Went in yesterday and ordered the new chicken big mac large meal and a cappuccino. The meal was very average, but was served by a lovely young lady named Shannon who was very nice and she made my coffee very quickly, and that was the only good part of my meal. Good job Shannon!

We come here alot because it is convenient. Staff lovely food good but could you please wipe tables in the playground area and clean it. The tables had not been wiped from one day to the next we know this because we came 3 days in a row and sit at the same table outside.

Generally ok. Sometimes employees can be lazy or not very focused with orders as they can be missing items, forget customisation etc. when checking order, especially recently. Food is generally pretty good when it's good, sometimes subpar compared to previous experiences. I do always recommend checking order every time to make sure you get what you pay for and wanted.

It's okay. They've got my order wrong a few times on the drive through, I think that is why they've introduced screens everywhere to reduce their responsibility. Pretty stock standard throughout the estate.

The wanneroo McCafe coffee is the most consistently fresh and delicious 'fast cup' in town. can tell they clean thier machines properly and keep beans fresh not leave in the hopper going stale for days like some places. Nice to see the regular ladies who've been there for years too.

Who ever just made my dq pounder burger 5 minutes ago at waneroo, that was freaking amazing. Best burger I've had at a McDonald's in ages. Keep it up. 5 years ago waneroo McDonald's was terrible. It's only improved since then and allways impresses me for their quick service and quality food. Always to a minimum standard way above most others I've visited. Always consistent and great customer service. Thank you.

I went here at lunch time on a Saturday and was surprised by how quiet it was. Almost no wait time for my food and the bathrooms were very clean. My coffee was not great, and i ordered a bacon and egg mcmuffin from the all day breakfast selection and the mcmuffin looked like it had been sitting around for a bit, the cheese was all dry and hard. So not the greatest experience food wise, mostly just the short wait time and clean facilities/eating area.

Most staff are fabulous, if a new staff member isn't any good they are normally not there for long. Food is generally considered good for a fast food restaurant. I haven't yet been given or missing food with my orders. Night staff do it so well with limited staff on at night even when busy they still get those orders out fast. Best McCafe! The staff member that regularly works in the McCafe makes the best coffee Ive ever had. Fast and most of the time fresh. They have fantastic listening skills through the inter com and rarely get my order incorrect but will correct it at the window if they were unsure.

I love the food here but mainly the well kept gardens! The pointy lollipop pruned tree as you enter the left drive thru are so cute! Who does your gardening?

Good Maccas, they very rarely mix orders up and are fast working. Minimal lunch time lost when I duck through here. Workers keep a pretty clean store and outdoor area. From what I can see the kids play area is in well maintained too. Foods on par too!

This mcdonalds is ok, only complaint I may have is the presentation of the burgers could be better.. sometimes the burgers need to be put together by the buyer as they are thrown into boxes abit quick.

Usually they get the order right but can also forget things, so I always check before walking out. Place is clean and have play area for children. Although most of the staff are young, they are friendly, patient and well mannered.

Ussually a wait if you go through drive thru you will often be asked to park even if there is no one else in the queue. If it is remotely busy say an hour after the lunch rush you have about a 25% chance of getting the wrong order busy times or late in the evening this peaks between 30-50% chance. Your only real way to minimise the the chances of wrong order is to do it yourself inside then you only have about a 15% chance of it going wrong. Have paid for extras many times and not received them. Overall its a Maccas so the food is the same everywhere else the service is good just the ability to deliver food fast and accurately is lacking in a big way.

Some staff are friendly , but some of them looks like you owe they money always with poker faces and reluctantly talk with you .Food is ok, as most of McDonald. But it seems they don't join some of commercial or special events , I was take my coupon and asked counter ,they said they didn't have that offer. Environment is under average not really tidy. Rest of them are ok

Actually a decent Maccas, never had a bad experience here. Food is quick and always fresh, chips and nuggets have been fresh on multiple occasions.

Ordered a quarter pounder with no cheese or pickle for takeaway, got home and received a quarter pounder with cheese and pickle even though the grill slip had the order correct. Also there is a promotion for a cheeseburger for every $15 spent. Instructions were to bring the receipt up to the register (ordering from the kiosk) and claim the cheeseburger. Did that but was unable to claim the cheeseburger as it was instructed to be by the employee that you need to pay at the register so that it can be put through that way. "You'll know for next time" Normally maccas is great, this was my second experience from this store with the first one with no drama.
