt eat the whole thing as it was too salty. As us kids, we grew up not having too much salt. So I wrote it down on a piece of paper to tell the manager, and we were delighted to have met Artiem, and he was so lovely as he explains about the salt etc. It was a lovely experience as the staff are so lovely and warm as they beat the Kelmscott team. It's OK. This is a new building with an updated decor. Service is about average. The hard floor and dragging chairs creates a noisy environment at peak time. Navigating the car park can be a challenge. It services a number of premises. You have to keep your wits about you to avoid a dingle. The orange tiles on the walls are a small reminder of the HJs of the 70's. AFL promotions abound, bordering overkill.

In the river park behind the Cannington "Office Works " & Hungry jacks the bushland is a disgrace . Most of the litter has been generated from this store and it not more than six weeks since the council cleaned the complete area.

And yes I know how to use HJ's "free wifi" by connecting to network then signing in via browser.... Both the 30 min and login options failed to give internet access (yes I tried forgetting connection, deleting cookies and site data and restarting the devices to no avail and by then we finished eating and we're ready to leave so I didn't question staff or make any complaints, was just kinda disapointed due to the shake n win app using the last of my personal phone data credit
