Food and drinks were nice. The only issue I had was with workers acting very childish. 1 looked like a manager and the other worked in the kitchen, he should've been sent home or fired. The whole time I was there a shorter lady who also looked like a manager was trying to get things done and every time she said something they would mock her, she than went to the other manager and was mocked by her as well. My kids aren't even that petty, both workers really need to grow up and the petty manager needs to be trained on how to actually be a manager. Not sure how a restaurant manager could hire such immature workers.

There's one really quirky and energetic guy who does drive thru and he is a credit to the store. For whatever reason this store is a bit slow with the orders, often have to sit in the waiting bay whenever I get something, moreso than other branches. Even during off peak periods!

I honestly come as a customer purely from my experience I had being served by a very humble and excited guy in customer service! Super friendly and my first experience from him was a shock in the best way, his attitude really brightened my day and I will be a customer in future just because of how appreciated I felt as a customer! That guy deserves a high raise due to his efforts!

I come here often for the bacon deluxe deal on the app, always fresh. Not sure who the supervisor is on today Thursday 20/01/22 but he is an absolute regimented gun on his team, quickest service in all the land. I'm sure his young team has PTSD but the man knows how to run a busy kitchen haha.

Nothing stand outish........ Much the same as all HJ's. Where is the wow factor, the point of difference from one HJ store to another? I wonder how things would change if the employees were given options to own the store? Any thoughts?

Just like McDonalds this place has plenty of yummy food and burgers to choose from and has built up a much better reputation than in the early days and has all the customers it can handle. Back then their french fries were no better than McDonalds'. But now they are a golden and tastier thicker steak cut size. Great fries.

Go caramel shakes. The trick to making them taste better, is to ask for them to be made with half Caramel & half Vanilla..! Give it a try and you'll be pleasantly surprised. NB: this also applies to your Strawberry shakes. Request then to be made with half Vanilla as well. It's much, much better! Go the option to add beetroot to ur burgers

I ask a rebbel whopper (vegetarian), and I recive a classical whopper. I eat meat and It was verry verry hurtful for me. Please ask "with or without meat?" when someone ask you a rebbel whopper, or just a whopper. I give you 4 stars because I know mistake can happen, it could have happened to me. Good night.

HJs really do have better burgers than maccas, although I suspect that might be because they have more salt, fat, sugar,and MSG. This is probably one of their higher-throughput drivethrus so competent staff seem to be the norm, and asking for your receipt gives you the opportunity to swap your customer feedback for free chips and soft drink next visit so they've become my favourite junk food pimps, bless 'em.

Did I pick the wrong time of day to drop in at joondalup hungry jacks. But my Beautiful grand son wanted onion rings and a frozen coke. Well they ran out of coke but he did get his onion rings. It's amazing how such a small bundle of joy can bring a Nan's life. Thanks Broccoli (his big sister's nick name 4 him ). I'm truly blessed 🎃
