me and my two kids were there today and my little one was on pram, this afternoon around 12.30 pm, he must be the manager wearing a white top, couldn’t notice the name but was very kind and helpful as he helped me with my pram and help assist me with my order without any hassle. i know it was a very busy time , people were on queue too but still thank you once again for toady

This girl named Sonam, who served me, was so nice and helpful when I didn’t have enough money. I bought a hamburger and a small fries for my husband and bought myself a free seniors cappuccino. I wanted to buy a coconut loaf for myself but didn't have enough money and the young lady offered to buy it for me. This made my day and I will be coming again.

Technology and quality! If you are looking for something fast at midnight or 24/7! Don’t doubt about going, you now order in machine and they are so fast to deliver the product! The food was fresh and prepared quickly, however the staff and store in general is hopelessly unable to handle the volume of customers on a average weekend. Good luck over the December holiday season. A reconfiguration of the store layout is drastically needed before someone gets hurt falling down entrance stairs when crowds of customers block every available square meter indoors. Go out of any kind of busy time of day and you may possibly have a decent experience.

In this review: Coffee, Customer service, food, covid Due to local restrictions, reviews are becoming extremely difficult due to changes in operation, however, this means a positive experience is hard to come by, and now more than ever, a good review, to find the places willing to go above and beyond, is all the more important This McDonald's is doing well despite lockdowns, they allow some people to run in unmasked to collect or make an order and are keeping the environment friendly and clean Some staff ask for a check in proof at the collection counter, but mostly they are just looking after us as they did pre-2019 Food quality is high, although coffee is sometimes a hit and miss, this being said (I drink coffee here often due to the great customer service) they are always happy to fix it, and have a chat to you while they prepare your drink. Consistent with McDonald's food and drink as you would expect. As SARS-CoV-2 is now apart of our lives... or so we are told, I have decided to rate covid restrictions, scanning and compliance the following (higher numbers equal higher difficulty but more legal compliance from the management, lower numbers mean walk in and buy as you would in <2019 and no one cares) 1 = easy 40 = horrific Check in: 3 Safety Screens: 3 Payments: 1 - meaning they still accepted cash Handling payments: 5 - meaning some glove change after cash, so easy to deal with but potentially dirty gloves on the food Customer service: 1 Overall: 14/40

Fast to order on their screens and short wait to receive the food. We got 2 cheeseburgers and they were good, however their frozen Coke No Sugar was only served 3/4ths full - they should've topped it up before serving it! :-(

I had a coffee down here and the environment was okay. I sat by a window and had a decent view. There were TVs in the wall which provided some content. Only gripe I had was the hobos that were permitted to sleep on the seating in the premises. That severly hindered the overall experience. This McDonald's needs to remove these hobos and do a deep clean in order to redeem themselves.

Updated 11 December 2015: (4 stars) I've revisited this restaurant recently and I've upgraded my rating. It's still very crowded but they've improved the efficiency and speed of their ordering and food delivery. They've pushed the counters all to one side and have made a dedicated counter to pick up food. The quality of the burgers are also well-made and not sloppily done up like they have in the past. Well done! Published 2014: (2 stars) I'm a lifelong fan of McDonald's but this particular branch needs work. The staff are great and the standard of food is still excellent - but what they really need is to expand this restaurant or find an alternative site close by. The demand is so great in the restaurant during peak times that it's sweltering and the lines are disorderly with people not knowing where to line up and end up cutting into other people's lines. Also I can see the staff are stressed and pressured having to work in such a tight space.

It's actually amazing how smoothly this runs even on busy weekend nights when there's little room to stand. The burgers are also put together quite well, as certain other cbd mc'd put them together in a mess and squish everything. But not here, it was completely fine.

Our School group visited as part of their Sydney excursion. Here's the comment from the supervising teacher. I’ve never seen a McDonalds restaurant cope the way these guys did. They took 86 orders and fed 86 hungry people in 15 minutes - no joke. They were incredible. And they got the orders right!!! Thanks team - much appreciated.

The place is full of highly aggressive seagulls who swarm the tables, steal food right out of your hands and knock over your drinks. I ordered a quarter pounder large meal, but didn't get to enjoy any of it due to these airborne pests. Will avoid this place, and rather go somewhere else next time.

My partner and I came here to get something to eat as well as use their wifi since we were cruise passengers not wanting to use the ridiculously expensive wifi on the ship.
