A wonderful lunchtime experience. The wagyu I had was super tasty and tender as. The Greek salad was delicious too. The peppercorn sauce was nice but it was a little bit too tangy for my liking. The service was good - very friendly and helpful. The only drawback for me is the price. It was a little too bit pricey for my liking. But I’m glad we tried this place - overall it was fantastic.

We dined at 12:10 on a Monday, about half an hour after opening. We were recognised within a minute and seated immediately. There was plenty of seating, inside and out. It was fresh and clean and very comfortable, with a relaxed atmosphere. We were served quickly. The drinks came in a few minutes and the food not long after. It was hot and delicious. I had the pizza marinara and my beautify, wife had the chicken breast, which was spectacularly presented. The staff were very accommodating and helpful and the bill was less than we had paid for inferior meals and service. The view over the harbour was excellent.

Location and seating is awesome. Everything we ordered was on point. However, I was there with clients for an extended lunch and tried to order happy hour cocktails on the same $800 tab but they declined. Pitty because the tab would have easily reached $1000+

Absolutely beautiful! Amazing venue in a stunning location. Our entree and mains we're divine, highly recommend the Berry cocktail 🙂 The service was impeccable from start to finish. Excellent value for money. We will definitely return!

My first review that’s only 3 stars 🥹 Scallops, muscles, crab, salads, sides, service, drinks all incredible but the crayfish was so disappointing and lacking .. it was chewy, bland and a huge let down, I’m really sorry to say. We were also let down by the option to pay $25 for a sauce over our cray as this would only have tried to disguise the cotton, mediocre taste 😔 and I feel it should be offered as part of the dish. The seafood platter looked incredible, but certainly not the thrill on your palette you want and expect from the cray. Just relieved it wasn’t as expensive as Melbs who certainly know how to prepare and cook the dish 🦞 Fabulous views though 👌🏻💫🙏🏻

dinner with a view. located just near the waters at darling harbour. you’ll get a descent meal at 36-40 dollars. happy hours starts at 2 to 6 pm where you can have beer at 5, 10 for cocktail etc. special thanks to Pete for making our experience wonderful. please do not feed the birds. they are just waiting for you to finish and they all come over the table, highly suggest to stay indoor if you have kids otherwise it’s all perfect.

Cyren was an unexpected stop. My husband and I wanted a little something and some drinks. Luckily for us we made it in time for Happy Hour 🤠. We ordered oysters which were delicious and smooth, salt and pepper calamari also delicious and garlic king prawns delicious and some drinks. Dinner I been here a couple of times . Tried their stake and seafood . This was Salmon , medium done with very crispy skin . Liked it for the third time I guess . The strawberry kiss cocktail went to my head , very sweet . Like it too. I would say the servers are very polite , fast and keep checking on you . This restaurant is on the water , it would be a bonus if they played very good music - we’ll that’s subjective . Been here more than 4 times and it won’t be my last .

Massive seafood dish but size didn't equal quality. Came here expecting to pay tourists prices and ended up paying $199 for the seafood platter for two. Platter was huge, with lobster, crab, mussels, oysters and a lot of fried fish and chips with add ons. Overall the dish was ok without being great, didn't taste super fresh but wasn't bad. Service was attentive and food came out pretty fast. Overall not sure I'd come back as the prices you pay don't really equate to quality, only quantity...

We had breakfast here using Red Balloon voucher that I got from work. The breakfast platter is quite extensive as it comes with different types of fruit, eggs, hash browns, mushrooms, pancakes, grilled tomatoes, friands and crossiants. Drinks are also included (Chandon/juice, coffee/tea). The breakfast was delicious and coffee was ok. Service is alright.

Awesome place with a harbour views for happy hour drinks and snacks. $10 cocktails, $5 beers, cheap pizzas from 3 to 6pm. Such great value. We tried pizza, calamari and steamed veggies (for a toddler), food was delicious, the calamari was so tender and pizza was of a generous size. Staff were lovely and gave my toddler an activity pack which was so appreciated! It's a busy time for them, and there's a bit of a wait for drinks and food, but it didn't bother us. If you are after dinner probably best to make a booking as they can get very busy.

