Went to Tony Roma’s twice in 2 months. First time was really good. Second time was ok. Although they overcooked my steak, they managed to replace it when I complained. Love their bacon butter that goes with the steak. Their steaks are as good as their ribs!!

Excellent service, delicious food! We ordered a wagyu steak, baby back ribs full rack (it's a must to order), and chicken pasta for the main dish. Delicious, cooked perfectly and the portion was fair for the price.

Best ribs in town combined with the best customer service. Fred, the manager, is a legend, just himself is worth the visit. I had the baby back ribs and my husband had the wagyu picanha, ir was the special for the night and everything was supper yummy! Good on you Fred, brilliant job!!! I consider this probably one the best places for ribs. The service at this venue is better than some prestigious places in Perth. I can confidently say that this is a venue you must at least try once . you wont regret whatever you and the staff will cater to you to their bet of their ability.

Place always has a lovely dining ambience and lovely staff. It wasn't full house on the night we went so food came pretty quickly and was delicious. We switched our chips to seasonal vegetables which there was a surcharge of $2 each and that was disappointing as all we got was brocolli... felt like we got penalised for being healthy. Otherwise the dining experience was very enjoyable. Kids menu baby pork ribs probably not worth ordering... might as well pay a little extra and share with an adult.

Place was busy, service was good. Ordered the plate with wings, cheese and Tater skins..wings were too saucy, be better if on the side Ribs had hardly any meat on them, was expecting better quality if that's what you promote. Again Ribs had sauce all over them, not everyone wants ribs slathered in sauce. The beans were runny and I maybe spotted 10 beans in the bowl. I'd go back for the cocktails.

The best ribs ever!! So tender, juicy and perfect amount of basting. We had a full rack (half hot sauce and half original) Fillet Medallions were cooked to perfection accompanied by a decent amount of vegetables and creamy mash. Classic beef sliders had a thick juicy beef patty which was simple and just what you need. To finish off- warm and moist chocolate fondant. Shout out to Andre who was very helpful and friendly. Thank you Tony Roma's. We will surely "meat" again...

The best customer service I've ever experienced!! There was a mix up with our booking and when my wife and I arrived at Tony Roma's to celebrate her birthday, we found them closed for renovations. I contacted Tony Roma's to let them know that my wifes birthday had been ruined by this and they handled the situation incredibly well! We've just finished our meals after rebooking and we've both had an excellent time! The food was perfect and customer service was amazing. 5 starts!!

First ⭐ service, the management team seem to take great care in selecting their staff, it is very important in my opinion that the first person to meet you at the door, meet you with a smile and able to make what ever it is you need, happen. Second ⭐ food very yummy indeed😋, I've had ribs everywhere in Perth this place near everyone hands down.👍 Third ⭐location, top end of Murray, so if your living and staying in Perth on business it's only a short walk. Fourth ⭐ great place to have a business lunch big booths great selection of drinks for all ages. Fifth ⭐ over all rating. I had take away this time. They didn't give knife and fork To eat my salade or offer any sauce to eat with my generous serving of fries. They need to look into that for the ultimate eating experience.

At first I was a little sceptical of the menu. I was looking for pasta and they only have two options. I had the prawn linguine and I was very happy with the dish. The pasta was al dente and the prawns were well cooked, not chewy or overdone. My boyfriend had the ribs and I was very impressed with the sauce and the meat itself, so tender. The sauce was full of flavour and a bit of smokiness. The complimentary bread that comes to the table is also a great addition to the dining experience. The service is also very good. The staff are very attentive even when the place is busy. The manager is very friendly and efficient. The prices are on the higher side, but not unusual for a good steakhouse. The ribs are definitely worth your while.

Still excellent to this day. I have always enjoyed visited Tony Romas. The range of drinks has changed since my last visit (about 1.5 years ago or more) which was a bit disappointing as I was not able to find some old stuff but it is still great. The food range is still delicious and as usually for me the best part of experiencing dining at Tony is the selection of great, tasty, fun and amazing for occasions entrees. The potato filled with cheese and bacon, signature onion ring and shrimp cocktail were fantastic as usual. By the time we go through our main I admit we were pretty full and we had to takeaway our meal for the next day.

