Location is perfect and is located very close to the Macquarie centre entrance from herring road side (it’s the second shop in). The burgers are nice and fresh as usual like any other Grill’d but this store has really nice ambience to top up with a friendly and professional staff providing quick service. Even though the price is a bit on the higher side (when compared with other food options you have at Macquarie centre) but I am fine with it considering what I get for the price so I would say it’s a good value for money.

Fast & friendly staff. Delicious food made to order, brought out relatively quickly. Definitely recommend the sliders, specifically the vintage & the Brie chook, so good! The sweet potato chips are so delicious paired with the herb mayo, don’t skip out on those ones. Nice dimmed environment, good place to unwind & have a good feed.

Go-to burger place, especially on Mondays. There is a meat free promotion, for 2 vegan burgers for the price of 1. My favourite is the Beyong simply Grill’d, and the Beyond meat patty tastes just like meat so it does not sacrifice the taste. There is also a deal for a free kombucha for students. Staff is always super kind and friendly. Highly support how Grill’d has lots of ways to help local charities. Food is good, and facilities are always clean.

I came in on a mid week afternoon and they have no meal deals. You have to order everything individually. A truffle wagyu burger, sweet potato fries and sauce totalled $22. Also the size of their burgers are smaller than the average burger so may need to get two if you’re really hungry or get more sides. Taste was average and the patty was a bit too well done for my liking.

Pros: Perfect location. Inside Macquarie centre. By the university and good deals for students. Good burgers and a lot of veggie & vegan options. Portions are generous. I think I got the tropical burger and I probably wouldn't get it again but I often get the almighty burger and that's really good although very messy so I use a couple of serviettes when I order that. Grill'd Burger is a must visit when you want to relish a healthy yet yummy burger. I have been a regular patron at the outlet in Macquarie Centre and always enjoy the treat. The menu presents a good mix of burger patties of beef, lamb, chicken and plant based. As I am a vegetarian, I can vouch for the Garden Goodness. When ordered with the traditional bun of sesame seeds, this burger is a wholesome meal. It has a pattie grilled to perfection with cheese, smashed avocado, beetroot pickle, lettuce, tomato, Spanish onion, relish & herbed mayo. This flavoursome burger can soothe craving for a good vegetarian burger. An order of the famous Grill'd Chips compliment the burger when you have company to share the treat. Thick-cut potato chips are sprinkled with signature herb mix and it is best relished with a Chipotle Mayo Chip and Herbed Mayo Chip dip. Prices of dishes are affordable in student budget and you can always stop by when at the university or nearby. The team provides quick service and seating is well spread to sit with upbeat music to enjoy your meal at peace. The management is receptive to the feedback provided and makes the change so customers can have an enjoyable and seamless experience.

I had a really good experience with Grill'd and they used to make really tasty , juicy burgers. But now not sure, when I had burgers yesterday, it was not up to their old standards. What I noticed was, they are getting a lot of online delivery orders and the team is focussing on delivering the orders quicker, may be because of that missing the quality. I had to wait longer than usual to get my order. Staff are friendly and nice , but finally if I am not getting the best burgers, I may not return to the same place.

Food: Grill'd is always consistent across most franchise stores so you always know what you get. The broad range to cater for lots of different taste buds and dietary requirements makes this place cool. Recommend: I absolutely love getting the vegetarian burger Garden Goodness when I'm here. I am a carnivore but this is one tasty veggo burger. Beats a meat burger maybe every now and then haha. They also have flourish and nourish beef burger which is a low carb burger option. Drinks here range from alcoholic to water and have a good range of glass bottled kombucha, soda or soft drinks and bottled water. Ambience: Nice cosy kinda of nook area, good for groups and kids too.

The burger range is delicious. There are a few vegetarian options which is quite rare for a burger place. Both vegetarian options are quite delicious. One of them is a mushroom burger. They claim to be healthy burgers as they are grilled and not fried. I love their fries and the herb mayo sauce with them. Delicious!! The burgers are very filling.

Healthy burger joint. Average kcal count for a burger here is about 2500-3000. I like how they allow the patrons to choose to which charity they will donate to at the end of each month. I had the low-carb Simon Says chicken burger and sweet potato fries. The burger was nice enough, not too dry but nothing to shout about either. At least the low carb patty made me feel less guilty. The sweet potato fries were a bit too salty and burnt for my taste though.

Grill'd is one of the highest quality quick eats in Australia. From the sweet potato wedges to the salad bowls and obviously a great range of burgers, there is something to satisfy everyone. Grill'd is my go to burger joint.

Overall the burgers are good. Last time I had the zucchini fries at this location the zucchini used were pretty old and they were a bit disappointing. The annoying thing about Grill'd is they charge a ridiculous amount for sauces and you really can't get a burger 'your way' without paying extra for any substitutions so unless you want to pay $20 for a takeaway burger you'll have to have what someone else likes on their burger. I totally understand paying for additions but if you take something off of equal value it's a substitution and you end up paying loads extra just to have what you actually like. I've also found across multiple locations that they forget to provide sauces you've paid for and if you have opted for takeaway you've now paid extra for nothing. Overall, the burgers are nice but value and consistency is lacking.

Been to a few Grill'd timed and have to say that the experience at Macquarie wanst great. Firstly the empty tables weren't clean we had to wipe them down ourselves. The place felt a little run down. The burger buns felt very dry and the chips were warm. The saving grace was the serving staff and zucchini fries which were awesome.

I have Aspergers and can't tolerate most sauces, dressings, flavourings, etc. I talked to the staff and they were happy to custom make a burger that wasn't listed on the menu so that I'd be able to eat with my family. Burgers are high quality, but serving sizes are small. $20 for burger and chips (no drink), and you'd still be hungry. The burgers need to be 50% bigger to equate to a 'standard' sized meal. They do taste nice and have a big menu, just not good value for money.

Slightly above average food with below average portions, the amount of food you get with a $13 burger is just not worthwhile, you only get the burger without chips, salad or anything else. The chips as well are quite bland without any sauces, then they also make you pay extra for the sauces. They are loaded but not spilling out from the edges and don't forget the chips, they are quite well done and make sure you take one of the dips to go with it. My go to place for burgers! The meat is juicy, tender and flavourful, the veggies are fresh, crisp and provide a great contrast of texture! The chips are great, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside! This is a casual dinning spot for all!

Grill'd is our "local" for a quick meal before a movie. I have yet to find a better burger, certainly near the shopping centre. This is the perfect "in-betweener" restaurant. Not too upmarket and pricey like TGI Fridays, but not "fast food on cardboard" like the surrounding joints. The service is always friendly, and fast. The ambience is happening. Grill'd is licenced, so you can have a beer with your meal. A gourmet burger, with options for vegans, people with allergies, that always comes piping hot. Definitely give the chips and the sweet potato chips a go. Personally I find the zucchini fires don't work.
