4 stars because they need to work on cleaning, the tables are frequently dirty even during covid when you couldn't dine in the table had sticky drink spillage on them and the floors were dirty. Staff frequently claim they cant make frappes but Uber and Menulog drivers come in and pick up frappes for delivery, i think the staff are just too lazy.

Nice spot, easy drive through, but there was a mistake on my order. We were taking this back way as there was an accident on the federal highway and getting hungry needs something on the go so we stopped here. My husband ordered a cheeseburger and soft serve. Soft serve was ok, but instead of a cheeseburger it was a chicken and cheese burger. It was late, we were heading home and I just ate it. I didn't thin I it was that busy they night as we went through the drive through pretty quickly.

You win some, you lose some with this Maccas… most times it’s not spot on but I guess that’s the experience you get with maccas. Even when you bring it to the attention of the management team it doesn’t really matter. It’s convenient at least.

Unfortunately items are forgotten to be placed in our take away order at the drive through. This is not a reflection on staffs cability. It is more to the fact they are under staffed. And too much is expected of them. Especially since Cafe items can be purchased.. it is impossible for a barista to make coffees and specialised orders at a drive through pace without issues.. they work three times as hard as everyone else..

Quick drive through, staff are relatively nice; the usual 'treat 'em - street 'em' attitude, nothing more, which is a shame but to be expected and is standard across most fast food chains. However if heading south of Picton after a 'Maccas run' or a stop over I do suggest you go into the restaurant, then exiting at the entrance and using the lights rather than the drive through as turning right out of the drive through onto Argyle St can get tedious especially during peak hour.

Great little McDonalds in historal picturesque Picton. The main entry road into Picton is off Hume highway B88 for those not familiar. Turning right off at T junction (clock tower of the right for Back to the Future fans), then on left of next lights. Good service, my only problem with this McDonalds is the carpark is a bit small for a place so popular. With 10 cars, its close to full, there is as parking area past the McD, not sure who it belongs to. Stay tuned...

Great drive through if you would like to find out exactly how wide your car is. Food is always 'above average' McDonald's quality. Has a McCafe inside, so, it has that going for it I suppose.