It is my favorite spare ribs restaurant so far. The ribs are tender and juicy, the sharing tasting plate also brought us joy. There is a standing bar which you can enjoy a drink or two if the restaurant is too busy to seat you.

Not the best experience. Waited a while for a table but were seated after a short time. The server came to take our order but after I tried ordering the original ribs was informed they had sold out. 7.30pm, sold out of the signature diah and after our table of 4 had ordered already (except me). Would have been nice to know they didn't have some dishes when we sat down and before we ordered drinks so we could have decided to go elsewhere if desired. Ordered the St Louis ribs instead. The food then took nearly 45 minutes to arrive, but was lovely when it did arrive. We were all starving by then so would have probably eaten anything. Good food, but poor service and not somewhere I'd rush back to because of this.

Came for lunch with a group on Friday - was relatively quiet. Beef short rib lunch special was quite good - tender and fatty, not the best short rib I've had, but couldn't fault it. Potato mash and roasted veges were also fine. Large serving sizes, and free warm bread slices with garlic butter to start a nice touch.

It was ok.. I have had far better ribeyes/steaks in Perth. We stopped here because there wasn’t much open and we where pretty hungry. My favorite part of the meal was the fries, the beans where kinda cold and bland. The service was good, price was average for that area, and they were busy so I didn’t hold it against them for the delay in getting our plates to us. A meal in a pinch.

Best place in Perth for ribs I've found and had, always go for the beef ribs 😋😋 Service was great, it was very quiet today and staff helpful and cheerful. Short rib was awesome, soft and fell off the bone. Sauce was delicate and flavourful. Full ribs with spicy sauce was also delicious! Hot sauce is pretty good, not fire of death hot but good for ribs. Slaw with the ribs also really fresh and tasty, good balance with spicy sauce ribs 😁👍🏼 Will be back soon for sure unless we find another solid ribs option 🤪🤪😅😅

Huge venue with large servings, however service was on the slow side for us. Additionally, the wait staff couldn't differentiate between our dishes as one was supposed to be with a chive rather than blue cheese butter. Lots of people don't like blue cheese - they should have been aware which dish had what. The plate the meal was served on spun around on the table making it difficult and noisy to eat. Need to invest in more appropriate plates. Despite these issues, the meal was tasty and the venue is nice.

We celebrated our son's 21st birthday by having dinner here for the first time as we had fond memories of eating at Tony Roma's overseas. We ordered our usual favorites - baby back ribs, potato skins, buffalo wings, cheese sticks and tried crispy prawns. Everything was as good as we remembered from years ago although the full rack of baby back ribs was smaller than expected and not enough for a party of 5. The fries were good. Staff was friendly and food was served fairly quickly. Parking at CPP His Majesty's is a few minutes walk away. Cost of dinner comes to about $30+ per head including drinks but without deserts. Would come back again.

Simply delicious. Amazing ribs. We used to go to Tony Romas in Malaysia but it is a far cry from the experience here in Perth. All 5 of us are so happy with our selection. Kids meals like Boneless chicken was tender and juicy with a generous portion. Cheese burger hit the spot as well. I had the half serving of ribs and it is amazing. Lovely elegant restaurant for a quiet night out. We celebrated our 11th Wedding Anniversary there. Big portions and great quality food. I had the Tony's BBQ Trio with half rack lamb, grilled Nashville chicken and grilled prawns, corn on cob, coleslaw and fries. My husband had TR's signature full rack ribs with Red Hot sauce, fries and peppercorn sauce. These were our mains. We had fried mozzarella sticks for appetizers. The meat fell off the bone with the ribs and got long sticks of cheese. The staff were very friendly. In fact, they even offered wet wipes without me asking when they noticed I had to use my fingers with some of the food. Will definitely go back again.