What a restaurant! World class. The views are amazing. My experience started fantastic with the two young hostesses they were bright and cheery and made me feel welcome. The weight staff were on point couldn’t find a fault with them. They absolutely nailed it they knew the specials than you all about the ingredients which is very important. Now for the food: absolutely mind blowing. I had the Sydney rock oysters they were fresh as, the seed scallops in the shell Cooked perfectly and plump and juicy. The lobster ravioli the flavours the taste was just amazing and cooked to perfection. Finished it off with a cheeseboard and my night was complete left there thoroughly happy what an enjoyable experience. Would recommend it to everyone

Was hoping to order the tiered seafood platter from a few years ago but looks like the menu has changed. Opted for the fisherman’s platter for 2 instead. Service was friendly & food came out so fast! Food was tasty as well. They also do happy hour! I’ve been to Cyren quite a few times since it opened years ago & have always had good experiences here. It would be good to see the dj’s/entertainment here on the weekends again, perhaps when it gets warmer again.

WOW!!! First trip to Sydney did not disappoint at all. I can honestly say that this restaurant was incredible. Such fantastic staff and the food was absolutely amazing. Cyren is not only located at the great spot, the food is equally great. I had the Giant King Prawns (butterflied with garlic butter) and their award-winning BBQ pork ribs. They were both phenomenal. The prawns had full of flavour, cooked perfectly and the meat on BBQ Pork Ribs were soft and finger licking good. It’s a good place for family gathering or catchup with your friends. Went to this restaurant with family on the 6th November and have mixed views on it. The Asian hostess out the front who walked us in to be seated was very rude and gave the impression that she couldn't care less about customers or service in general. She tried to seat us right next to the kitchen where pots and pans were noisy and waiter staff were constantly walking in and out of the kitchen door. When we politely asked if we could move she gave us a look as though it was the end of the world saying that the other tables were reserved even though pretty much all the tables in the top area were free she stormed off and left us. Another male host I think noticed what happened and came around and took care of us. He offered us a free table of our choosing and was completely opposite to the other female lady. Good service from him and kudos to him or we would have just walked out. As for the food it was quite good overall. The pork ribs were fantastic could not complain, absolutely delicious and would recommend them. The chicken portion sizes are quite small on the other hand. Crispy Crumbed Chicken Schnitzel - Very nice but portion a little small Free Range breast with Ricotta - Also very nice but portion size was extremely small. So all in all if you can get past the terrible asian hostess we experienced out front you should be ok, but not the best way to start off with a customer. Pity we didn't get the other European female hostess out front with the very short hair seemed much nicer and more welcoming. One thing to take not of if visiting is that the menu prices do not include GST. They add 10% GST on top of the price Something to be aware of and not a fan of this approach.

Came on a busy night and wasn't disappointed. We were able to get a table for 2 without a booking as soon as we arrived. Staff were friendly and attentive (we dropped a fork and it was replaced in seconds). Food came out at a reasonable pace and was delicious. Prices could be better (for example paying $4 for sauce in a $268 bill). Drink service was a bit slow (after ordering). Overall good experience, will return.

Really good food and worth the price. Everything came out fast and fresh and we were served by a waitress who was very professional and polite. Food is a bit pricey but not too extreme, it’s normal for a higher end restaurant especially in the city. The atmosphere is beautiful and clean, just be careful of the seagulls if you sit more outdoors. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to have dinner or lunch somewhere nice and affordable.

Terrible steak. We had the MB9+ tuff and surf and it was like a $15 steak at the local club. Very disappointed. I expected a lot more from the food to be honest Everything else was good though. Long wine list, good view, desserts and staffs were nice. Hence the 3 stars

The restaurant is huge and the perfect place for large groups meeting up for lunch if dinner. The staff are attentive and friendly and the food is delicious. We stopped in for a quick lunch of lobster and cocktails and enjoyed it, along with the beautiful view.

