Better taste than the one at Mulgoa Rd, just a couple of blocks down from Panthers heading in the direction towards the M2. PS. Btw, I find that HJ's on Mulgoa Rd is the best fastfood restaurant on that address. 😉 Don't eat McDonald's unless you're looking for something to eat in the real late hours at night or early hours of the morning. I also think that KFC or Red Rooster is not that good either in taste.

One girl serving everyone else focused on drive through.... apart from the staff member sitting on the floor playing with their phone behind the counter in plain sight of the customers. Good store open 24 hours and next to the Woolworths branded petrol station that is also 24H. Staff are friendly but not the quickest, however I've never had an order wrong from here which is good. Toilets are clean and interior is nice.

I went to hungry jacks kingswood yesterday. The staff named Ekam served me. I was pleased by her friendly service. She was very helpful and gave us fresh food.

Past 6 months this place has picked up it's act. Food is cooked and hot when served. And drive through dosnt take as long as it used to.

Tried their spicy long chicken burger, which has striking similarities to Oporto's Long Bondi when they were selling it, and I thought it was pretty delicious. The sauce was definitely a zesty, spicy hit and the chicken was pretty tasty. Can't really say the same about the service as the staff were just sitting on the floor on their phones as I walked in, but hey, food is food.

I usually only go here late at night. Often the wait in the drive-thru can be a little long, however the food is almost always hot & fresh & worth the wait. The staff are friendly enough, however they often seem to forget things like sauces with the order. Regardless, the experience is usually worth it.

Havent been there for ages. Food was good shame same could not be said for courteous service.Went through the drive thru and god forbid I forgot to order some slushies. When I got to the window I told the girl I had forgotten to oder them and proceeded to tell her what ones I wanted. She then told me that in future I should make sure I order everything when making my order. My response was that I had already said I had forgotten them and there was no need for her to chastise me. Her response was she wasnt chastising me.(sure did feel like it). When we were leaving she told me to have s great day in a condesending way. I believe HJ should train their staff on customer service. I think if this girl does not like dealing with the public maybe she should get a job that better suits her personality. It was not my intention to forget to order the drinks, just to make her life harder.

Could be better. Twice through their drive-thru, ordered Ultimate Double Whooper and on both different times and days. It has only one patty and some lettuce, everything else are missing. Seriously someone in the kitchen who is packing this and marking as "Ultimate" really need to be dealt with. Burgers already expensive and to be served with not something you've ordered and paid for, that's just ripping off customers. Especially after kilometres of driving to get to this location. Update: Management was very apologetic and rectified the issues once they learnt some mistakes happened. Was invited to a free meal of my choosing. Thank you HJ Kingswood for regaining some trust back. Appreciated the resolution.

If you go inside you will find either you will be waiting for a worker to realise you are there or you will be waiting in a line to be served. Best to go through the drive-thru. I would recommend asking for fresh meat otherwise you will either get a burger pre-made before you even got there or cold meat.
