Having just moved to Clarkson we were looking for a nice spot for lunch and we were in for quite a surprise! Kalahari cafe is a quiet little place that serves excellent traditional African food and your everyday cafe food alongside it. It's prices are reasonable and they also sell African groceries in store as well for those interested in things they would only be able to get at the cafe from Africa.

One of the best lunch places north to the river, and i am not exaggerating! The Peri peri Vetkoek is my go to, i would add a picture but i ate it already haha must have a try! Pictured here is my mums spicy chicken tramezzini

A great place to visit n enjoy the hospitality.Food is amazing n prices are realistic.Vetkoek is still a South Arican favourite and Kalahari make amazing ones.The café is well decorated with African theme. Friendliness n helpfulness is always to be experienced.
