S. V.Stayed at Holiday Inn and we found Ivy and Jack very convinient place to dine in with the kids. Restaurant, Bar and Cafe all in one. We had our coffee fix with some yummy sweets for the kids too. I am not sure if it was a busy night but there were few empty tables, we had to wait for sometime before our sweets to be served and our hot drinks have gone cold, hubby had to order another one he finished his before the desserts have been served. I will still give it a good rating because of the friendly ambiance, location and yummy sweets.

Comfortable seating and it transforms into vibey cocktail venue in the evenings.
Music is at the right volume so you can hear the person talking to you. Waitrons are friendly.

R. F.The venue is in a great central location and opens out on to Hay st. Being attached to the hotel gives a steady stream of business and they serve half decent coffee too.
The food in the bar is decidedly average. To pick a specific example, the fish and chips consisted of a flaccid piece of frozen fish and frozen chips for $20. This is neither good quality or good value. Pub fish and chips needs to be better than a fish and chip shop but this is more like a roadside Cafe meal.
The management should think if this is the image they are aiming for, I suspect it isn't.

L. H.To the few people giving bad reviews: what kind of attitude did you walk in there with!? The fitout is excellent with nice interior (copper wall plating, interesting lighting)and leather couches, the staff are proper handshake-friendly, and they have really good beers (with a happy hour) on tap that rotate all the time, and my wife said the cocktails are "delicious". what more are people expecting, the staff to paint a flattering oil painting of you?!

C.Visited for lunch just today. We were entertaining friends from California, and enjoyed our table. We chose to stay indoors - to enjoy the air conditioning 😊. I just want to say that, in addition to a nice meal, we had a delightful waitress. She had just the right balance of friendliness and efficiency. She recognized that we wanted time to visit and did not rush us. She and other staff members made certain that we had everything we needed. The food was great and defiantly recommend. Kudos!

R. W.Came across this place when first arriving in Perth when needing a morning coffee. Had an iced latte with a chocolate muffin both of which were good. Decided to return for lunch - crumbed chicken burger on a milk bun with fries and chipotle mayo. Food made with fresh ingredients, very flavoursome. Friendly and attentive service. Great restaurant fit-out.
B. N.Went on a Tuesday night at around 7 me and my friend ordered cocktails, they made a special order based on my friends request. Very yummy cocktails although on the more pricey side $18 but you are paying for quality. Food was delicious we had the parmesan pizza and split the $20 burger with fries both were very good. Waiter was friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere, Can't fault this place we had a really nice time. My only suggestion would be daily drink specials :)
S. L.We had the promo where for every adult meal you get a free kid meal, service was very good, the place was clean and very comfy, music was loud enough to be able to talk without yelling. Food was very good, the green curry is highly recommended, also the beef burger! And for the kids, you cant go wrong with the fish and chips
G. M.Seems to be a busy and popular place, nice selection of beer. Found the food to a tad pricey for the portion size. A tip to the bar staff - when there is a queue of people waiting to be served by a solitary bar tender and there are 3 of you collecting and packing glasses or wiping counters, this would be a good time to stop cleaning and start serving, after all that's where the money is!!

A. C.Stunning decor, a nicer upper class environment with a relaxed setting. Staff seem to be very friendly and rare to find good customer service in Perth. Bar food is extremely limited, standard overpriced Perth prices. But worth a look if you're willing to pay.

Had pre dinner drinks during happy hour and it happens to be the 2 that I get that's not included? This is the first I've heard of in any bar I went to.
Dinner wasn't too bad in regards to taste. Nothing to jump for joy for. Serving size was a little skimp. Ordered the spaghetti seafood, Malai curry & salmon which was tasty. The only disappointment was that the kids meal soup seemed like pumpkin flavoured water.
Service from the wait staff was very friendly. Even though the place wasn't busy it was hard to get there attention at times.

D. P.Quite good and will probably be back in future. The money they spent on the architect/designer wasn't wasted. It's a really well designed venue. It's an aesthetically pleasing venue. Little touches like free popcorn and the acoustic panelling on the ceiling makes it feel cosy and inviting. At drinks o'clock they should probably shift out some of their sit down seating for more stand up tables. We had trouble finding some standing room to for beers. The staff were all quite friendly.

A. R.Ivy and jack is a cool, retro restaurant, the type you’d see in the movies where the main character and his/her love interest will go for their first date. I ordered a large Mocha and compared to other coffee places, the pricing here is very good. The lady on the coffee machine was very friendly and quick with her milk steaming and I had my coffee really quickly. The only thing short of my 5th star was the wait to order. To no fault of their own the lady in front of me was being extremely difficult with the boy on the register, and the man in front of me was getting increasingly frustrated with both the lady and boy on the register to the point where he walked out. All I can suggest is better customer recovery when dealing with difficult customers to get rid of them and get to other customers quicker. But after ordering I had my coffee within an acceptable time.

N. D.Monday late morning and this is a good place to relax, have a coffee and eat. Plenty of space, comfy, good service and ablutions. Cant understand some of the reviewers saying it is expensive and if you are on a budget, just have the specials which are great value. The eating places around Burswood are what I'd call expensive. Anyway Ivy and Jack 👍
T. _.Had issues with my lunch special (pizza) but when I did get it it was generous and tasty. Certain beers and mulled wine was advertised but when I orfered was told they weren't available (mulled wine pot was visible but apparently not turned on). My work colleagues order the tikka special and weren't impressed (v small serve for $15, not actually tikka). May give it another chance.

覺得氣氛不錯，但可能店太忙碌，客人又多，服務態度不太好,卻可以理解,而且通常只有兩位服務生，下午時間卻規定我們只能選坐靠窗的前部份的位子，為何不直說要點酒精飲料，或要消費多少錢，或吃餐才能坐裏面？真的很奇怪，明明一家店如此大，卻開放不到一半，而且明明是飯店衍生的餐廳，若不營業也是閒置吧？真的有那麼多的旅客，住飯店的人會在飯店用餐？另外，靠窗的部份，位置真的很少，而且部份高腳椅，真的只是好看，真的很難坐啊！！！
