The manager who took our order and was very polite and welcoming ( good old fashioned way). He took our phone details down to comply with Covid regulations. Highly recommend this MacDonald for its service and dedication to it's customers. Job well done, thank you!

It's okay if you need stuff for your house or to go bowling, but for food go else where! Oporto and Krispy Kreme doughnuts are the only decent food places but the line up 😅 tis big

It is your fault if you come to this store while it is busy and expect good food. I come here sometimes when not busy and I get very good food. But it is always always busy. The food is no good when busy. Do not come when busy. It is fast food, and also busy. What you want? You want good and fast food, go to another of 15 restaurant in the food court. You come here to wait 5 min for burger is not their fault. Beef and chicken take time to cook.

Decent Maccas, not fast,not too slow, customer service is above average. Can be easily accessed from main road or surrounding shops, but care should be taken if you have kids, car park is really busy because people are always in a rush to get their KK Donuts.

I stood waiting for my order for a full 10 min, because the person (F) calling the orders spoke so softly (and wore a mask (well done) they couldn't be heard. SPEAK UP next time so my order isn't ruined.

Not bad service, i go through drive through now, packed some days but to be expected, recently had orders come out wrong, like getting wrong wraps, or wrong burgers, have had 2 big macs come with 1 less patty each in one order. Understandably a fast food restaurant, but would suggest to double check the order in the bag and not just the order at the pay window

A good worker that i know has no name in her badge. She gives out orders so quick and seems like she does packing and giving out the orders at the front and drive through. I love workers that multitasks that gives customers and including myself a fast or not long waited service.

It's an alright Mcdonalds but attracts a lot of unsavory characters at night. One time they served my girlfriend cold chips and my girlfriend said "Can you please make some new ones?", so they said "Alright no problem", then they brought out hot chips but you could tell that they just reheated the old ones lol.

Definitely 5 STARS !! A few weeks ago driving in drive thru for a bacon & egg meal costed $8.45. For some reason while paying i thought the guy said $8.85 so STUPIDLY i gave him $51 thinking i only handed him $11 and said " keep the change " driving off to get my food, very lucky i had to wait at the waiting bay for my coffee... I was so so HAPPY that there were HONEST people working that morning coz the guy at the cash register asked another worker to return my change that was $42.45. I couldn't believe i did that !! So happy, stoked and grateful cos that's a lot of money to tip someone & having it returned is one awesome feeling...
