THE BEST (not one of) HJ’s in Sydney, although the store size is kinda small. Ate many time, no matter the store is busy or not, quality control of the food always reaches the top. Best taste!!! The rest HJs and Maccas are just meh…

The Wopper was a bit heavy on the stomach, greasy. Left me feeling tired. Service was good though and staff accidentally put an extra burger in our bag. When I returned it they said to keep it, unfortunately couldn't find room for it and it ended up in the bin

The best Burger King I’ve gone to in Australia! The staff were so friendly! The staff looked like they enjoyed what they were doing and were constantly communicating with each other. It was really nice to be in this environment. Access is super easy from new line road as you can turn left or even right into the Hungry Jacks fairly quickly. They keep the shop reasonably clean and super tidy. It’s nice to see that there is somewhere in this country that actually offers free refills for drinks. When my burger arrived I was astonished by how fresh and large it was! Thanks to all those who make this such a great fast food restaurant!

The food is always fresh. By saying that, I mean the burgers are juicy, the chips are hot, the coffees are great, etc. But more importantly, the staff are always friendly, helpful, kind and with a smile when they're talking to you. I usually drive through after my wife places the order online. Most times they take a bit extra time to deliver the food. I have always waited in the waiting bay upto 10 mins. The Family bundle and the feast bundle are out usual picks. The taste is above average and nothing to complain for a fast food chain. Couple of times they have missed stuffs we have ordered. Like once they didn't place a burger and have to go back to the store to get it. Another time the chicken nuggets were short. So one advice is to check the bag before you drive away.

I tried the rebel whopper today and it was surprisingly great! The burger was neat and well-presented, the ingredients fresh and the patty was cooked perfectly. The staff were polite and even though i had to park in the waiting bay, i was only there for 3 minutes. Great food, great service, great speed. What more can you ask for :)

Came here the other day to order a whopper and was served by a very kind fella with acne named Elisha Wylie. He gave me the best burger ive ever had in my life. He was very respectful to me and the older chaps around me. Give this man a promotion please!

They have great hash browns and frozen drinks, but their burgers are too oily and their chicken nuggets are too elastic and floppy. Edible but not recommended. All the hungry jacks stores I have been to are similar, but I have decided I don't enjoy their burgers. Their range of frozen drinks are pretty good however, considering they only cost a dollar.

Sunday 24/02/19 12.30 pm Very busy at time of our visit both inhouse and drivethru serving to what appeared capacity. Orders taken promptly and food served quickly.Manager was directing staff well with their duties and was very courteous and assisted hands on to ensure service was given to the best of his teams ability. Hungry Jack's Dural are still operating under Covid conditions. We were served at the counter, easy to order, very pleasant young lady, order filled, good coffee too and we were on our way Definitely better than Mecca's.

The Cashier questioned the authenticity of the vouchers that I downloaded from the Hungry Jacks Website, suggesting that I may have photocopied vouchers from a local resident. The breakfast wrap I ordered also wasn't well prepared, the egg was placed at the top, and not contained within the wrap.

Upon arriving to this Hungry Jacks I found it to be smaller than the others but it was good that they still had unlimited refill. I ordered the whopper burger with onion rings and chips. And I thought also I may as well have a tender crisp burger as I was extra hungry. The whopper burger was nice, it had fresh lettuce, bun was nice and fresh, meat and eveything else was good. Onion rings had no flavour, tasted like flour. Then I tried the tendercrisp burger, it tasted ok, chicken was fresh, bun and lettuce were fresh, but after eating it I felt really iffy, I don't know whether it was the quantity I ate or it could of been the tender crisp burger but the rest of the day I felt a bit off.
