Well maintained and hygienic restaurant. The staff ate courteous. However on one occasion when there was some training, the supervisor didn't bother about waiting customers and I guess that's something they could work on. Other than that I have no issues and it's a nice place to be with ample parking and a variety of food items to choose from.

Totally stuffed up my order. My wife always insists on checking the order when you get it. I didn't bother, I get home and find I have a burger with 2 Patty's and no salad. I carefully chose one that had one patty plus salad. I take it back and complain. They give me the correct thing and some fresh chipps

Ordered the Plant Based Whopper here. It was fantastic. Smokey flavoured and all the ingredients were fresh. I would absolutely have it again. Servers were also lovely and helpful. Great work Hungry Jacks!

Food has always been well cooked here. Hot, not oily, not too much sauce (some hungry jacks restaurants drown their burgers in sauce making them sloppy messes). Some staff members wearing chin straps however instead of masks..(not covering nose, inclusive of girl at drive through food delivery station). That's our food your breathing covid germs onto! Would be 5 stars if they could get compliant on wearing masks...

Always get my Ozzy burger meal and onion rings when I come through here and it's always been good, but today the vibe of the place was different maybe something has changed , ownership,management I dont know ,food was all good, only thing , that the burger was poorly assembled, dont get me wrong all the ingredients were there fresh and tasty ,just all over the joint, possibly a new trainee or someone having a bad day ,we all have those, I'll be back for an ozzy next time I am around there. 🍔🍔

Have been here many times. Food here is fairly consistent however the service isn't. Seems that this visit we were served by a new junior staff or trainee. She didn't grasp the concept that HJ serves fast food. Slow to take and collate the orders. The kitchen had made several burgers and sitting there ready to go out. Unfortunately they seemed short staffed for a Saturday. Driveway and walk-ins were steady even at 2pm. Can't imagine how long I would have to wait if I came at 12noon.

I haven’t had HJs in a long time but I got to say they have improved immensely. I don’t know when they switched from French fries to thick cut but the new chips is consistently perfect / crispy without needing to ask for a remake. The big jack - I’m unsure of this product. I think stick to what they are known for - Whoppers.

Workers and Manager are very slow and seem like they all want to go home. There was long wait even though not busy. Happy with food, Burger was fresh and good. HJ Please Bring back the old fries. Was given 75cents short change. Worker had to call another worker over to help calculate? Store was clean but Boring environment. No music and tv was off

We went to this Hungry Jacks store the other day. There was hardly anybody else inside and we were the only people who had ordered something. There was 1 car in the drive thru but we ended up waiting 15 minutes for our food, the staff were going really slow, you could tell most of them did not want to be there. The manager was over in the corner playing on his phone, then finally the food came out and it was good. The burger was fresh, same as the chips and onion rings. I then noticed one of the cooks had finished his shift, he looked like Dicky Knee off Hey Hey it's Saturday. He ran outside like he had just been released from prison, he hopped in his car and sped off. You could tell he hated working there. And I think that's the problem with this store, it's not the food, I think it's the nature of the job and the drudgery involved.

Roni, you are a legend. You greet all your customers with a smile, you served me a promotional breakfast item at night and the food was not only cooked to near perfection, but it was also presented almost as if it could have been on an advertisement. As I write this review, I see our legend Roni tending personally to our senior citizens. Although I may not be able to come by often, I pray that our hero Roni will see great fortune in his career along with the greatest fast food joint I have ever visited.