Located right on the water’s edge in Darling Harbour, Cyren offers outdoor and indoor dining with panoramic views of the city skyline. Easily accessible from the CBD via Pyrmont bridge. We had pizzas and found them good value for money, plus they currently have a range of happy hour drinks between 3pm and 6pm that made for a delightful early dinner. Would have given 5 stars but found the service to be a little cold, which was odd given the limited number of patrons. Definitely worth visiting however.

The food is good. The atmosphere is great too. Not sure if all of it is worth the high price point though. If there was no waterfront view here, I probably wouldnt come here at this price point. Took a few attempts to get some ketchup as well. I asked a staff to get me some ketchup but they never came back. No biggie. I would come here again if i wanted a waterfront luxury atmosphere or heavy craving for lobster or bugs.

The reception and attention is appalling. If your care about the following this place is ok for you: 1. The food came very fast. 2. Dish sizes are alright. 3. In a holiday Thursday at 6pm there were plenty of tables It is not ok if you value the following 1. Not a single smile. Not one. Not at reception, which was like checking into a hospital and not a single how is it all going. This is food service 101. Businesses which miss this do not deserve a place in darling harbour. On of the most exclusive world locations. 2. We were forgotten. I waived like a seal to get the manager's attention. I usually get an apology from the "boss" and how can a help you sort of apology. He looked at me with exhaustion and eventually came in. I believe he sais hi. That was it. Ordering at Mac Donalds is a much better experience. If you can't afford qualified personnel or you just don't care you don't deserve this place.

Following an event at the Maritime Museum I took my sister and two nieces here for dinner. Yes, they were busy and we were given a 'self serve' table. A self serve table is one where you go to the bar to order and pay before you dine. This was not an issue. The issue was that when we wanted to pay we wanted to use a DINE/DISCOVER voucher but we were told that "we don't accept those'. We pointed to the huge sign at the door that stated that DINE/DISCOVER were accepted. I was then told that the was for the restaurant and the bar was not licenced to accept the vouchers. Sorry but you are inside the restaurant and as such all the signs should apply to everyone. We were then told they normally do not take meal orders but were doing so because they were busy. Overall, the food was fine and we enjoyed the meals. The downside was the attitude from the bar staff.

Terrific ambiance! The restaurant is easy to get to by light rail with the stop literally a minutes walk away. This was our first time at this restaurant and I would certainly come back again Located in Sydney’s beautiful Darling Harbour you can take a casual stroll along the waters edge and enjoy the lights and hustle and bustle of the precinct. Just keep an eye on the time for the last tram out of the area otherwise you’ll have to catch the light rail to central and get on a regular train to wherever you’re going

My wife and I visited for a late breakfast on a Sunday morning. The service was quick and polite and it wasn’t too long before our food came out. It was genuinely all right but nothing too special. I had a breakfast burger that had barely cooked bacon but the flavours were okay if a little pedestrian. My wife had a Mediterranean breakfast plate which tasted okay but was a bit hard to eat and as she said I could knock this up at home. I find Sydney a real challenge to find a delicious cafe breakfast but for the standard far of egg and bacon on bread in different combinations it was all right.

Came here to take my fiance out for lunch for his birthday. It was a beautiful day in Darling Harbour, perfect weather and perfect seating. We ordered the seafood for 2 and it was delicious. Service was very friendly and efficient, the seafood were fresh and cocktail was delicious. It's located in the nice part of Darling Harbour which is convenient. Only downside is that it's very pricey, but you're also paying for the view.

On a sunny summer’s weekend outing to the harbour, we wanted to have an indulgent lunch and Cyren had the perfect appeal. Great views of the water and choice aplenty on the menu. Though arriving a tad early for the lunch service to begin, we were cheerfully assured it would be no problem and invited to order what we wanted. Both food and drinks arrived promptly. Our platter for two was a delicious spread, only quibble being our medium-rare steak arrived medium-well. But it was a real feast, generously prepared. Service was enthusiastic if appearing a little unpolished, and prices reasonably high but what you would expect for harborside dining. We left satiated and happy with the experience.

