Their slogan "the burgers are better" is true in my opinion. I have been here a few times and the food is always good. The same this time but they were short staffed and the outside eating area was not as tidy as usual. Blame the lazy customers more than the staff.

Order got lost in the matrix while I was waiting outside in the drive thru waiting area. Was offered 2 other customers orders. Didn't starve and eventually when my food came it was pretty hot and fresh. Staff here are pretty cool, they owned it. Thumbs up!

Thought this would be a good stop whilst travelling. Ordered the Hawaiian burger with Periperi sauce instead of BBQ sauce. What I got was a sloppy mess, when I tried to pick the burger up out of the box, it fell apart, it was so badly constructed. This is a busy place, I am sure they won't miss my return visit but suggest you could improve both service and execution of a good burger.

On the way back home i visited this store to have a lunch with my friends and kids. We had a great service and nice time at there. before leaving there I went to toilet with my kid.(I guess i left my pulse at there) A day after I noticed that i lost my pulse and just realized i left it at hungry jacks which is 2 hrs away from my home. I contacted manager and she would happy to post it. Today I recieved it. Big thanks and so helpful and friendly call service they provided to me. Rarely do I buy fast food as I prefer my own healthy home made meals. Those rare times I am needing a quick bite whilst visiting the city, Hungry Jack's Veggie burger satisfies. Unfortunately our visits here have been a bit hit and miss. They are the only HJs we've been to that don't have publicly accessable drink refills and they can be messy upon occasion. We've had some rather bad reactions from staff when issues have arisen. However the food quality is usually great and this place is easily accessable via the large round about off the Pacific Highway in either direction.

We ordered food for four people and got just one napkin. We bit into our burgers, my mother has one paddy her friend and I had vegetarian but my brother having ordered the same as my mum bites into three paddys and managed to clean himself up whith just one napkin rationed to us. Then we ate our cornetoes. Due to the extreme heat and the time used to clean up the three paddyd mess the were well and truely melted and due to the lack of napkins WE WERE SCREWED. We were forced to resort to using the rough brown paper bag that housed our meal to clean the car and our melted cornetto faces. We also ordered nuggets and discovered the meal only provided three. Mixed emotions about this experience.
