Last night we attended Hungry Jacks to get dinner through the drive through and had free whoppers to claim on separate devices. The staff were so incredibly accommodating allowing us to fill both orders in the one drive through. We had to park out the front because one of our burgers was taking longer to make and they forgot to bring out our order a couple of times. To make up for it, they have us a free chips. Thank you HJs. Exceptional service in these trying times. If I could remember the female staff member's name that was on in the drive through, I would thank her personally. She was wonderful

As far as hungry Jack's goes this is one of the better ones food is always right. Food is always fresh, chips and drink servings are generous. can't say I've ever had an issue here and I visited it at least 20 times. Probably the best hungry Jack's north of the river.

This is a standard hungry jacks but unfortunately when I touched the toilet door handle I felt dirty. Had to hold the door with my foot lean across to wash my hands so I could escape without feeling violated. Could certainly use Nanny McPhee in there for a week. If you need to find the place, don't follow the signs around the place there as helpful as a dice roll on a Jumanji board... Just head to the further most unobvious point from the Carpark. This adds the benefit of walking off your extra large thick shake getting back to the shopping centre car park and the burgers taste better when you have to hunt for your lunch.

I love Hungry Jacks and this is my local. Sometimes the staff are to busy taking to each to get my order right. Other times they don’t want to be there and treat me rudely. There are other nice staff there though that do a good job

For fast food it was ok. Order took a long time and it wasn't a peak moment of more than two people infront and behind for the order instore. I find better at places South Of River during busy times (as I frequent the locations I live). Mediocre for the franchise in Perth City. Peace!

I visit this store quite regularly and find the service is always very good, the burgers are great and always freshly made. The store is always kept very clean and a very friendly manager and staff who will make you feel welcome .

Good service from friendly staff. The quality of the food can be much better, as the chips were stale and chewy, while the drink was so watery I threw it out. The burger was not even close to the standard you would expect.

Outdoor seating covered with bird poop. Indoor requires better ventilation. Food was okay. Fries for once not overly salted. Don’t try walking from Westfield from the outside. Bit of a minefield navigating past cars. Get to the wing, on the end of mall nearer to red roosters and hungry jacks.

Was dirty and the table tops had been wiped down with a dirty cloth so just spread it further. The food was pretty good compared to usual, maybe bcs we went in instead of driv-thru. I dont often go to whitford as for a long time now, they would frequently mess the order up so it was short or the changes where wrong or not done but today they got it all right and it was nice :) They just need to learn to use paper towel for tables, clothes are for dishes. It's also very hygienic using paper towel as cloths can get mixed up, used on something dirty then used on something else which has potential to spread germs.