The Menu is short, beer pint 10 aud, fried cips with ribs full rack with BBQ sauce, is 50 aud. Anything else you add to 60 aud and you have a delicious dinner, but heavy for the pockets. The fried onion need less oil. Very noisy place, everyone is covering the neighbour voice, so loud, the girls cannot hear you when you order, so you leave with headache. This is the truth, nothing else. Thanks.

Pretty average. Not that great. Not worth all the great reviews. Average food. Expensive for what was served. Steak was good. Baby back ribs were "all out" so had another style ribs instead. Sauce was nice but meat had no flavour / tasteless. Chips and mashed potatoes were nice.

I love ribs and whenever I feel the craving come over me I always go back to Tony Roma's. The service is always good and the food is exceptional. Yes it is a chain and I know that what I get in Perth is the same in Bali or Singapore or the US. It is just high standard no matter where you are - they do it well. Took my wife for dinner night there. Walk in was welcoming, it was cold outside n my wife right away loved the warm conditioned areas. They recommended the nights special, which turned out to be mouth melting steak as they had said it would be. I will be going there again for sure. From walking through the front door to walking out, you're warmly welcomed and waited on with friendly staff and plenty of drinks to choose from. The steaks and ribs are the best in Perth. The restaurant was packed for lunch and they were clearly understaffed. Regardless of this the service was excellent. My steak was overcooked, but still juicy and flavoursome. The atmosphere here is good for dates and those feeling romantic. They have low light and lots of dark colours and plush furnishings. It feels classy and intimate. The food, however, isn't of the same standard as the environment. I had the sizzling prawns. They were way over cooked and very tough. I like that the salad bar is offered as part of the main course, but it's not that great. There's a pasta salad, some loose greens, the makings of a Cesar salad and some bread rolls. It's ok, but nothing special. The steak sandwich was better. The meat was cooked well and the fries were crispy. This was the best part of the meal. The staff are always very nice, but the food isn't great. There are plenty of way better places around, if you're willing to pay the prices they have here.

Tony Roma’s used to be one of my favourite restaurants. Went for lunch and was disappointed for a number of reasons, one being that they had changed the menu. Firstly the Carolina chicken wings are no longer on the menu, only the firey wings, but the staff were very accommodating and made them in the Carolina honey sauce. Secondly, they had run out of their signature dish “world famous” baby back ribs and finally you can no longer choose your sides, I liked having broccoli with my ribs, now you get a tiny bowl of coleslaw and thick cut chips. I’m not in a hurry to go back again with so many other better quality restaurants now available to us in Perth

Used to be the go-to place for ribs. Unfortunately the things that set TR's apart, have slowly eroded. The service used to be refreshingly good - now it is very mediocre; uually under-staffed and inattentive. Last two times I have been (others chose the location) the beans were unavailable. What kind of American ribs joint does not have beans!? If you are not going to serve them, take them off the menu. If you want good American bbq-style food, sadly, I have to say skip TR's and go to Side Door bbq, or Porkies. Their prices are better too.

Had lunch Sunday with a group, birthday celebration. Have been a patron of Tony Roma’s not only here but overseas, for years. Disappointed this time 😥 A couple of people always have the ribs but since last we went, the menu appears to have changed, unfortunately. Ribs always came with a baked potato in alfoil accompanied by a small bowl of coleslaw, a corn cob, and a dipping sauce. Today the ribs came with a baked potato undressed, a load of chips and the ribs. That’s it. Why you’d put a baked potato and a heap of chips together is strange. Thought I was in a nice English tavern. I had a prawn salad and all it was was coleslaw with a skewer of prawns and a few cold noodles. There use to be an entree you could have which included an onion cake in the middle with a variety of sauces and beautiful avocado dip with bread crackers and a blue cheese dip. Not on menu now. Oh well. Obviously changed hands or changed menu for some reason. Couldn’t fault the service and the maître d went out of his way for us. Top marks to staff. But food. Meh. Had better.
