Having a 12 year old and a 7 year old experience Hungry Jacks for the first time. Yes, the very first time for both of them and they said the burgers were really good. They looked so good. The staff were friendly (shocked that it was our first time ever to taste anything from Hungry Jacks) We chose this store because we had come down from the North and Clarkson was the first one off the highway. Thanks for the first time memory Clarkson Hungry Jacks.

It's a standard HJ's, nothing out of the ordinary. Of recent (around 10-1-21) they have started to improve their service, Burgers and Chips coming more promptly and hotter. So if you feel like Burgers are better, it's a decent choice.

The chips were good, the service fast, especially for a Sunday night, but I didn't get angry sauce or chipotle, just drippy mayo in my double whopper. I did ask twice for angry sauce and was told I'd get chipotle. Next time I'll go back and ask them to give me what I ordered. It wasn't the new girl who got the order wrong, but the person training her.

Sometimes they have asked me to park and wait. Got asked once in Gero if "I wouldn't mind parking on the B & E McMuff?" 🙄🤔 Couldn't help meself, thought that deserved a smart-arse,sarcastic response,and so replied "no worries",and then added,"but it'll get f🤬n' squashed hey?"

Simple place that it designed like a old 50s/60s diner the only problem is how messy it is and the air is very heavy and smells of oil. Compared to other Hungary jack's outlets and other fast food joints it is outdated and needs a new coat of paint (and maybe some new employees)

Love Hungry Jacks over McDonald’s anytime. They have gone downhill since cardboard boxes have been reintroduced. Gave the whopper a cardboard taste and they seem to draw the heat out of the burger which was freshly made and had to park and wait for them all to be stone cold within a five minute drive. Bring back the paper wrapping like other fast food competitors still use today. It can still be bio degradeable and help the planet.

Fast, friendly service and always with a smile. Ordered a burger and a 3nugget and chips carry cup in drive thru, and left with correct order in less than 4min. Really really good considering they were rushed off their feet

I would say that the prices there are exceptionally good, I like the food as it's clearly that cheap but delicious good food. (No kidding). You can get a small meal through HJ's out of $6.99, and that includes chips, burger, drink and dessert. I always have that... :)

We originally intended to go to Butler, but their counter services were closed due to water issues. Still worth the extra drive for a family pack offer for two adults....good value and consumed the lot except for half a small coke..too easy.

This Hungry Jack's makes the burger that we like, how it should be made. To my memory, I can't remember being let down by them, once. Not too many parking spots outside, which is ok, because I regularly drive thru 😁👍

Every single time I've taken the kids to a party, been the parent of a party child or just gone there because it's on the way, I have loved everything about it. The staff are friendly, management are honest and if there has ever been any questions or queries, it has been dealt with in an extremely professional manner. I would highly recommend this store to others and the people at Head Office would be wise to use this store as a training store for crew members and managers. Thanks for some amazing experiences - see you tomorrow for another party!

I went here, after Jindalee HJ's didn't have eggs for our burgers. I got there at 10.02pm & HJs was shut. But in the past I found it a long wait at times. Because their policy was not to ask drivers to park up if their order was going to take longer than ones behind. Half hour wait was not unusual. This was quite a while ago now. It's quite possible this practice has changed.

I have always bought a Whopper with cheese heavy pickle, I like the freshness and find myself generally happy. If you want kickass burgers then go to Grilled and pay an arm and a leg. Also HJ's chips are now the bomb...