We stopped in for a drink with 2 toddlers yesterday. The staff were unbelievable at how attentive they were and how kind they were especially to the kids. Nothing was a hassle and they made us feel so welcome. Usually I have found with a restaurant which hasn't got a play area, they are in a hurry to get you out with kids and just growl at you until you leave. First time being out after lockdown and to say I was anxious eating out with a toddler for the first time would be an understatement but I felt so relaxed in your restaurant thankyou. You can have a good view of the harbor. the restaurant is really short of staffs. we have to go to the cashier area to get hold of the server to take our orders. goodness the food was served fast. Overall the experience was very good but reduced a star because the chips were practically cold and we had to ask for a drink that was forgotten. Went here for a birthday night a couple of weekends ago! Was quite busy but waited a reasonable time for food and drinks considering it was packed! Overall happy with the food, just a couple of things to note. The garlic bread was a bit over cooked still nice none the less and the lobster in the lobster spaghetti was a bit tough. We were there on Saturday to catch up with friends, the place was packed at lunch, seafood platter was average, chips was yum but not worth for what it’s charged for, friends had king prawn linguine, prawn was large and fresh. The first thing you notice about Cyren as you walk in is just the sheer size of the restaurant. I jokingly said to my husband that it reminds me of a Vegas restaurant simply because it’s worth 3 x restaurants’ worth of space! We came here for a Fri dinner with my husband because of the 20% off Nick’s birthday deal and we ordered: 1. Crab & Lobster Ravioli 2. Scallops 3. Honey Chilli Cheese Bread 4. Singapore Lobster with a side of chips 5. Mash potato The 3 x entrees of ravioli, scallops and bread were all super delicious. My personal fave was probably the scallops because of the sauce and how perfectly cooked they were. The Honey Chilli Cheese Bread is worth a try and gives you ideas on how you can easily replicate this dish at home! Very clever! The ravioli was perfect for sharing between 2 people because of the richness of the sauce. I think the disappointment for me was the taste of the Singapore Chilli Lobster. The lobster itself had an unpleasant fishy taste that I don’t normally get from lobsters. It could have been the sauce that caused this. The accompanying chips were also slightly soggy with a taste that was reminiscent of fish & chips shops where they haven’t changed the oil in a long time. I was quite sad that the chips weren’t much better to make up for the lobster. I could easily name other nearby steakhouses who do much better chips. Luckily my husband liked his mash potato so no complaints there. Service was very slow when we told our waiter we needed more time. It seemed like once we were ready, he was nowhere to be seen and it took a very long time to order. Our waiter was a polite and funny Italian man who spoke using big hand gestures often. When we asked him later to order the bread (as I had forgotten all about it!), he humourously finished my sentence with the type of bread we wanted. It seemed he was well-gauged with what customers liked! It was really lovely that at one point of the evening, waitstaff handed out party poppers to nearby tables of patrons to help celebrate Nick’s Restaurant Group’s 20th Birthday with a song and a large chocolate slab cake! Although we never got offered a piece or popper! We were seated overlooking the outdoor booths on the pedestrian walkway. It made for a very good people-watching spot I must say as well as the lit up nightscape of Darling Harbour. I will return to see if the Baby Lobster Mornay has a weird fishy taste compared to the Singapore Chilli version.

Never have I seen people be that rude to restaurant workers. Don’t know how they put up with it honestly. But onto the experience itself. I had the Lobster & Crab ravioli and it may have been the best pasta i’ve had (and i’ve had alot, i’m a sl*t for pasta). Im a regular costumer at the Nick’s Seafood Restaurant. I went in for lunch at Syren, Darling Harbour yesterday and asked about their lobsters, how big, and are they fresh? The waiter replied 1.2 kilo and they are fresh, so we ordered it. When it came to the table and mind you, I’ve had fresh lobster there so many times, I wasn’t happy with what I saw. I called over the waiter and asked if that looked like a fresh lobster to you, they replied with yes. The lobster was smelly and wasn’t fresh at all, all its tentacles were snapped. Very disappointed with all their lies.

