I wrote a review on this fast food place about 6 years ago which was less than glowing. I have to admit though, the past few times I have been to the store the food and service has been considerably better. Not sure if they're under new management or just have a fresh lot of kids working there, however credit where credit is due, they have improved greatly.

Walked in. Very busy drive-thru as usual and inside was busy. A lot of meals sitting on the counter in bags (menu log) but no drivers picking up. Most bags sat there until I left with my order. I'm glad I didn't get delivery, it wouldn't be fresh. Mine was pre-ordered but it took a while before it was ready, a bit slow. The order was complete and correct, even then I had checked before leaving, been caught out before. Meal was fine! I'll be back!

Food is generally good (for fast food standards). But the last 3 or 4 times I've had to park because there hasn't been hash browns cooked. I'd understand if they were busy but I was pretty much the only car in drive through.

We were blown away by the culinary magnificence on display at HJ's. The care and attention to detail shown by the burger artists is without comparison. Possibly the best burger in Ellenbrook. Fries were hot and crispy, something that the other American fast food giant seems to struggle with... As for the Mega Jack, it was everything I was hoping for.

The food was good, but the uno promotion you have going on is not relevant to where I live, I won a merlin attraction voucher but when I went to redeem it the only places they have this attraction is in Sydney and Melbourne, completely useless in Perth.

Hjs, it is what it is. Service is average because most of the time its kids that dont care if theyre working or not. 90 percent of the time you order is wrong by the time you get home you cant be bothered complaining. The prices seem to risen quiet a lot for what it is i mean 11 bucks for a bacon deluxe, just the burger? But then again its convienient and better than maccas soooo.....

Can’t even begin to explain the efficiency and communication between the team members on Saturday the 14th of December 2019 at around 4pm. It was incredible to watch and listen too. Almost missed my food because of how marvellous it all was! Burgers that my mates and I ordered were impeccable and well cooked and constructed. Closest resemblance to advertising imagery out of a HJ’s I’ve ever come across!

Most of the staff seem competent here. We have discovered the occasional mistake with wrong drinks after driving off. We have also noticed several times, on getting home, that the frozen drinks are not filled properly, which has left family members quite cranky. Also, 🍟fries🍟 haven't been filled an acceptable level on occasions either. But other than that, pretty good for fast food. They do however manage to place the ingredients "INSIDE" the 🍔burger🍔 far, far better than any of the McDonalds we have been to. So well done!

Front counter staff seemed new at the time so they look very confused and were piling all the drinks next to eachother, however it didn't take that long for me to get my meal. The way the road, parking and drive-thru is connected is pretty poor and can be difficult to move around. Quality of food was to bw expected maybe a little bit too pricey, but there burgers are pretty nice at times.

Hungry Jacks or Sloppy Jacks? That is ze question... I dined at this place two weeks ago. I ordered the B.B.Q Bacon deluxe value meal the B.B.Q sauce must of been the value part of the meal as there was oodles on my burger. I was feeling peckish tonight so I also ordered a Whopper with double cheese value meal aswell and what I was handed was a Slopper! Again I think the value part of the meal was the sauces swimming in mayo and sauce yummo... Saying that the customer service was good and I didn’t wait very long to receive my order. This place is a bit of a half eaten pastie. It would be a good restaurant though if they matched their standards of cooking and food safety to their decent standards of customer service and efficiency. I may be dining there soon to give them another chance and will update my review.

One of the very few Hungry jacks stores that will actually cook your food fresh if you ask. Its normally very quick with placing orders, and you can mostly guarantee your order is correct.
