Lidcombe Maccas are so on and off these days depending on who’s on shift.. morning coffees are amazing but the night time sundaes are getting ridiculous. There seems to never be a real manager checking food quality.

In my opinion it's the best McDonald's in Sydney.....the burgers are always juicy and well prepared the fries are always hot and crisp. I ordered a double big Mac and was not disappointed.

Serving staff is nice. But the food I ordered was not. I ordered dal (Indian style lentils) and asked for it to be mild, the food was so spicy, it caused my gums to bleed. Maybe indian food is not their chef's specialty but the weather and the lookout compensated for it :)

Friendly and helpful staffs. The only thing is the carpark always busy and the pedestrians feeling not safe when trying to enter the building as cars coming out and in to the drive thru pretty much speeding.

It's McDonald's. Do I need to say more? At least the chips ( yeh CHIPS not fries ) were hot. Update. Just had freshest fillet of fish ever. Very tasty. But guys come on presentation was bad. Fish was hanging half out of bun and is hard to realign as cheese welds it to bun. Also the new sweet and Sour sauce with nuggets is delicious.

Fast but MESSY. Big Mac is a bit of a mess with more lettuce in the box than on the burger, and they got my sons happy meal wrong (gave him chips instead of apple slices). Probably what you would expect from any Maccers in Australia.

Whilst the restaurant itself was clean, their service could be improved, especially with how many staff they put on working the orders in relation to how busy they were at 11pm. My friend and I each ordered a frozen lime Fanta from the self-service kiosks but it was no longer available. Instead of calling our numbers to tell us and discuss an alternative, they skipped over our orders completely and kept us waiting pointlessly for a good 15 minutes. When we asked one of the staff members, it was then they asked if we wanted a frozen Coke instead.

Generally okay, though really do seem to get orders wrong. It is my local thus I often have to choose Lidcombe McDonald's though there has been over 3 times within this year that I have gotten home missing a couple of burgers. I do tend to check while in store though it is hard when it is busy. Young staff seem to struggle to work under pressure but it's a working progress I guess

This McDonald’s is halal certified. The location is good and easy to access. The food quality is very good. The customer service is outstanding. The restrooms are not that clean. Mcdonald need to improve the cleanliness in restrooms. The kid area also need attention most of the times kid take food there and make a mess. Beside that it’s a nice place to dine.

Burgers built correctly and the eat-in tray was neat and well presented. The dining person cleaned by table, before i sat, and the rest of the customer areas were also clean. Lost a star because the fries were cold, did not have the right golden brown colour you would expect, and took 9 minutes to deliver table service.

Awesome 👍😊 customer service!! I visited this store on 30 or 31st December 2018, was busy hot day and I was looking for ice coffee, it was my first Ice coffee in Mc Donald's so was quite confused. Came at an off peak time. Nice fast service. Parking is abit limited but close to station. They also had a new renovation and its all indoor sitting now. Their self service machines ran out of receipts and I used 2 different ones.

The dining room has been renovated and it now has more than 120 seats, including leather couches, booths and bar style seating with wall sockets for you to recharge your phone. Unfortunately, to accommodate for the extra seating, they have removed the children's playground. The drive-through has an extra ordering station to speed things up. The outdoor seating has also been removed. Making use of the touchscreen also helps speed things up too and you can add things to your burger easily. Then pay, take a table placard, sit down and they will bring your food to your table

Slow service. It took 14 minutes from placing my order on the big self serve screen to getting my $1 burger and small fries. I'm really not a big fan of the Cashless machine screen ordering system. Might as well have robots handing us the meal. What happened to friendly customer smiles and service. I dont see that any more at McDonald's.

Food is always fresh and good , but I'm sick of ordering coffees with extra shot ,paying for a coffee with an extra shot, waiting at the bay for a coffee with an extra shot , to once every 10 times they get it right. And when I go around to change it as per promise of MacDonald I get stared at and they still get it wrong untill I finally, embark from my car and order it myself in the store , and I have a problem with my medium sized coffee having only 1&1/2 shot ,it should have two that's a standard! I have been a regular customer almost 5 years. Excellent night staff especially on Weekends. Even though, there is less staff, they manage to provide very good service. Although, they make mistakes sometimes but this stor e has been one of the favourites place where I love to spend my time.

Dining tables are left unclean for extended periods and there seems to always be flies inside the restaurant. And the hash browns here are $2.30 (Feb 2019). Which is the highest out of the local McDonald's. (Chullora was $1.95 Dec 2018)

I live in Auburn but I rather go to Lidcombe Macca's the service is friendly, the place itself is clean and tidy. The customer service is way way way better than Auburn. The people that work at Auburn are rude and disrespectful towards you. I especially hate going to the drive thru at Auburn unlike Lidcombe who are very welcoming and patient. Love the service at Lidcombe to be honest they need to get the Crew at Lidcombe to go and train the people at Auburn on how to treat your customers. Like I said before I live in Auburn but go to Lidcombe because the service is much better.

It gets quite crowded in the afternoons on weekend and there is a always a long queue at driveway. The parking is a bit of problem and cars are not parked properly and hence a problem in entering and exiting the car park. The service is fast but the orders some times are not proper and hence a good idea to always request the bill and check it. The seating inside is also limited and a lot of don't get a seat.

I'd give 5 stars if I'd been served by a person, but no, as with other Maccas that have self-service points, the staff ignore you until you use them. This is annoying, as not all of the cakes on display are available. If you guys are one day replaced by robots, then you've only yourselves to blame.
