We are busy making it easy through restaurants all over Sydney treating and reviewing their burgers. This has to be one, it not the best burger we have had so far. The service was great and quick. The burgers are copied to perfection and the taste sublime. Definitely want to go back to try the rest of the menu. We had a make your own cheeseburger and a plain burger.

The burgers are a little expensive but they are very tasty with fresh ingredients . The place is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpfull and the service is reasonably fast .And the chips are very tasty with their herbs on them , also the slider burgers are just the right size for someone who has had weight loss surgery .

On the 1st December, after a long day, I decided to go to Grill'd to get a quick healthy meal and head off home...They had a new burger called Mary had a little Lamb. It had goat cheese and pomegranates etc... It was cooked to perfection and off course I had a good sleep as well :) Thank you for taking customers seriously....

Burgers are great, some might say bit more pricey but you get quality. Had their promotion batman burger, the brie cheese brings it all together. Chips wise potatoes were good. And convenient to easily order online from your table (scan. QR code). Wait time was minimal and food is as displayed.

Tasty burgers with fresh ingredients and great value for money. The burgers are not oily and fatty unlike a certain nearby overpriced burger joint is. Chips are seasoned with rosemary and delicious. I have tried many different burger joints but none beat Grill'd. Consistently good food.

Went into this Grill'd for a quiet bite to eat on a Tuesday afternoon and it wasn't very busy. We were quickly greeted which was perfect, placed our order and the food was to us within 10 minutes. Service was wonderful and the burgers were fresh and amazing. They have a wide variety of foods for everyone and the priced pretty well considering what you receive! 10/10 will always recommend Grill'd

I know the staff are trying hard, but maybe they should talk to patrons with a bit more respect rather than barking orders at them with which table they should be seated at. Staff member tonight didn’t seem to care that we walked out without ordering - his passing comment was ‘thanks guys-see you next next’ Not likely!!!

As a vegan, i've been getting burgers since their very first Veggie Vitality, through to the Vegan Cheeseburger and now to the vegan Beyond Simply Grill'd, as well as all the other options now available. The burgers have come a long way and the beyond simply grill'd vegan now remains one of the best vegan burgers I've tried, making grill'd my go-to for events like birthdays and the regular weekend burger fix. Highly recommend!

Have been to both the parramatta and Penrith Grill'd store several times. Have to say, the penrith store is better in comparison, though have never had a negative experience with either! Service is lovely and a wide selection of burgers with vegetarian options as well. The assorted chips option was also lovely and my personal favourite was the sweet potato. Husband loved the zucchini chips though wasn't my personal cup of tea.

Finally they have a membership / rewards system so I'll write a review! Penrith always have attentive staff who are friendly and fast on their feet. The food always comes out very hot so you know it's cooked to order. The venue is always busy yet remains so clean. Reasonable if slightly overpriced burgers. Probably so high to cover the 6 staff sitting in the corner doing nothing on top of the 2 actually working. Update: Still decent burgers, wife was very happy and all staff were actually working today. Using outdated c19 procedures that are no longer required and still failed with center tables having about half their required social distancing 😂😂😂

Burgers were good, would not go as far as great for the price compared to other penrith burger joints. Staff themselves would get a 5 star rating, so friendly it's off the charts. Kitchen timings were off, kids meal came out 5 minutes after the adults so we had a lot of why questions form a 4yr old as to why he was forgotton. Just under $70 for 2 adult burger and chips 1 wine (house, nothing special) 2 Pepsi 1 kids meal Would give it another attempt.

Burgers are always good, but the fact you can’t even order online for pickup at dinner time is ridiculous. We live 20 minutes away, and would prefer not to have to drive there, order and then have to wait for our food. Much more convenient to order from home and have it ready for pick up by the time we get there. When I tried calling to order over the phone, it went straight to an automated message bank. It hasn’t always been like this? When I checked other stores, online ordering was still available. Not sure why Penrith are any different.

If you are looking to have some chilli grilled food, then nothing is better than Grill'd Penrith. This is an awesome place. They have magic in their hands. I don't think that anyone can dislike their food. I love their taste. I am fond of this restaurant. I come here once or twice in a month since last year and every time the taste remains same. I always order from these guys through uber eats.. The food is good and reasonably priced. I went in once with my sister and a friend, ordered our food and for some reason mine didn't arrive.. So I asked a staff member if mine was forgotten or coming? I was polite and in turn was spoken to like I was trying to steal a meal... Come on mate... Mistakes happen, just fix it and we can all be happy. I won't bother going in again, but i'l still order delivered.

Penrith store, So we went tonight the food was delicious but i think i would like as a lunch time thing not for tea for hubby and i I was talking to hubby when a waitress was wiping down the tables in the direction i was looking, she was wearing a black skirt really short she didn't have to bend far when i saw her bum cheeks and black undies. Not very professional. The people nearer to her had to turn their heads i think they were a little embrassed to see what i saw to. 1 other thing summer is upon us it would have been nice to have ice cubes in our drinks. Apparently u don't have ice cubes. But in saying this the food and staff were great. Thank you Food 9/10 👍 Staff 8/10 but don't like looking at staff under wear and bum cheeks 👎👍 Restraunt 9/10 love to see Ice cubes in our drinks. Atmosphere 9/10👍

Really nice food, they also sell beer and cider so you can have a drink with your burger (even at lunch). Pretty conveniently located downstairs in Penrith Plaza and the staff are friendly. You can also use your bottle caps to donate to whatever charity they are supporting on the day.

The staff there are very friendly and good to share a laugh with, if there's ever a delay with anything, they let you know immediately as they get that information and ensure it's passed on in a timely fashion. The burgers are filling and tasty with a wide variety. They aren't just filling but also really feel nourishing. They are always super juicy too so take care when eating. The zukini chips are a must. There isn't any tap water available which I find gauling, but there is a good selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. When I went they had a movie deal on which was fantastic, it was basically like getting a free burger with my movie ticket so get on that.
