Ordered the fried cornflake chicken burger and painkiller burger. Both weren’t bad, and the serving size was definitely generous. Also, can never go wrong with a strawberry thickshake. Staff were nice. Great burger place.

Incredible food and also incredible service. Tyler was a remarkable worker and promptly provided us with our delicious meals. Food was great quality, on the more affordable side… really really really good. The interior design of the place is truly great. Wood with faux graffiti makes this place look like a diamond among the bin that is Blacktown. Keep it up, Burger Doctor. I want to see this place make it big.

Serving size is generous, but both the TSA Tofu & Hausman Mushroom burgers have room for flavour improvement. A plant based burger pattie & vegan cheese options would be welcomed.

Absolutely the best burgers in Blacktown. The flavours were divine and the burgers were of the best quality. Would highly recommend their vegetarian range. Even the sides were top notch - we couldn't stop eating them! A definite must for burger afficionados in Western Sydney.

This was a fairly average burger joint. It's pretty cheap though, as far as the gourmet burger places usually go. I got a buyer, chips and a drink for less than $16. I had the cheese burger. It was ok. The meat was very good. It was very flavoursome and very juicy. The bread rolls seem to be very dry though. I would have liked soft white roll. Also, the chips had a bit of a bitter taste to me and I wasn't a fan of the dipping sauce. Why serve chips with mayo? What about tomato/ bbq sauce? The service was quick and the man who took my order was very nice, but there place wasn't busy and I would have expected fairly speedy service in takeaway type shop. Hmmm. There are so many good burgers places around these days that I probably wouldn't go here again. The meat was good, but that's about it.

Had the Frankenstein just before watching a movie as a meal. Came out rather quick and i like how it was served on a plate, rather than the cardboard you get from many burger joints. It was quite a decent size, reminded me of a whopper but much more bigger and full of flavour, and the onion rings made it even better. Chips were shoe string style with alioli dipping included, which usually you need to pay extra these days. Overall great meal and recommended.

I'm so sad that I hadn't tried these burgers earlier! Great range of options for different dietary requirements. The staff I dealt with were nice and they kept the store clean considering how many people were in and out. The food itself was really fresh and tasty. Will definitely be eating here again!

THE ONLY I repeat ONLY issue I’ve ever had with this joint was the long delivery time BUT that’s not their fault (delivery services’). Always a good feed, chips/hash bites are nicely seasoned and have the crunch factor. Burgers always nicely made. Very yum

Food was pretty good most of the time they got the order right, however yesterday we ordered three burgers only two came out. When we asked about the third one they said we didn't order it. The thing was it was the first burger we ordered and it was repeated back to us that we ordered it. Had to wait another 10 minutes before his came out. Not the best experience and not sure I'd go back because of it.

To be honest, we almost didn't eat here. Not because of anything off-putting about Burgerfuel, but because there were a lot of places to choose from. But oh my god, am I glad we decided to stay. I just literally ate the BEST burger ever. Hands down. Actually, I think it's one of the best things I've ever put in my mouth. This place always does my burgers usually well although I have experienced just a minor issue of requesting some ingredients off but weren’t taken off. It’s not a big deal to me since I wasn’t allergic to them but maybe just double check those. Other than that, pretty affordable burgers and good quality too. I haven’t dined it but I have been absolutely been a regular on delivery apps. Also nice to see little writings on the bags like “Enjoy Kim” etc. But maybe that is because my family and I order too often lol.

Ordered some take away burgers with kids. I had the Flying Doctor burger and loved it. Very tasty and neatly stacked substantial burger. One daughter had the kids chicken bites which she enjoyed. Other daughter had the kids burger combo and rated it. The staff were very friendly. Will be going back again.

Burger Doctor is amazing! I love the industrial vibe of this place. The burgers are so good, I'm always left licking my fingers and wanting more. I bring my kids here and it's good for a date night as well. The food is fresh and the place is clean. Well worth a visit. It's also so easy to get to as it's on the roof at Westpoint shopping centre.

The best burgers in Blacktown, why go settle for something cheap like McDonald's when you can pay a few extra dollars and get delicious quality food - at a reasonable price. Never disappointed, and the service is always exceptional. One of the staff members, Justin, is always delightful when serving you.

The different options of burgers was a little hard to choose from. But eventually the double American muscle was my choice and found it quite a regular tasting burger in contrasting to others found around Sydney. The price was also a little bit out of line I must say.

We had never tried Burger Doctor but we were intrigued by the menu board outside so we thought we would give it a shot. Despite the restaurant not being busy there was a bit of a wait at the unattended counter before we were finally greeted by a friendly but obviously overcommitted staff member who confidently took our order. We tried a Frankenstein, a Queen Brie, chips and drinks. THE SERVICE was pretty quick, about 9 minutes wait is not bad especially for grilled chicken. THE BURGERS were pretty tasty and plenty big. Jacob loved the smoky bbq sauce and crunchy onion rings on the Frankenstein and the cheese and chicken on the Queen Brie were yummy. The buns were a little dry and over toasted, maybe they were yesterday’s buns. THE CHIPS are absolute rubbish. The only upside of thin cut chips is they cook faster. It’s a cool evening and by the time the burger was half eaten the chips were stone cold. Please consider thick cut chips. So much better. Hotter. Less oily. THE DRINKS are only available as glass bottles which makes for small and very expensive drinks. No drink size options were offered. THE PRICE was well on the high side. The burgers fall short of true “gourmet” but almost $50 for two burger meals is well into “gourmet” territory. The burger prices aren’t too bad but the sides are up there. Especially for awful chips. OVERALL not bad but not great value. We would love to try some of the other burgers but won’t buy the nasty chips again.
