Found my new favourite Greek Restaurant. Cannot fault anything. The experience was everything you want when out dining. Atmosphere, fabulous selection on the menu with a good choice of wines. The octopus and eggplant are still fresh in my mind a week after we dined there. Looking forward to going back.

Descent quality Greek food cuisine and reasonable price comparing to its location and ambience. During my visit COVID-19 safety measures were in place and was clean restaurant. Customer service was very mixed, the lady at the reception was lovely and very welcoming however, the male Asian appearance waitress was not so welcoming and nice. Overall is ok restaurant in the middle of the busy city location for a Greek cuisine. Price and Customer service can be improved for sure.

Was here for a team lunch. We opted for the set menu which was $65 each. It had very limited choices for the vegetarians. The main course was brinjal(egg plant) and some veggies chucked into it. The desert was the only saving grace. The ambience of the restaurant is good and the staff are efficient and helpful.

Gotta be honest Greek food isn't my favourite cuisine but to an untrained palate these guys/gals do it well. The taramasalata was so good. Breads were fresh and tasty. Lamb melted on your fork. Chicken nicely cooked, with some full egg mayo that completely blew us away Service was good. Attentive but not overwhelming. Didn't oversell. Portions were just the right size for a large group (8 people) with a little left over. Decor doesn't astound but doesn't offend either. Somehow...felt like a Grecian oasis on a city corner. If Greek food is your thing, give it a go

Tasty, quick food that is served quickly. We had a large selection of varied food. All good. Would suggest you visit, if in the area. Due to Covid the restaurant was empty and so there was no atmosphere. Good location, close to Darling Harbour. If you want Greek, go here !

The table service was quick and efficient. We sat outside which is a good place to people watch. The portions are a good size. The lamb souvlaki was so well done to almost be burnt. I just ate a couple of the pieces. We intended to use our dine and discover voucher but we're told the person who does that was not on that night (Saturday). We'd have been buggered if we were relying on them to pay for the meal.

The chips are absolutely succulent. The waiters, finding themselves with nothing else to do, come over to your table and fill up your water promptly, as if good service came naturally to them. A real treat to visit Meduca tonight . This has to be my favourite Greek restaurant in Sydney now. Friendly staff, relaxed ambience and sophisticated execution of classic dishes. It really took me back to eating out in Greece. Highlights tough to pick but probably the slow cooked Roast Lamb , incredible!!! the lamb just falls apart - no fork necessary. Definitely recommend and definitely coming back!!

We went to Meduca after seeing so many lovely reviews. The expectations set were already high and, WOW!!!, they have managed to exceed the expectations!!!! They were crazy busy but got us a great table and the food rolled out like clockwork. Their traditional oven baked Mousaka was sensational!One of the best services we've seen around Sydney with spectacular food and staff.

Truly a wonderful culinary experience from start to finish. We ordered two entrees- the calamari and prawns cooked in tomato sauce with feta. Both dishes were outstanding...... with the calamari being the most tender I have ever ever eaten. The serving size was more than generous. The prawn dish was equally amazing with the sauce spicy and rich but didn’t over power the prawns. The mains were also fantastic but the stars of the night were the entrees and dessert. So the bill for 2 lemon lime & bitters drinks; 1 dessert; 2 entrees and 2 mains =$135. The staff were exceptional , helpful and friendly. Truly a wonderful experience and restored my faith in Sydney providing very good food. We will definitely be back to make our way through the menu, particularly the entrees.

I came here for a work Christmas dinner and went with the $59 set menu that got us some shared appetizers and a great variety of mains. The shared starters were very nice, featuring salad, a variety of dips, breads and my favourite of them all, crispy and super tasty calamari. The mains were generous in size and tasted nice. The only issue was that the fish was unevenly cooked, and lamb shoulder was a bit tough. The dessert was a slight disappointment as I did not like the flavours of the watermelon sorbet, but I liked the ouzo ice-cream a lot. From service point of view, the waiter responsible for our table was doing a great job up until the point when another waiter helped putting the desserts of our table. First of all, he was rushing and dropped an entire scoop of ice cream on my lap. In response, he quickly gave me a bottle of soda water and a clean cloth. Great, but he did not return with a new dessert nor did anyone clean up the melting ice cream on the floor between my feet. On top of that, we were also given one less serve of dessert because one of my workmates have left early. Anyway, I told the lady at the counter when I paid the bill. Then the waiter came over to apologize and offered us free drinks from the bar. I appreciated the gesture but the damage was already done.

