What a new venue! Looks a really american restaurant! Despite the recent opening we really enjoyed the experience. I needed to take photos as I really do love american style food restaurants and this place is really cool! Amazing customer service and the food was yummy! If you are around lake side shopping centre, I 100% recommend it! I will definitely come back. Thank you so much!

We dined for lunch and had a great first experience. Servers were polite and quick. The food came out hot and in a timely manner. I loved the idea of the single booths and the spacious layout of the restaurant. Also having the option to order from the table without having to wait for servers is a big plus!

As we walk down the street, we were enticed by the smell of the restaurant. You can do separate billing through phone app ordering As you sit at your table. We were served by Onxy who answered any questions we had all ordered us Items that were a bit complex for the app or if we felt we would rather order with a person. I haven’t found it very easy to order a Scotch fillet elsewhere lately as restaurants seem to be going to cheaper cuts, but my steak was great. Unfortunately it wasn't as hot as it could have been as were the chips but the service was great

Food was great! We ordered Three for All. Love the pork. Great customer service (thank you to the lady who served us- with glasses)Took a bit of time in taking orders but all good, everything is new. Well done! Few issues, it was a busy night, had to cancel my onion rings order as it took a long time (glass of red on the house). We got given different food to what we ordered but not a big deal, we were given burger but small size. Lastly, my CC (AMEX) didn't work had to use Mastercard. Hope you'll get it fix. Overall, good food and customer experience.

Great food but shame about the service. About a dozen tables of people dining in, plenty of staff (mostly behind or at the bar socialising) and frustratingly made it difficult to try get any recognition or service once seated. Ended up having to go to the front till to get service. On top of that watching one of the staff walking around with her mask half off and then constantly pull it down and leave it below her chin when behind the bar, why wear it at all? Just wasn’t a great experience.

Went to the check out TGIF for lunch. The wife had the pork belly nachos which she thought was great. Kids had the cheeseburger kids meal which was free due their lunch special, so thumbs up to that. Service at the bar was poor, I was the only one standing there waiting for a drink for 5 minutes whilst 2 people were in behind the bar working, so not sure if was being ignored on purpose. I had the signature steak prawns and ribs, I asked for a medium rare steak, it came out well done, the waitress was apologetic and got me another steak. In the meantime I ate the over charred ribs which was standard I guess, 2 x 3 lightly grilled small - medium sized prawns on sticks, which were bland. The second attempt of steak arrived which was cooked medium this time, the steak was chewy and very bland as if no seasoning was added to the steak at all when cooking, and a decent amount of fat and sinew, a managed to eat half of it, chips and onion rings were standard. For $59 for the steak meal this mob should seriously take it off the menu. It was a pathetic meal for the price. I gave it 3 stars cause the kids ate free and the wife enjoyed hers. Times like this I wish hogs breath cafe was still around. Can’t see myself going back . Cheers.

Best customer service I've ever experienced! We were told there was a 45 minute wait when we ordered. After 20 minutes we asked if the starters could be served earlier, we were given a 20% discount and our food was served within minutes! Thank you to the staff for being so friendly and acommodating 🙏😀👍

Went to TGI Fridays on Friday night. Walked in and waited to be seated. Waiting, waiting, waiting, while 6 staff were standing in front of us at the bar having a chat. It took a staff member who walked out from another part of the restaurant to not actually attend to us but tell the group of staff that they had customers waiting to be seated. The attitude of the staff member who did come to seat us was one of inconvenienced. We were seated at the first booth and just forgotten about. After 10 minutes I asked a staff member if we could order some food. They came back and took our order which included a starter and two mains. The mains came out before the starter so we cancelled that. Then at 8.45ish we were finished and wanted a coffee I got the attention of a staff member, who was not impressed that he had to serve us. The eye rolls were magic. Asked for coffees and he went away, came back to tell us the bar was closed now. I asked him what time they closed and he said, "I don't know". The food was average at best, the service was atrocious and we won't be back. Overpriced, $82.50 for a coke, cc and dry, basic burger and half back of ribs

Had such a great experience here! Lovely atmosphere and decorated really well. I got the pork ribs with signature glaze and it was soooo gooood. The manager is a super friendly guy and the staff are all so nice and attentive to detail. Will definitely be back!

Nikau was a fantastic server. He was so attentive and lovely. He kept checking on us and making sure all our food was correct to our changes. The food was super quick and really yum. I had the peach and mango lemonade and it was delish highly recommend visiting here

Get what you pay for. The food overall was decent enough, chips were a bit of a let down but the burgers and the chicken items were good. Service was disappointing however, we were asked at start if we wanted table service or to use the app. Asked for table service as it was first time but after waiting a long time with no one coming near us I ended up having to order through the app. Ordered starters and mains that all arrived at the exact same time which was a lot of food to eat between two people at one time without some of it getting cold. When I asked about this when food arrived I was told that they all come together - which I don’t think was meant to happen but was excuse given to us at the time.

I had the best customer service from Rhys he was amazing, a top class bartender (even helped us pick drinks to our taste) and he was just amazing to me and my partner will definitely be recommending more people to tgif. Just enjoyed a Mother's Day Lunch with family at TGI Fridays Joondalup and it was amazing....from the food to the service (server Kate) was a great experience all round, we had a table of 11 and everyone enjoyed their meals and drinks....definitely recommend 😀

Omg Have to say meal was absolutely beautiful Had the mozzarella sticks to share for starters then Cajun chicken burger and Cajun chicken and prawn fettuccini for mains Absolutely Devine The service was brilliant and very prompt Amelia our waitress was lovely and very efficient Had long island ice tea which hit the spot Was busy enough for a thursday Would definitely definitely recommend this place and can't wait to go back

Went there for lunch today 5 of 5. Orders for drinks and food came out at the right time. Everything was hot and delicious. The place just opened up and working in the hospo industry myself I m actually shocked by some of the comments. You guys just started and still learning new venue, new team keep with the good work. Yes sometimes it's going to be harder and busier but keep smiling and hard working and everything will go smoothly!! Will definitely be back!

This place will get 5 stars once their app issues are sorted. Love the idea of ordering on your phone but half the menu was missing from the app. Everything else was great - service, wait times, food, drinks, atmosphere. Can’t wait to come back!

We came at 5pm so wasnt super busy. Food was really good. The staff were very nice and trying their best but pretty disorganised and nobody seemed very confident in what they were doing, had to wave someone down each time to order or get water, cutlery etc. The biggest downer on the experience was that we ordered two rounds of drinks which took 30 minutes to receive each time, We were seated maybe 2 meters from the bar and I could see that the bar staff were very confused and flustered despite not having many dockets. We ordered the Long Island iced tea twice because the first one was very nice but the second one tasted completely different and incredibly sour…Just seems like there hasn’t been enough training and they’re sort of working it out as they go, Strange for a chain. Anyways not a bad experience it was just kind of awkward and didn’t go very smoothly.

Venue is so nice ! Food was really good, best buffalo wings and jd glazed pork ribs iv had in 8 years since moving to Australia !!!! Lu our waitress was so lovely and helpful But there obviously short on staff which is not there fault …..Could see they were doing there best !!!!!!!!
