Late night drive through order on the way home.. chips and 🍦.. but they didn't had any cones left for the day, so instead of refusing to take the order the staff there offered to take the soft serve ice cream in a cup..I was more than happy to take it 😊 I really appreciate this approach coz it only makes you happy when you eat what you wanna eat when you wanna eat 😃👍👍 (Drived thru twice for the yummy 🍦-> cup 😜😋)

This Maccas, I usually receive a negative experience. I was in a rush so I went there. I only put in a small order, what can I say it was sweet and smooth. From window to window and out. The food items were fresh and of temperature. Good breezy experience.

Good experience most of the time. Although they have to manage the machines for the item prices which was not matching with when your make the payment. Like I asked Crispy chicken wrap for $3.35, but while making payment it asked for $3.55. The staff doesn't know. Even if you asked them they will always says that it was system problem and cannot do anything. So it will be misleading to the customer who has big order and just in case if they doesn't recognizes then they will paying extra cost without knowing. That's the human mentality -:)

Half the time missing items in order whether it's big or small, I always have to double check to confirm and ask. Because of this is hard to order uber eats as you are not at the restaurant to correct and have to go through uber to get money back which I don't want to keep doing. They should have a system to double check orders before giving or train staff better even if it involves reprimands for not getting orders right otherwise it will keep happening.

The restaurant and the play areas are clean and service is good. Just don't venture into toilets they are very dirty, went multiple instances, looks like the sprucing up of the place didn't include toilets. Hope management tidied up the restrooms a bit. This is by far the big downside of the place, everything else is modern. Food is same like any other McDonald's bland and taste less, I go for my kid and she comes for the Happy meal and play area.

One of the nicer McDonald's restaurants. Usually clean with decent care taken with the food. Sometimes the toilets aren't super clean and sometimes they make mistakes at the drive thru, but I've just come to accept this with McDonald's in general and don't usually make a fuss over it because mostly they do get things right. It is an excellent place to stop and spend time with family. You can choose your burgers, raps, ketch up, drinks and more that you need and pay through an excellent self checkout system. The play area is huge and children will have a assured great time. Ample car space is a plus.

The order was not taken properly and the information was not checked before serving. Once I went back to tell them the order was incorrect after fixing it they aggressively threw the wrong burger away. I do not think it is appropriate to waste food like this and to be so aggressive. We had our sons 2nd birthday over the weekend there. Manager on duty was Monica who we spoke to earlier in the week. Although they don't formally do traditional maccas birthdays there Monica and the team made us feel first class. Amazing service from the whole team, great venue for a small event like ours (approx 30 people inc. kids). No hassle no issues and the food and coffee is as good as any mcdonalds you will have. This McDonald's is in a good location next to the highway, attracting many travellers but most customers are Wenty locals. Often popular among our police officers, there is a playgroung for little friends too so it is very handy for dads if it is your turn to look after the kids. It has McCafe if you're after your morning caffeine dose or catch up with your friend or interviewing someone to work for your company. It also has those self serve kiosk installed where you have the option of customising your own meal which although is a bit more expensive tastes better than normal burgers plus using those machines triggers table service. Not to forget the amazing invention of the first world - "the drive thru". It is a very popular drive thru and the waiting time can be a bit longer specially at lunch hour. I believe you can use the app to order ahead if patience is not your strongest virtue. By the way the food tastes good too. Happy Maccas!
