Hard to really fault a Hungry Jacks. It was a relatively okay store, but the interior may need to re-brightened, because it felt quick dark when dining in. The food appears quite fresh, but since I didn't eat a large range in their menu, I can't confirm whether everything else was top notch. My only concern is that the location of the store is oddly located far and behind the bridge the crosses over the train line, but at least it is still accessible from both sides. Overall, just another Hungry Jacks franchise.

Hidden adjacent to Spencer Road/ Railway bridge. Quiet most of the time of visits. Staff are mixed bunch but good service most of the time of visits.

Only one other person inside waiting and it was the longest time that I have ever waited in any other HJ's The Whopper had too much Tom sauce and mayo on it so that was all I could tast plus it slipped all over and the filling was falling out, not enjoyable at all, but the coffee was good.

Handy location for us son likes HJs while I prefer noodles. However always a little dingy or dirty, which is so with Spencer Village as a whole - just that 'greasy' feel due to age and masses that go through.

A huge improvement on past experiences with the quality of food. My order was purchased through the drive through this afternoon. Both burgers and both chips were still piping hot when I got them home and obviously fresh. The burger fillings, chip servings and $1 frozen coke serving size were certainly all satisfactory. After a long absence I will happily return to being a regular customer if this quality continues.

Thornlie Hungry Jacks is the most constantly average store I’ve ever been to. My experience there every time I’ve gone has been the exact same, decent food quality (nice but bit messy and mostly cold), drive through wait times are pretty average (bit longer than other stores but not too bad), restaurant are ok but always feel like tables haven’t been clean probably and customer service is average (not particularly nice but not rude at all)

Your average Australian HJ's. Not much more to say. Selection is the same all across. But on the bright side, their breakfast meals are pretty good because the egg stays inside the bun unlike other franchise locales.

HJs Thornlie is very 50/50 in terms of food and service. On a good day you'll receive freshly cooked food and great service. Other days the food is somewhat cold when ot comes out, not made correctly and the service that you get is unacceptable.

This is an outlet that offers low volumes of customers when you are in a hurry to get an order done. It is kept tidy and social distancing is observed on the inside and the staff are very courteous.

Worst service ever compared to any other HJ or Maccas. Staff rather immature, socialising more than interested in customers. Cross contamination with food gloves after using, playing music drumming on table, lifting bread rack and the making my orders with same gloves. After I told manager, they made me new order with new gloves and they threw in large order of free chips which I refused to accept!!! Man dont ya get it, sucking up to customers ??!

Not always open at advertised times. Careful doing the early breakfast run as they often open up to 20min late. Hit and miss, but hjs has slipped a fair bit in the last 4 years. So average score as i still like hjs when its good.