The main course portions are more than generous: I had the fall off the bone lamb shoulder and my wife selected the swordfish/prawns. The entrées were nice even if the octopus was a bit overcooked and I notice a strange difference between the menu that was outside the restaurant and the one that we get at the table, I mean that some dishes were overpriced compared to the outside menu. For my main course I choose a vegetarian moussaka that was great and my boyfriend took a nice chicken with spinach rice that was delicious and well cooked. The dessert was huge and nice too.

The best Greek food I've ever had. My boyfriend and I came for lunch since we saw it had great reviews and we were not disappointed. The food was AMAZING. So worth it for what you pay. We got a Chef's special Scallop entree, and two mains (a chicken dish and a veal backstrap dish). Super filling and soooo satisfying.

Excellent selection of Greek dishes. I had the Spanokipita and the Lamb Cutlets - both of which were well presented and very tasty. The staff were both very friendly and professional. The manager came to see me to explain why my request for less cooked lamb was not optimal. Obviously, he was correct but the manner on which the interaction occurred was both friendly and professional. I strongly recommend it and would quite happily return.

We come here allot for lunch as it's on the corner by our office. Food is always great and generously portioned. The mezza plates are good with plenty to choose from served with really nice fresh made pita! and I love the stuffed zucchini flowers. A fantastic fine dining restaurant that is surprisingly very reasonably priced. My only issue is that their signature slow cooked lamb is so utterly delectable that I don't get much of a chance to try anything else on the main menu unless I am lucky enough to go there twice in one week and can somehow convince myself to not order the lamb. Peter is an attentive owner and takes very good care of his customers. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone I know going to be in Sydney.

The restaurant was really noisy which was the first thing that struck as we took our seats. Food was good but nothing exceptional. A little bit of innovation on the plate would be nice. I requested the waiter if a particular dish could be made without alcohol in the sauce and he said that couldn't be done which was quite a surprise as most restaurants cater to that request. The $30 banquet was pretty good though the Greek sausages weren't particularly authentic on the Meze entre plate. The accompanying char grilled pita bread was amazing. The baked lamb main course, was tender but portioned quite small for a group and lacked the substance you would expect of the generosity of Greek hospitality (2 pieces of a quartered potato and 2 spoonfuls of peas in clear pan juices). Worth the experience. Even more so if these were addressed. And choose the outside covered area to people watch while you dine, in the warmer months.

We tried to visit here a few times, unfortunately our travels kept us away last year and the first half of our trip this year. When we finally had a chance to get out and visit, they were closed =( Well, that didn't stop us! We came back the following night and headed straight in. We were happily welcomed and took our seat in the middle of a small, warm and energetic dining room. All the staff were eager to please and many knew the locals that were dining. Originally the pricing had been a hesitance for us. We are used to similar meals being 30% cheaper elsewhere but the reviews told us to dive in, and we regret nothing. I personally had the Kota Souvlaki (Chicken Souvlaki) and found that the feta dip was too spicy for me. They quickly accomodated by giving me a small plate of tzatziki and that was AMAZING. Honestly some of the best i've had. But the chicken... the chicken was phenomenal. To die for. And it was a good portion, not just a small skewer worth which is what we were afraid of originally, but 5 or 6 large chunks of chicken souvlaki taking up half the giant plate. The chicken was cooked perfectly and seasoned even better. Mixed with a bit of the astonishing tzatziki, it was honestly amazing. The Pita and the Salad were equally as pleasing and it all went well together. All I left on my plate was the chips I couldnt eat, I couldnt bare to leave anything else behind. One of the best greek restaurants I have been to, we will certainly go out of my way to visit the next time we are in Sydney.

At the launch, In Costume's branding was immediately apparent on all items of clothing, reminiscent of Walter Van Beirendonck's graphic labels that are often in rubbers or plastics and sewn on the outside of garments. Several t-shirts in the collection were screen printed with motorcycle engine blueprints and the number '2019', distressed to look as though they had been used as a mechanic's oil-rag. By dating the collection to a year that's nearly over, In Costume diverged from the fashion industry custom of working one or two seasons ahead. '2019' felt like a self-conscious time-capsule, evoking nostalgia for the present in an industry that trades on its ability to predict the future or the next 'now.'
