Great food, drinks and a spectacular view always available at the Oyster bar. The staff are friendly and it's a great relaxed atmosphere to catch up with friends. It has 2 levels and the attached photo was taken from the main level. There's outdoor seating as well if that tickles your fancy. 5 stars and definitely coming back. Would recommend the tacos! Not a fan of fish but these definitely changed my mind.

Came here on Saturday afternoon to quietly celebrate a milestone with a friend. Food was beautiful and service was great for the most part, although the young woman who greeted us didn't seem very friendly. Still, will give it another try, especially for the riverside views.

Oysters were alright... Considering it's in the name they weren't the best. Very small and besides the natural ones the flavours were mehh. Pork belly was cold and tough and the prawn pasta lacked flavour. The views are nice and that's probably where the price tag comes in.

It was my first time at the oyster bar Elizabeth quay. Roof top bar with an amazing view. What a great experience! Ordered a mixed 1/2 dozen oysters, which were fresh! Some tiger prawns & also a Bloody Mary shot. Outstanding food! Service was attentive, quick & overall excellent! I highly recommend & will return!

Great location with stylish design. Roof top view is amazing but needs to be booked advanced. Second floor view is still good with lots of space. Worth for a visit. The place was too busy to provide a good service. Everything needs to be done by yourself. That’s why I rated them 4 star. Oysters was good with lots of different taste which is impressive. Coffee and drinks was above standard. Other dishes wasn’t very satisfied but still willing to give a second visit.

Great little venue, has an in-house sound system, the staff are realy friendly, easy to get along with, Mel DJ’d here representing ENVY Event Group, if your an entertainer here you can drive straight up to the venue unload bump in through an elevator (take a trolley) allow your self lots of extra time, as you will have to park with a 10 to 15minutes walk, great little venue though thanks guys !

The service was good, the view is lovely facing the river and south perth. The main i ordered was catch of the day Snapper, it is a bit too salty for my taste but still finished it and drank a glass of Yves. Overall is good. Some staff could put in effort to smile more, so it feels more friendly.

We had a pleasant mid-week lunch the other day and enjoyed ourselves. The service was pretty good, ladies were polite and helpful all the time. We had several share plates and most dishes were great with some a bit of a hit and miss.

Great location and view. Oysters were pretty good but maybe didn't quite meet our expectations. Oceanic platter was fresh and tasty but way too much fried squid. Would have preferred half the amount of squid and then a piece of fish or something. Recommend giving the place a shot but don't expect anything amazing. Service was great however you had to go to the bar to order which was a bit weird for a place like this.

Had out wedding reception here on the 18th December 2021. Cannot thank Vicky and his staff enough! An amazing venue, brilliant food, and drinks selection to make even my most dificult relatives happy! A must for anyone with the time to visit, and if you like oysters then and absolute must.

Went to oyster bar for a cocktail on a hens day and will recommend to anyone!! It's a must see!! Toni's customer service was beyond exceptional and made our day amazing!! We were served amazing mocktails even when not on the menu. All the staff went out of their way to meet our needs and make our experience perfect.

Great view from the top floor. Service was very underwhelming. Went here for a birthday dinner. Reserved a table. Informed them it was a birthday celebration. Food was very tasty. But very overpriced. Spent $200 in an hour on food for 2 and 4 drinks. The place is really small and expensive yet there is no table service. And you have to go to the bar and order and pay for every round. Would be easy to improve the service in such an intimately small venue. Had to stack up plates and wipe down our table ourselves. Nobody said anything to us as we left. Expected more for my money.

Great oyster bar, in a beautiful location, providing some of the best views in Perth, especially at the top level. It can definitely be difficult to secure a booking here, especially during these times, but it is worth the wait. Have tried every type of oyster here and I preferred the simpler types over the others, except chilli and cheese that was next level - I would recommend that it gets made with a stronger hit of chilli though it was more like a cheese oyster both times I've had them. Wednesday specials are totally worth it for happy hour, highly recommend this place!

Sat upstairs on the open deck area on a sunny and windy Sunday afternoon. Wonderful spot with views of the city, Elizabeth Quay inlet and the Swan River.Love the pay at the bar as you go with food and drinks. Food and drinks were good, but delivery of our shared plates was slow.

