I go to MacDonald's about once a year, and my wife thinks that's one time too many. Well, today was the day, and we were in Perth. I waited forever, and then they got my order wrong. That's normally a 2-star review, but... ...the whole time i was there, i didn't see a single staff member slacking - these dudes were working, and working hard. The way i see it, it's not the staffs fault that they're understaffed and overworked. Oh, and as for stuffing my order up...they gave me two sausage patties, instead of double bacon in my massive mcmuffin, so who's complaining? As good as any other maccas, and if what you're wanting is MacDonald's, there's nowhere else to go, is there? Cheers guys.

Was a good place for me, the manager was very prompt in unlocking the disabled toilet. Sat with a no suger frozen Coke and enjoyed the chill in the small but adequate dining area.

It's a 24-hour McDonald's. One of the few eateries still open after 9. I wouldn't go so late though - a bunch of crazies started screaming at the staff because they locked the rest rooms.

Got the cheeseburgers and some chips at Maccas Hay Street. Chips were awesome, nicely fried without burning it. Cheeseburger was a dollar each so I ended up getting 4. Took away 2 and had them for dinner. Baked in the oven for about 5mins and the buns turned out alright, you can taste the crunchiness of the bun, burger was alright. My first maccas experience after 3 years of not having maccas so in overall it’s an okay experience.

It was 1045pm and we used the drive through. The restuarant was not that busy and we were advised we would have to wait. The order was straightforward and we waited a little under 10 mins. Left me a little baffled. The staff were polite and friendly however.

The food here is very very good this has to be one of the best McDonald's in Perth it is clean and the food tastes great last time I went to this McDonald's I got a happy meal with six nuggets and it just tasted so good I would highly recommend it just stop by if you ever going to the city just stop by and yeah you will find this McDonald's it's the best

This Macca's used to be a lot better than it is now. The location is quite nice, being on the corner, and it's a lot safer than the Macca's on William Street. The food quality has declined though, as the last few times I bought a Quarter Pounder, the bun was dripping in oil and grease, though the chips and other food have stayed the same quality. This place isn't the best Macca's, but better than the William Street one.

Amazing place to eat at! Saturday night is VERY busy yet the staff (6 at the time) were able to keep up with the customers! I was worried I would get my meal in 20 minutes considering the piling orders; I got it in 5mins! That's great management for you. I am impressed by the quality of the meal too! Nicely made and no missing items!

Staff are friendly however some of them. Don't know what they're doing I ordered a meal and instead of the drink i want a dessert The young girl says they cannot do that. Thats untrue because ive been going to McDonald's and i always replace the soft drink for a frappe or mcflurry Another time i wanted a vegetarian burger and because it was morning i couldn't order it. Until 10.30 Wich to me is ridiculous Then the girl mentioned i can only order it at 1.30 Wich is false and i. Corrected her. I. Just walked out because they don't have vegetarian vegan options.

I cannot remember the last time that I had a meal at McDonald's but I have often popped into the McCafes for a coffee. And especially when it started making coffee with Arabica beans instead of Robusta. When the McCafes first started, the coffees were quite a bit cheaper than elsewhere. Now it's prices are similar to other coffee shops. And good coffee is served at McDonald's outlets without a McCafes but with a proper coffee machine. The quality of the coffee will depend on how well the machine is maintained and how well the person making the coffee is trained. On both scores, the coffee here is good. Credit cards are accepted and there are usually plenty of seats unless you lob in at lunch time or at weekends.

Definately a popular corner spot for fast food. The staff are kept busy with the traffic coming throguh, so patience is advised. At the same time, the staff were polite and despite the busy conditions, still smiled when giving me my food and wished me a nice day. Points for that!

Not everybody can master the culinary art of the fillet of fish but McDonald's Hay Street East have excelled themselves. Sauce to bun ratio, divine. Extra pickle? Take five. Well done to the Artist that made my sandwich their own. Our serveur Paris was simply a delight and the down lighting was just beautiful