Fantastic night. Came for my birthday accompanied by my family and from the get-go we knew it would be a wonderful night. The service from a particular waiter is to be commended, showing true “waitermanship”, I would know as I work in the same field. Our entree, which consisted of the salt and peeper calamari was truly one of the best tasting and seasoned seafood we’ve ever eaten. Followed by a main meal which left us all full to the brim, with my Angus Rump cooked to perfection. To top it off, our desert was transformed into a mini birthday cake, showing the waiters interest and willingness to take his job to the next level in customer service. The simple things like that really make the guests leave with a beaming smile. Overall, quite a nice time out, returning to a restaurant in which we hadn’t been to in a while, and was amazed with the quality of food and service.

We would just like to say A big Thank you for making our night memorable and yes we will be back! My boyfriend and I celebrated our anniversary at Cyren, our waiter was very nice and greeted us Merry Christmas at the time and was very quick with our orders. Our entree was amazing and probably the best dish out of everything we ordered and unfortunately went downhill from there. One of our pasta dishes had hair encrusted in the seafood, we brought it to the waiter’s attentions which he automatically took back in and got us a new one (props to him) - but the cheese flavour was very strong and for me personally, wasn’t a pleasant aroma (each to their own as my boyfriend didn’t mind it). When we finished our dinner and drinks, we tried to look around for someone to get our bill, the overall process of getting someone’s attention and then waiting for our change took about 45 mins and was way too lengthy. The reason for my 3 stars was good service however in future you can ask if there is a special celebration, hair in food but we got a replacement, and then lengthy wait for the bill.

We also brought our young baby and as a new mum it's stressful enough taking her out to a restaurant but we were given a great table near the water with plenty of pram space. I got the seafood plate for one + fettuccine cabonara and my hubby got baby barra fried salt and pepper! Mmm... Delicious! I'm so impressed and highly recommend! Our friend, a young man from Malaysia doing his PhD here, said that he had wonderful evening and that he couldn't have eaten another thing. They even went to the trouble of organising his dessert as a special birthday tribute with a sparkler and "Happy Birthday" in chocolate on the plate. We have eaten at Cyren on many occasions before and have never been disappointed. (And many times before that when it was Jordans).

We had a fantastic night at Cyren last night. It was worrying eating out during a pandemic, but social distancing and cleaning was above and beyond so we felt safe. Food was exceptional and the chef managed my peanut allergy with great care. Would definitely go again.

An overall great experience through Red Balloon. Greeted by friendly staff at the entrance, and escorted to our reserved seats. We had a dedicated waiter to us for the night! Entree was served promptly, followed by the main meal. Food was freshly cooked and presented very well! (As shown in pictures) Location is perfect, along with the views. Only downfall would be, my partner ordered a drink which arrived an hour later. We also waited for about 30mins before the main meal was to be attended to for dessert to come. So, we left as the night was becoming long. But, id still recommend anyone to eat here! Very impressed with the quality of the food. Cheers

We had a large group so we were seated and we had been there about 10 mins before being seated elsewhere. We were all really looking forward to our meals. Some were great others not so. My friend said her steak was not that good and she has had better at a pub counter lunch. Staff were really run ragged. And weren't very engaging. Pizza was great for the kids and my chicken was a little dry sadly. Im not a lover of seafood so there wasn't much that interested me. Everything just seemed so rushed and they were keen to get the table when we finished. We were close to the service counter and I did see some amazing looking things pop up but a few things going back too. Probably wouldn't go here again I'd like to check out the others along the harbour.

3rd time round, still a fantastic experience. Went on a Sunday night, prompt service, delicious food. The waiters were really friendly and always willing to help (I don't know where these bad service reviews are coming from, but they're absolutely not true!). I'm a lightweight and threw up pretty badly, but they continued to treat me with care and respect through the whole ordeal, even asking my now-fiance if I needed medical attention. Definitely coming back here!

Good oysters, nice mains, decent service during non-peak hours. Service is, however, slow and inadequate during peak dinner hours. Also, they should really notify customers about their "$10 Sunday service surcharge" before or while seating customers, and not just plaster it onto the bill after the meal. And even if it was apparently stated 'on the menu', it definitely wasn't displayed prominently enough to notice. Either way, it wouldn't be that hard for the waiter to bring our attention to it as they sat us. Did not dispute the charge and just paid it, but I can foresee the charge to be rather unfair to certain customers, considering the lack of notice, and considering that their lack of Sunday peak-hour service doesn't seem to warrant the extra charge anyway...