Very nice location and nicer views. The dozen oysters in 4 cooking styles was perfect along with the jalaapeno fritatas. Parking available approximately 5 minutes away in the CPP car park in Langley Park. The service was great and the staff are polite and courteous. Its priced at the tourist end but will probably go up when the tourism opens after the vaccinations.

Serving was small and the coconut thai mussels were quite tasty but not really hot. The seafood platter was not as generous as the first time we were there. Ordered the oysters at the Wednesday’s discounted price on Friday. The oyster hour is available between 6pm and 7pm on Fridays. However, staff was not aware that we ordered the oysters after 6pm and charged the original price. We told her and solved the issue. :) The rooftop does not have many seats and saw many walk-in customers could not be seated. We ordered the mixed oysters and they tasted so good and fresh.

My boyfriend and I went there for a late night date and the service was absolutely amazing. We had oysters platter and chicken wings which tasted bloody great! We were greeted and made ensured that we were having a good time by the amazing manager this store has. We don’t drink alcohol so I asked one of the bartenders to whip up some mocktail, and he made the most delicious mocktail I’ve ever had. Tasted great with the oysters

Highlight for us, besides great quality food which included some of the freshest, sized oysters (prepared in a variety of delicious ways ) available in Perth without a doubt, was meeting a lady staff member named Toni. Toni Is a very front of house, service oriented, enthusiastic lady, with the most engaging personality. Thankyou Toni for making our visit such a memorable experience.

Serves some of the best oysters I've had in a while and nice selection on the tasting plate. Again the only let down is that Perth closes too early for serving food and drink. We were on holiday from overseas on a Thursday night for a friends birthday, and having the kitchen shut at 9 pm is just ridiculous. The staff were friendly and attentive but it was obvious they just wanted to close up and go home.

First ⭐ goes to the staff, very accommodating, I had called and the said to just rock up as we were 2. When we got there they where fully booked, the manager was quick to sort us out, with a smile. Doesn't take much to make a happy customer. One thing that really drives me mad, is when a restaurant tries to make you feel bad about something they did wrong. Waiter delivered an already opened bottle of French wine. So I told one of the managers and he said " your lucky we brought it to you, we don't usually deliver to the table. So it's my fault they forgot how to serve 🤷 Second 🌟 goes to the venue greatly placed on Elizabeth Quai, sun set skies pretty magical on the water. Third ⭐ the oysters are fantastic, I have eaten there prior to this outing and it was good, this time we had french wine and oysters. Fourth ⭐, decent wine list very important and was reasonably priced as with the food. Great place to have a function. Loss of the fifth ⭐ ( never assigned ), as an over all rating. Oyster Bar, has a great selection of oysters. They are a good size overall (not small) that you can get your teeth into. Reasonable price and a great selection of wines and tapas food. The view of the quay is a nice bonus and the staff are always friendly. If you love oysters, then the bar is the place as they have Thai, Kilpatrick, chilli and the list goes on.

A beautiful view with delicious oysters and wine. This is a perfect setting for a proposal, a first date, a ladies catch up. You can choose from the wide range of oysters and their b special preparation plus other nice foods. The wine list is OK, a good mix of Australian, French and other wines, pretty much for every palate and purse. Good service, good views, good seating arrangements and forget time and date. The only thing missing was a bit ambiance, a live musician with some jazz, soul or whatever suits to take it up a notch. Nevertheless, I can only recommend it, do visit.

I've gone to Oyster Bar a few times over the past couple of years and every single experience is just perfect. The food is consistently amazing, whether it was casual drinks and snacks, a close meal with my partner or lunch with the in-laws. If there was any gripe to my visits there, it's purely that our sunsets don't just keep going so we might enjoy them even more.

Delicious selection of fresh and other varieties to satisfy one's oyster cravings. Had 6 +12 oysters in two batches - natural Tasmanian , Oliver , Thai salad .. all simply delicious . Location and staff were fantastic. Ordering at the bar felt weird considering the type of venue. Wouldn't order the oceanic platter again, didn't feel very substantial considering the price, especially with sardines being the most abundant thing on the plate. They were good sardines...but no ones wants sardines. Also had a fish taco which was very tasty, so if I was to return I'd order individual share plates and avoid the platters.

