E. H.My partner booked here for the Valentines Day event. First-time visiting, and honestly, it was an amazing experience. Service was outstanding, although the 5th course came out a lot faster than we would have liked.. just to take a breather from the 4th. But, each level of the degustation menu seemed perfectly curated. The barramundi was the highlight dish. Extremely soft and just melted on the tongue. I could have done without the watermelon accompanying it, but besides that, it was exquisite. I will definitely be back to try a normal menu from them in the near future. Well done!
N. F.This place is buzzing, even though we dined on a Tuesday night. The staff are attentive and the decor is nice - I enjoyed the ambience. They have pretty good deals on 2 & 3 course meals on weekdays. All the dishes we had were tasty, beautifully presented and with enough interesting or unique flavour combinations to keep me happy. The I thing I didn't 100% like was the cooking of my beef fillet. I ordered it medium but the centre of my meat was pretty rare - a bit too rare for my liking.
S.Food was mostly good. Only a minor criticism with the weird garnishes on some of the dishes that really don’t belong - at times seemed like random things were being put on the plate. The main ingredients were good. Cocktails were also good. Good value for money.

Beef fillet was the highlight
m.Great service, greeted by the chef (maybe the owner?) and delicious food! Will definitely come again soon! Our fave was the Asian fried chicken for the entree and you definitely have to try the steak! So soft! Definitely worth the money!

However, sadly they had gotten my dessert order wrong. I actually ordered a creme brulee but was given black forest. Staff members were friendly and the guy has definitely recommended some good wine.

Just as we decided to order a cocktail. This was so disappointing and really put a sour note on the night. I have been to many fine dining restaurants all over the world (I really have) and this is the first place this has happened. And it happened on my birthday! Other tables that we found when we got the restaurant were still enjoying their Saturday night dinner but we had to go. I can understand rushing us if the next booking was due in 15 minutes but It was 45 minutes away and all we wanted was a last birthday cocktail .They did offer to let us go back to our table when we went to pay for our meal but at this point the night was already cut short and ruined. Disappointing to say the least but the food was lovely. Not sure if I’ll be visiting again.
A. R.Overall very nice experience. Attentive staff, tasty food and good atmosphere. Was impressed that when I asked for a beer I got served a tasting of each available draft beer. Few nitpicks.. It was a hot evening (37°c when we sat down at our table outside) would be nice if they offered some ice for the water. Both our mains..(duck & salmon) were on the dry side.

When we first arrived, I was worried as it didn't look like a restaurant from the outside. But upon walking in, you immediately melt into the soothing ambience.
We ordered the bouillabaisse and the duck liver pate for entree, the depth of flavor that has been achieved in even the smallest detail is astounding.
10/10 for both entrees.
For our main we had the steak and duck.
Our tastebuds were dancing with each bite.
So cleverly put together, with earthy tones to bring out the steaks full flavor and cooked to absolute perfection.
The duck was succulent, delicate yet robust and delicious!.
The story and care that goes into each plate can be seen quite clearly, from the knowledgeable staff to each plate being presented with care and precision.
10/10 for both dishes.
For dessert we had the Pana cotta and the mango dessert.
Again, a lot of thought and care went into each plate with beautiful presentations, deliciously bold and delicate flavors.
Again, 10/10 for both dishes.
The staff were knowledgeable, attentive and were very accommodating with my allergies and changed things to suit my needs.
10/10 for staff and service.

An amuse-bouche was simple,light and melted in my mouth.
I ordered duck liver pâté for entree and came out with warm soft and crunchy bread.
And roasted duck with port&prune jus was delicious. Crispy from the skin and moist inside. Just perfect!
N. C.We go for the degustation and wine pairing and are never disappointed. The passion with which the Chef delivers the descriptions of the wines is so entertaining and engaging. I can't wait for the menu to change again so.we have an excuse to go.

Awesome vibe of a small intimate restaurant dishing foods that would seriously "KO" alot of other restaurants dishes that push their massive old reputations around town still .

Menu pricing is also suprising modest for the incredible food on offer.

S. O.Hands down one of the very best restaurants in Perth. You cannot go past their degustation menu for an amazing culinary experience (at an exceptional price). It’s evident in the presentation, flavour and quality of the food that Chef Soren takes pride and is truly passionate about what he does - something that is unfortunately often lacking in Perth. Service is outstanding and ambience is welcoming & warm. Have never left disappointed in the many times I’ve dined here - highly, highly recommend.
N. S.The crayfish bisque was outstanding. Mains were cooked perfectly and dessert could not be faulted. In particular, the meringue in chocolate cake presented a crunchy surprise whilst the chocolate was smooth, rich and not over-sweetened. Service was wonderful too. Wish I had known about them earlier!
L. K.Called in to book at table 2hours before we wanted to go( early dinner ..17.30) We were in luck, because they said they had a table open for an hour and a half. Considering we only wanted entrees and mains, it was perfect. The waiter was tentative and nice and charming. The service was wonderful, food was delicious. Very flavourful. I got the Elderberry mint drink and it was amazing. Really really really good. The steak and duck were perfectly cooked and our entrees were delicious as well.
I didn't take any pictures though, because it was very fancy and didn't seem appropriate to pull my phone out and start taking pictures, but believe me..it all looked very pleasing to the eye.
The chef and the manager also came to the table to ask us if we were happy with the food, which was a nice touch to the experience.
R. H.I had the pleasure of dining here with a group of friends last night. It is a beautiful restaurant. The staff are attentive without being intrusive, which is perfect for an enjoyable evening. We had the pleasure of the Chef coming and speaking to us and offering a sample of a beautiful cold spicy soup (I wish I could remember the name) which was delicious while we waited for our entrees. The food was magnificently presented and the mix of flavours sublime. Our group of seven enjoyed all of the meals and not one was a disappointment. My only regret was that I didn't take photos of the meals. I had the Goats Cheese Entree and the Beef Fillet main, and both were wonderful. I highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to my next visit.