Loved this place. Busy spot but the staff still take their time with the customers. Had the ribs on two different visits and both times were excellent. I have seen a lot of different meals coming from the kitchen and the all looked very good. Extensive list of drinks available. Prices vary but it's not over the top for Sydney. Good service, good breakfast. On our last few visits to Sydney we didn't have much luck finding a breakfast place which had either decent food or decent service, let alone both. We took a chance on Cyren and were not disappointed! We even went back for breakfast the next day. Attentive staff took our orders as soon as we were ready and the food was brought out in good time. The breakfasts were all a good size and very tasty. In my case, eggs Benedict and Eggs Mediterranean Style. The coffee tasted great but wasn't quite hot enough.

Had our Christmas party here, with a chosen set menu, entree, main and desert very decent sized meals! They have these alcohol punch bowls, they also catered for a vegan, considering everything was meat based! the staff were very awesome! Would definitely go again!

We had a family get together there on Saturday September 14th 2019. There was 10 of us, we fronted up and said we needed a table for 10. Less than 5 minutes later a beautiful young maiden came and led us to our table. The food was great, the service was fantastic. Well done Cyren at Darling Harbour.

Pleasantly surprised to see they had a Happy Hour on a Saturday when we arrived. Ordered a drink and they gave me a number to bring it over. We grabbed one of the many empty tables and the waiter brought the drink over and didn't mention we'd accidentally sat in the food area. (We didn't notice any signs and there was no reserved notice on the table as we'd seen on others.) A woman came over and quite rudely told us it was reserved and we needed to move as soon as possible as someone was waiting for our seats. We picked up our bags and jackets as she stood over us and told us "You need to move now." to which I told her "Yes, that's what we're doing." We stood at a table in the bar area and watched as the table then sat empty for the rest of our stay. Not sure what that was all about but the rudeness left a bad taste so we moved on. The drink itself was fine and the music was good. Just don't go crazy and try sitting at an empty table!

Had a couple of meals here while in Sydney for a conference at the exhibition centre... Great food and excellent service from the staff! The first evening we were served by lovely waitress from Czechoslovakia... She had a glowing smile, attentive service and a lovely personality! Quality staff like this immediately make you feel at home and make you want to return! Meals were very good as well... Will definitely return next time in the area! Thanks! :-)

The atmosphere and view of nighttime Darling Habour was very refreshing, but the staff at this restaurant were not fully attentive to our table and seemed to rush customers around. The prices we paid were not worth the quality of service we received this time, unfortunately. Nevertheless, my compliments have to be to the chefs who delivered delicious and beautifully presented food to us on this visit to Sydney.

I was asked to find a restaurant in the city that has lobster, steak, great views and a bar for my mums b’day. My first (and only) suggestion was Cyrus Bar and Grill Seafood at Darling Harbour. I had previously been to this restaurant for Christmas Party and really liked it and I was waiting for a special occasion to go back. I must say this is definitely a five star review, my family also loved it here and we will definitely be back again! Food: excellent Service: excellent Value: excellent, considering the quality of the food location and service. TIP: Try the cheese honey and chilli bread as a starter, & and the lobster + steak platter is hard to go past for a main! Enjoy!

Not only is the food very good but the view over darling harbour is amazing especially sitting in the booths outdoors. Good range of meat and seafood dishes. Bar options from beer to cocktails. They do a great fishbowl of long island ice tea which went down well for our group dinner. Service is great for such a busy palce.

My go-to place at Darling harbour. Ample seating available, with the seating at the waterfront gives the best view. Love the ambiance, and the food is yummo! Try their seafood platter. Happy hour is from 4-6pm (I think) and you get some decent deals. Staff are attentive and friendly. Whether its for beers after work or to entertain friends this is a place you must give a go!