I can't believe all the negative reviews about this place. We went here on New Years Eve and shared an excellent plate of 12 oysters before moving on. My wife then chose to come here for her birthday and I was a bit reluctant seeing all the one and two star reviews, but I needn't have worried we had an excellent evening. Where else can you get 12 very nice oysters for $20? If you go to Rockpool you pay $4.50 for each oyster and they wouldn't taste any different. We chose natural and they were very nice. If Neil Perry had this view from his restaurant the oysters would no doubt be $50 each. Yes the staff aren't Haute Cuisine trainees but they were polite and nothing to complain about. This is a pleasant 'touristy' venue, very reasonably priced and superb value. If you want Haute Cuisine go elsewhere and pay the big $$$.

Three of us went for lunch and shared the oceanic platter and a mixed dozen of oysters at the roof top bar. Lovely location and view but I wouldn't go back. Waited about 50 minutes for our food. Oysters seemed fresh but lacked creaminess. I've had better oysters elsewhere. Platter was just ok, the balance wasn't quite right - heaps of squid! Their wine list doesn't seem to be considering the best matches for seafood. One toilet had no handwash and the other had no toilet paper. Expected more from this restaurant.

Found the service to be below average what I'd expect from a place with such great location. I booked ahead online which was all good but when I arrived the staff had no knowledge of any booking I'd made. I couldn't order anything and have a tab like system where I'd pay at the end. So had to pay as we ordered anything. It just gave me the wrong feeling of the place. I'm only writing this to be constructive because I think that place should be as good as its view, which is awesome.

Such a shame about the staff yelling across the bar about adding on the 10% surcharge ( which I will happily pay just don’t want the lack of customer service shoved in my face) Even though this is an oyster bar it would 💯 have the worst oysters I’ve ever had. Not fresh, warm, and leaving a terrible after taste. I’m a massive oyster lover and have actually been back 3 times now on the hope that the experience would be different but never again. And yes I did try and have a chat with a waitress to give actual face to face feedback and after 15 minutes waiting I left ... never to return. Such a shame !

I went here for the first time with friends. Although the food was nice, the service was very disappointing. After sharing an oyster starter, noone came to clear the plate of empty oyster shells. We ordered our mains consisting of 2 platters and had to follow up 40 mins later when they hadn't arrived. Whilst my friend was following up, we were told by the wait staff that it was last chance for food orders. Obviously, since we hadn't received our mains, there would be no opportunity for dessert. 10 mins later we were informed it was the last opportunity for drink orders. I was really looking forward to this night out but did not live up to expectations

We visited on a Sunday lunch time without a booking. We were quickly accommodated and seated outside and upstairs on a beautiful day. We all ordered oysters (both natural and cooked) as well as seafood platters along with drinks. Everything came out quickly. The oysters were super fresh and delicious! We went for a late lunch, not overcrowded with only three staff on they managed quite well. For the expense (for us was $100 per person), I thought the freshness and quality of the food should have been much better. Half of the oysters tasted a few days old (other half were perfect). The prawns we had were tasteless, watery and gritty. Service was very good and the location was excellent, but when you're paying premium prices you shouldn't have to get up and go to the bar each time to order a drink (or food) and also have to pay as you go.

Our first visit. Gorgeous location with choice views. The menu is good, the selection of oysters we had were beautiful and there is a smallish but decent wine list. The staff were friendly but given the expense, there should be table service. Perhaps a separate restaurant area to bar area? We spent almost $300 on our food and wine and having to order from the bar while a group of young women at the table next to us got drunker and more obnoxious took the gloss off it for us.

We had a good time at Oyster Bar located at Elizabeth Quay. Food is appetizing, oysters are fresh and very delicious... I am not an oyster person and I hardly try eating them. But tonight I took 3 Kipatrick (GFO), which is a breakthrough! Oyster taste great! Very juicy and flavourful... we also had crispy pork belly and Oyster bar salt & pepper squid, both were yummy and goes well with beer. The bar offer a good selection of cocktail drinks, you name it, they made it! I love the Long Island Tea, the taste blend well. It is one of the best I had. Will definitely recommend it! We will be back!
