Burgers were ok, kinda sloppy. Chips were nice and crunchy though.

The burgers were cold. The fries were pretty good. The lady at the counter was friendly. But when a burger is cold not much can be said.

Slightly pricier than other major chains like maccas or hungry jacks... but serve quality, tasty, fast take away food. My favourite burger remains the Otropo which has chicken, lettuce, mayo and cheese with pineapple and bacon. There’s plenty of space for dining in here, a bathroom and cool air conditioning for hot days.

Loved the food. For a "fast food" restaurant they really do great food. Very spicy and cooked perfect. We ate in and the food all comes on plates with cutlery not like maccas on a plastic tray. The service staff were awesome.

I had ordered online whole Chicken with lime and herbs and small garlic sauce for dip. Chicken was juicy and well cooked , properly packed and tasted good. Price is a bit higher but for the quality I got cannot complain.Garlic sauce was 1.3 dollars extra.

Best Oporto in Liverpool. The food quality is good. The manager is very professional and a good person. The cleanliness is outstanding. Enough parking space around. I’ll highly recommend this place to pay a visit.

Great, reliable oportos. I experienced one of the greatest acts of customer service here and can't recommend this place more. It was midnight with some of the worst rain where we forgot a packet of ketchup as we left the drive-thru. As we turned around the corner a saint of employee braved the storm with our packet of ketchup. A PACKET OF KETCHUP. And handed to us like the bloody legend she is. I salute you ma'am.

Never got disappointed at this Oporto. Food is fresh, hot and generous in sauce. I always add the lemon and lime as well as the chilli to get the firing taste

Sydney has the best Oporto eateries. We in Melbourne usually find them in shopping mall food halls. It's just not the same. This Oporto was delicious with all the sauces and extras. The place was clean and service was helpful. Gee, another long time between crooks before we are back in Sydney!!! 😍🤩😆

Nice interior and surprisingly great customer service I have recieved during my visit in a long time. I have ordered a Bondi meal and a half chicken with lemon herb basting. Quality of food of course can't expect it to be 100 percent fresh from the grill/oven but in saying that it's still is enjoyable to eat. The chicken is not too dry and looks like it haven't been left in their food storage for long which Is common in other oportos to serve chicken that's been cooked well over hours beforehand. My only minor complaint is that I wanted the lemon herb basting sperately but they cannot do that and charged me for the basting. They were going to put it on normally anyways without additional cost so I do not know why it cannot be done. Overall a 4 star is given for great customer service and cleanliness of the restaurant. If food quality is a little more fresh then it would have been a perfect experience.

One of my favourite Oportos to visit. Always clean and not very busy. Somewhat quick service and pleasant experience. Close to other amenities like chemist warehouse, office works & fashion spree.

For those who miss the original Bondi burger chilli sauce and want that extra chilli kick, I highly suggest asking for the Extremo Picante Sauce. It’s the closest thing to that original spice we were all addicted to before.

I have been going to this Oporto alot and will continue to do so. Their chips are always fresh and well salted and their spicy potato bites are always delicious. Additionally, they accept flame rewards without hesitation and provides excellent customer service, unlike other oporto's i've been to.