The restaurant has nice furniture and decor, and absolutely stunning views of the harbour and the city. The atmosphere was quite pleasant. The food was delicious. I had the seafood platter, steak and chocolate dessert called "Death by Chocolate". This dessert is unmissable, the senses are bombarded by taste and texture, an almost magical experience from spoon to spoon. Service however, was painfully slow and the food took quite a long time to get to the table. I would come back if I'm around town.

We've eaten at Cyren Bar and Grill a few times and have always had a good experience. It can be a hectic crowded place, so it's not somewhere for a quiet chat. The food is good with a reasonably priced and varied menu. The staff provide friendly, helpful and efficient customer service. It's great to sit at window or outside table enjoying your meal with a glass of wine watching the people go by.

Was given a red balloon voucher as a gift for Cyren. Didn't really know what to expect and unfortunately it wasn't explained when we arrived. Once we told them, they gave us the feast menu but didn't really get a chance to look at what was on offer. Service was good until we thought we had finished and we weren't sure if we should leave or had there was more to come. But we were too full to eat anymore anyway so we got up to leave and managed to catch the eye of the waiter to say goodbye.

Our waitress was terrible though, she barely paid any attention to us forgot water when we asked, never came back to check on our meals and was just not friendly at all. I feel like for a $40 main I should've at least gotten a smile but maybe it was just her... The guy who rang out card through (because she was nowhere to be found) was really great.

Had an amazing waiter !! He was very professional and great at his job. Didnt catch his name but he was just great !! We ordered the lamb cutlets and tbone steak with mash and chips. The lamb cutlets were delicious and the mash was creamy and very tasty as well. Unfortunately, the Tbone steak was alittle dissapointing, we ordered it to be Medium Rare but received it as Medium well. However, it was quite busy so a mix up of steaks may have occurred. Overall a great place to dine and amazing views when sitting outside.

Really delicious pizza here, and for a reasonable price given that you are on the harbour's edge. The staff were friendly and prompt with our order, as well as smartly dressed and professional. The atmosphere is a classy yet cosy one that makes for a good fit for a vast array of patrons. The backdrop of the Sydney skyline is also a great bonus. I will certainly return if I ever get the chance.

Went there last weekend and probably wouldn't go there again. Some of the food looked pretty amazing and the seafood platters were enormous (but pricey - about $160). I had the chicken stuffed with ricotta and my partner had the seafood risotto. My chicken was quite dry as if it had been sitting around for a while but the risotto was delicious and I wish I ordered it for myself. The service is what really got me. Our waitress was completely uninterested in serving us. We had to ask another server for water, we were never asked how the food was once we received it and I had to find another server to pay our bill as I couldn't find her once we got the bill. All the other servers though we're really helpful and I hope this may have been a bad experience with only this server.

I had the seafood basket for $34 which had scallops, prawns, fish and calamari with a small side of fries. Would definitely try this place again. I came midweek so had no problem getting a table with a good view.

Our experience from beginning to end was wonderful, including having to change our booking a couple of times as our numbers kept increasing. Great location. This is our second dinner at the restaurant. The prior time we had a good experience with the most expensive seafood platter. This time the waitress recommended a chief special of 1kg local fresh lobster for $149 - biggest disappointment as 1. Its not that fresh 2. Its not 1kg 3. It comes with only a verjmy small basket of chips. I would not recommend anyone to order this. Still water cost $9.5 another big rip off. Next time if we return we will not trust waitress for any chief special. Otherwise I would give 4.5 star.

I wouldn't trust the house wine, given that Cyren's Parent company is Nick's (who had garbage swill for wine), but the mixed drinks were smooth, strong, and faithful to their roots. The fish (snapper and lobster) were served in simple dishes that complemented and accented the freshness and quality of the catches. The dessert was extremely rich, so I recommend splitting it (1 dish per 2 people) and not trying to down one on your own. The wait staff, though just as busy as Nick's is attentive, friendly, and professional.

Five people went and sat on an outdoor table. I ordered draft beer, fish and chips, and onion rings. The staff was kind. The female employee was very beautiful. This is the restaurant I want to go again.
