The manager is useless!!! I went through the drive through at around 7:00 and it was very busy. I didn't mind waiting for my food though but when I got to the second window they told me that my order didn't pay at the first window. The manager then took my card claiming he would pay it for and then disappeared for close to 5 mins [ the managers name was armado I believe] a young girl who then seemed to be in charge asked me what I was waiting for I then told her that he had taken my credit card. She seemed very shocked by this she then proceeded to go get the manager and fix the problem much easier then the manger did. When I finally received my food the bag broke and I was missing burgers when I went back inside the girl, I believe her name was Ella was more then apolagatic about her managers behaviour and made me the missing fresh burgers. Shame on that manager!!!! That poor girl, she looked stressed out of her mind yet all of the crew where listing to her and she was much more competent and understanding then her manager.

Great service in the drive through. Sometimes burgers are a bit cold when we eat them tho. Need to be hotter. 26/5/22 Ate at the restraunt, very clean tables and chairs in the restraunt and toilets were clean too. Food was fresh and hot.

Great customer service, very friendly and welcoming staff. Neat and clean , well decorated! Plus it's next to park and Midvale business centre, BP, 7 Eleven. Pretty convenient.

I really like the Rebel burger. I have enjoyed said burger at a couple of HJ's around the traps. They were succulent at every other outlet. It might be an aberration, but at the Midvale outlet the burger patties on both my wifes and my burgers were a dessicated disc of flavourless something. The sauce which is normally the saviour of most burgers, could not bring ours back to life. Pity.

the pizzas were not up to standard as the larger bowls couldn't find the last kindergarten. After they fell i forgot to drive my drink with the mcdonalds special chicken.

Tonight I ordered a Whopper with NO ONION. I'd assume that they would make a fresh burger and take care NOT to put onion on my burger because i made it clear and they even confirmed at the window. I've found 3 pieces of onion still in my burger so I assume they simply removed the onion from an already made burger, if I wanted to pull the onion out of my burger I could of done that myself. added two extra stars bc when I called about it they apologised and sent me vouchers, not that that makes me feel less sick but hey its something.

Edit: Downgrading to 4 stars because they are no longer 24/7. Really disappointing when you want a late night HJ's feed and have to go to Macca's instead. Midvale HJ's is usually pretty good. If you have a problem with their food, call up and complain because they will replace it. One of the managers believes all food should be fresh and it is when she is on.

Hands down, the best HJs in the whole of Perth! Always fresh and delicious! Fast service and mostly amazing customer service but hey, we all have a bad day every now and then so, hubby and I will be back for our late night cheeky dinner!

Well kept and clean building, food is of usual or slightly above average for Hungry Jacks but the overall experience is let down by inconsistent customer service. During peak times mistakes in orders are frequent and the management are poor at conflict resolution. Avoid when busy.
