They always give food quickly no matter when I go, even if it's lunch or after work at 12.00 at night. Always love the food, use the mymaccas app and get discounts etc, staff are friendly. Also the restraint is clean and neat - something seen very rarely for a maccas. Would recommend going here rather than the one at Perth a million times.

Mostly a hit i prefer this McDonald's out of all the others in the CBD! Friendly staff, love the diversity in their employment here also! Items you ask to be made fresh are and I only every so often get careless mistakes in my orders that are often ressurected by the manager when you call who are diligent and understanding considering it is fast food. Fresh chips and nuggets, eggs so a hit for me in a cheap ( these days not so much) take away department although like that McDonald's offer cheaper meal alternatives or small change menus.

Busy place to be for breakfast on a Sunday. Ate in the restaurant and also had takeaway. The usual breakfast fare, bacon and egg muffin with hash browns, apple juice etc. Food was served quickly after ordering through the mobile app. Table were not the cleanest, could be better cleaned.

Unfortunately the cheapness of McDonald's corporation is apparent at the location, with upper management employing only younger staff to avoid paying a higher minimum wage to 18+ year olds. As a result, the service is slow and inaccurate, but the blame does not rest on the young staff members - management needs put more adults on shift to help the younger staff members and to ensure accuracy and speed. More training is not required but more support needs to be offered. I have on several occasions been told to park for food, only to be forgotten after 20 minutes of waiting or have items forgotten. If a manager or experienced staff member is offering their support to the junior staff, this need not happen

The place is more of a late night restaurant/cafe you'd see characters from 90's sitcoms always hanging out in. Staff are very helpful, considering the pace, and the food is never bad. Toilets are a real let down, that's the only reason it doesn't have 5 stars.

We must have spent close to six figures over 30 years at my family Maccas. Thanks for some of the best tasting food I've had in my life. Thank you for the wonderful memories of getting drive-thru with friends and family while mum let us eat it while in the car wash next door. Here's to another 30 years of consistency and burgers just the way I like 'em.

*updated review* In the past few weeks this place has really picked up and gotten better. The food seems to be warm and fresh no matter what time I come and the staff are a lot more friendly and happy to be here. *old review* Depends what time of day you go, 11am-8pm the food and service is good, 8pm-5am the food is s*** and the carpark is just filled with the family and friend of the workers (if you ask them to stop standing in the drive thru they will tell you to “f*** off my girlfriends working here”) when the staffs not busy they sit in the carpark causing trouble and yelling abuse at car with their families and friends.

Drive thru is very tight and waiting bays are very small and wrongly positioned directly off the drive thru. We have a Kia Carnival 8 Seater and we were sticking out of the waiting Bay. That's the only negatives I have to say, apart from that the food is the same as every other Macca's. Either you're a fan or you're not and when your hungry you eat 🙂

Small and quaint McDonald's, plenty of inside seating and parking available. Though best to avoid during peak hour rush, both in the morning and afternoon because it's the go to for many commuters so it can get a bit hectic during peak hour!

Boy oh Boy wowee. This restaurant is a joy. The staff seemed harder working and less paid than if George Colombaris ran the shop, but golly gosh did they put love and effort into my McChicken. You know just the right amount of mayo, to keep the burger moist but without it looking dirty? They nailed it.

I've always had quick experiences whenever I've gone to grab fast food at this Maccas, it's definitely not the slowest service I've experienced when dining in and I haven't experienced the drive-through. The staff are generally quite junior but I was addressed by a polite male manager whom quickly organised my order & sped along the process just recently in the mid afternoon. Dozens of takeaway orders from inside and several dine-ins and I've not once experienced bad service or an incorrect order processed by staff. Definitely one of the better Maccas I've been to.

Fast food served here in quite fast time. The building is on renovation so it is become quite small place (Nov 2017). If you travel using public transportation, there are 2 bus shelter close to get a bus.
