You must try this place! The location is a little hard to find, but it is very cozy and modern. The vegetable ten don (vegetable tempura), was one of the best I have ever had, the salmon aburi don was generous and the salmon melts in your mouth, the food is so authentic, I feel like I am back in Japan. The wines and sakes next door are also well priced. I look forward to coming back to eat very soon!

The best Japanese in Sydney! The food is delicious, atmosphere is lovely, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Keep going back there to try new dishes and get the old favourites! The Kaiseki is a great option to try a variety of their best dishes, and goes wonderfully with their extensive selection of Sake and natural wine. Couldn't recommend more!

What a great little neighbourhood gem. This is more of a sake and wine bar (and unfortunately we’re alcohol free people) so we came for the food. Everything we ordered was smashing, and I adored in particular the hotpot, wagyu tataki and cawanmushi. Great staff and if the food is this phenomenal I can only imagine how it would change your world with matching drinks!! Excuse the photos - they don’t do it justice.

Amazing Japanese food and sake. Must try the Wagyu beef, Grilled Oysters, Seafood Hot Pot and Eel Rice pot.

Such nice range of food and Japanese liquor. Would recommend anyone! Will come back.

This is a hidden gem in Crows Nest. Fish is so fresh and delicious. Wagyu beef was awesome as well. Great beer on tap and a selection of sake to wash everything down. Love this Japanese tapas bar!

Best Japanese food I have ever eaten. Adventurous and varied menu offering more than the usual fare. Hearty and good value meals, always beautifully presented and fresh. Also an extensive and well price wine & sake list. A favourite of mine, I eat lunch with my wife here about once a week.

The food is nice, service is slow as there seemed to be only one chef and one waitress during lunchtime on a weekday.

We had the $55 tasting menu, and every dish was delicious!! Not one complaint or anything that we didn’t like. There is a little bottle shop attached where you can buy a wine to drink with your meal. Definitely can’t wait to come again

Amazing food! We chose the alacarte option and every dish tasted great. The oysters and chicken namban were our top picks.
Also make sure you book ahead. We saw many parties get turned away without a booking

Amazing food. Went here for my Mum’s bday dinner. Service was 10/10. It was so kind of you to bring out a desert for mum with a candle on it so we could sing happy birthday - I didn’t even have to ask. Very kind.
We ordered the kaiseki menu - we have been to Mino’s when it was at Mosman and this was the same amazing food that we hoped for. Your chef is awesome.
We will be back!!

Hands down some of the best Japanese I've ever had. Service was brilliant and food to die for. Can't rate highly enough

Great place, massive selection of boutique sake, sushimi on point. Food in general was good.

Went with a girlfriend. Nice food.
The Kaiseki in their previous Mosman restaurant menu includes dessert, but no long now. Slightly disappointed.

Mino Sake is one of the best sake shops in Sydney, with a range of sake you're not likely to find anywhere else!

A Japanese restaurant called Mino that used to be located in Mosman has moved. There is a bottle shop in the same store where you can buy sake and other drinks. It is a shop with a wonderful concept, where you can enjoy an elegant selection of Japanese sake carefully selected and purchased by the owner, and you can enjoy the sake with your food at the restaurant next door. On the other hand, the set meals are reasonably priced, so you can enjoy the meal without alcohol. Easy access, 6.7 minutes walk from St Leonards Station. Ground floor part of the apartment. The signboard on the street outside is the landmark.