We recently visited Juniper & Bay restaurant for my husband’s birthday, as a party of four with our 18 months old son. Our dining experience there was nothing short of fantastic.
Upon our arrival we were greeted and made feel very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and professional. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming.
All dishes were exceptional – very delicious, interesting and presented in such a wonderful way. Each dish was like an adventure that took us to a special place. The Chef’s attention to detail was very much appreciated. All our dishes, each course – entrée, main and dessert, for all four of us, were perfect! Even the bread, warm and delicious, was a talking point.
Our dinner exceeded my expectations. The welcoming and comfortable environment, the great service and the spectacular dishes created a wonderful experience and I am looking forward to going back there again.

A. P.My wife and I were on a date night and had dinner at Juniper & Bay last night. After reading some of the reviews before heading in for dinner I had really high expectations and I can tell you my expectations were exceeded all all counts.
From the moment we arrived for our 7pm booking the service and attentiveness from the staff was top notch and measured but at no time was over bearing. All staff were happy and had a good disposition and good knowledge of the menu.
For entree I had the Asian inspired popcorn chicken with wasabi dip and pickles. The flavours on the plate were perfectly matched to each other, the wasibi dip had just enough heat without being over the top, the sweetness if the pickles complemented the dish perfectly.
Main course I was undecided between the roast duck in port and prune jus or the beef fillet with red wine jus........our waitress recommended the roast duck as she said that was the restaurants signature dish. It was amazing. I am sure the beef fillet would have been equally as good.
Dessert came and I had ordered the compressed spiced mango with dark chocolate sorbet. Again, amazing. My wife chose the rich chocolate tart with spun sugar which, when I go again; I will surely be choosing.
We finished the night with coffees which were serves with petite house made meringues.
I cannot fault this restaurant in any way. The booking process, the staff, the decor inside and the food were all top notch and I can see why this restaurant has almost a 5 star average review rating across all platforms from many hundreds and hundreds of guests.
On your plate from the kitchen comes a display of the kitchen teams skill at cooking and presentation. Portion sizes are just right without leaving you wanting for more or rolling out the door bloated and over full.
We cannot wait to have a chance to come back for dinner again.

My wife and i went to dinner here for our anniversary and the reviews were right. The food and service was impeccable.
Considering this was probably the best meal we have had in perth and we have eaten at some fabulous places. We will definitely be heading back again.

S. F.I really love this restaurant. I have been here quite a few times now and it never disappoints. The staff are friendly and attentive and know how to serve food simultaneously to a large group. A wonderful surprise this visit was the chilled champagne glasses in which to drink our sparking from. It's not often you see that attention to detail.

J. T.In terms of the more modestly priced "degustations", this one sits completely middle of the rung. The restaurant's atmosphere is quite nice but located in an old motor lodge with shared toilets is a little off-putting. The staff were very attentive and service good, it was trying to be silver but not quite there yet.
For mid $70s per person the food is good, whilst not great value. Of the 5 courses 1 was excellent, 2 were pretty good and 2 were average. Sous vide Kangaroo wrapped in Speck was the standout.
As a date night it was a very nice experience. The owners have done a fine job there.

S. J.This was a crazy experience! It was our Valentine's dinner but on the Saturday before. We booked online only 2 hours prior - all worked perfectly. We were met at the door and immediately shown our table - great. Then we waited and waited and had to ask staff to take our order, twice. We decided to have our first degustation - it was really very tasty, good quality. I think one dish towards the end was a bit uninspiring. And for some reason one particularly snarky waittress could not cope with me asking to change the dessert - changing was fine by the chef, for dietary reasons, but the waitress felt she then had to argue about whether my need was genuine or not. We felt some of the wait staff acted and dressed professionally, and some dressed really poorly and, as per this example, their behaviour was really dismal. I think with consistent uniform, and a consistent restaurant approach to service, this would be a 5*. The chef has the quality of interaction that isn't flowing to the staff.

S.So delicious, lovely food with exciting flavours and really great ability to modify dishes to be gluten free without taking all the fun out.A really fresh approach - the sorbet with the hot prawn entree was fantastic, for example, and their ability to make gluten free versions of most dishes on the fly exceptional. This is a fine example of molecular gastronomy making for interesting and tasty dishes. Thanks, had a lovely 3 course meal with extras and coffee, very good value for this level of food. The service was excellent as well and we will undoubtedly be back - the value is pretty dashed good on a weeknight for a three course meal of this calibre.

구글 평점만 보고 찾아간곳. 분위기는 평범한 동네 레스토랑. 그러나 인테리어나 내부 공간 배치등 모든게 아기자기 하고 편안하다. 음식은 엔트리 ,메인,디저트 코스 요리로 했는데 보기는 아주 좋은데 음식맛은 호불호가 갈릴것 같다. 가격도 만만치 않다. 그러나 평일 저녁인데도 만석인것은 인상적이였다. 예약을 하는게 좋을것 같고 모든 요리에 꽃이 있다. 개인적으로는 평균 이상의 식당이였다.
