It's the second time they gave me no patty for my double quarter pounder with one less patty via drive thru within a month (adjustment). Been a customer for 5 years and similar mishaps have occured.

Excellent customer service!! First time ever a mcdonalds does my classic angus burger, with no bun, and no putting the cheese at the bottom where it gets melted on the cardboard. They made it just right, cheese at the top. Also the drive thru cashier girl was very nice, making my daughter laugh and taking her time with us. The guy who gave us the food was very happy to be at work too. Why all maccas arent like this? Good job guys.

I arrived at 2pm this Saturday 21st for a quick lunch between jobs. I ordered a McFeast meal but forgot to delete the cheese. I approached the counter and asked the service lady to change my burger. She smiled and just took care of it. This was in peak hour with about 15-20 staff running around like mad. She was all smiles even when she brought it and even apologised even though it was my fault. All round terrific service from all staff.

Always busy during day and evening...Average to bad service, particularly on drive thru.. Pretty bad graveyard drive thru; ALWAYS get the order wrong. Frozen Cokes cost $4 or more in the wee hours, despite being $1 every other time. No chicken burgers available either at that hour. Always told to wait in waiting bay for our food instead of the usual window waiting, despite being the only customers at that time..Layout of road, parking and service Windows not very efficient or well planned. Don't deliver at all. Food as it always is, yummy junk.

I personally didn't like fast food restaurants much but I like this one - McDonald Punchbowl. Well prepared burgers and chips compared to other McDonald restaurants in other suburbs, I would say, most fast food restaurants in Australia (McDonald, Hungry Jacks, Red Roosters,.. etc.) are well organized but only McDonald has that...that computerized ordering machine inside the restaurant which customers can use for ordering. It's really convenient, don't like waiting on the queue, other fast food restaurants should do the same,

Clean and Tidy Mcdonalds ...plenty of space and TVs to watch. Plenty of parking. Curious staff. Food was nice (fresh oil used) and Hash browns are $2.00 Cheapest ive ever bought. Over 80% of the tables covered with rubbish from bone lazy diners not able to take their stuff to a bin 3m away. You gotta do something about the state of the restaurant Mr Manager.
