Amazing customer service, lovely food! Great place for a team lunch. We had extra folks so we sat at the bar and enjoyed watching the chefs cook.

Was an OK experience, the place was super busy during the workdays. We came in as a group of 5. Place was cramped and there were only 2 waitresses. The pasta took a long way to arrive even after checking it with the waitress multiple time. Taste was alright, but the waiting time really kills the mood.

Visited Malabar beach to find Happy as Larry at the beach park. We have had pizza from their truck at Bella Vista and outside the Opera house on previous occasions and they always have delivered the goods. Great pizzas, some music to add some atmosphere and good value. Well done to the team. Very good.

Fantastic pastas at great price. We were a group of 20 having lunch during probably the busiest time, and the staff handled it like a champ. Recommended to organise a team lunch of sorts here.

Very nice food, full of flavours and textures. We like their banana bread the most. Benny and big breakfast were amazing too. For dinner, only tried the slow cooked meat and pasta, everything good! Should try their pizza next time.

I went there for breakfast and I sat in front of the kitchen. I could see the orders getting ready! I ordered acai bowl which was really good. With lots of fruits and nuts. The nuts were are roasted and crunchy. It was the best acai bowl I have ever had so far. I am obsessed with acai bowls and have tried them everywhere. Theirs is the best

Had a team lunch here - the meatball burger was tasty and just about the right size given that it came with chips and a quinoa salad. My colleagues had the chicken parmi, artichoke pizza, daily greens and the dirty carbonara. All looked great but the servings were too big for everyone (first world problems, huh?). Great place for lunch!

Hands down the best place for lunch in the Met Centre. They’ve always got quality ingredients and well presented, even the takeaway bowls! My go to is the healthy bowls, love the addition of meatballs now! Props to the team over there for charging on during these crazy times!

So I visited Happy as Larry for the first time today. Had the best service, nicest guy Chris maybe the manager or owner. Noticed they serve my favourite Grounds coffee and they made it just as good as The Grounds of Alexandria. Menu so good. Pizza was delicious!! I will definitely be back and soon!! Top experience! Great ambience!

Best coffee in Sydney that I have found! And the service at the cafe is second to none. Everyone is so nice and welcoming! Customer service and quality of product is clearly at the forefront of their minds all the time. Really happy/loyal coffee customer here! (Yet to try their food but if the coffee is anything to go by then I’m sure it’s amazing too!)

I had the "Frutti Di Mare" and my friend had the "Lamb with Cous Cous". Both were excellent and obviously used very fresh high quality ingredients. The service was reasonably fast, and the price reasonable for the high quality level. The restaurant is laid out a bit strange on several levels. The kitchen is open on three sides so you can watch the chefs. I don't know why they were piping "Sounds of the Ghetto" through the overhead loudspeakers, but if made the chefs happy then fine.

Great place, good service but with a but. They 'lost' part of our order which meant that my partner started her seared salmon as I was finishing my breaded chicken with mushrooms. They were most apologetic and removed the salmon from the bill without being asked. All the food was very good.

Great value for their takeway packs too - they are just as delicious as the meals served at the restaurant. Please support them during this difficult time. It is not comparable to ordinary pasta, lasagna.

Italian cafe - the owners started off running a food truck in Sydney and this is their first cafe. Great service and amazing coffee from 'the grounds' coffee roastery. I haven't eaten here yet but they have gluten free options including zucchini pasta! Can't wait to try it. Cafe also has seating so great for lunch meetings in the city.

What is this? A serving for ants? Lean and green salad bowl, while delicious, was a small serving for $12 smackeroos. I expected them to at least chuck more brown rice in the bottom to give the illusion we were getting what we paid for. Alas! Small portion of rice to match the small portion of green vegetables. I had one singular small floret of broccoli and about 1.5 green beans in there and They are a dime a dozen! Give us more green beans!! On the upside I guess if you want to lose weight heading into summer, head here for lunch as the serving sizes are small and the prices aren't cheap so you are guaranteed you won't buy a second lunch after spending here. On the upside - Tasted delish!

Stopped in on a Thursday morning for a sit down coffee. Not many people there, but the coffee took about 10 mins to arrive. Credit to the wait staff who realised they had forgotten the order, and told me the coffee was on the house. The coffee was delicious, and she refused to take my money when I tried to pay on leaving! Thanks for the excellent service - I was happy to pay despite the delay, but she was insistent on making up for their error.

When I heard Happy As Larry's Pizza Truck had opened up a restaurant - I was so excited! I love their Margherita Pizzas and Lychee + Mint Drinks. However, their pasta seems to be a hit and miss. As for the service - it's always on point and very accomodating.

Dine in can be hit and miss. Coffee is on point 95% of the time depending on barista. If you get the regulars (Dan & Jimmy), You'll get a GREAT coffee ... The others are the 5% and generally good.
