This was my first time at Gelatissimo and I had a Chocolate Sorbet in a cone. It was absolutely delicious and the best part was that it was sugar free. I was served by a friendly and polite person and I would definitely be coming back here again.

Unfriendly staff, expensive products, no boxes or bags to use for takeaway ice-cream. My ice-cream was all melted and was dripping on the car seats. I've been notified by the company that the the issue has been rectified.

Friendly staff and great to have a place to rest to enjoy some gelato before heading back. Nothing unusual and price pretty market priced. u can find the shop easily after the walk down from the cliff by spotting the pink wifi telephone booth. Tried the salted macadamia, which tastes like Baskin Robbins' pralines and cream. Ferry ride from Circular Quay was A$7.40 1 way

I've been here twice in this summer. The first one was a good experience. At the second one, the icecreams were melted. They were like mcdonald's soft cone. The staff informed me that it was due to the hot weather. But, the ice-cream is a mostly summer-eaten sweet, right?

I didn't like it. Staff is really slow, don't listen to the customer. I overheard a man complaining about a staff person taking the cone with his hand, after handling money without washing his hands... The staff person then made faces to the man... Pay pal didn't work and the flavor with "dulce de leche" in it was imaginary, I am still trying to find the dulce de leche... Nice spot though

I had a fantastic experience at this store! Not only was the gelato I ordered absolutely delicious but the customer service was excellent. The store manager (Lisa) was very easy to talk to, super helpful and allowed me to try a bunch of flavours. Beautiful location, right up the road from the beach so great for tourists. Highly recommend and I will be back soon! :)
