One of Marrickvilles favourite burger joints have now popped up opposite The Oaks Hotel in Neutral Bay. Mouthwatering American style burgers with all your favourite sides, including a loaded snack pack that is PERFECT for the way home after a few beers across the road. Open for dine in SEVEN days a week from 12pm to 10pm daily, this joint is definitely one to check out if your a local or just passing through.

I’d give this place 0 stars if we were just ranking on the burger, it’s completely filled with sugar that I couldn’t even eat it, two bites in and I’m nauseous from the taste. Chicken was bland and grey. Chips were the redeeming quality, currently wishing I just got that instead of paying $16 for one of the worst burgers I’ve ever eaten. I’ve also given this 3 stars cause my boyfriend loved his and I understand my taste might be subjective

Hop on guys, 3 years in Sydney hunting for burgers, Eating chicken and veg from all so-called “best burger place” name it: barluca, mary burger, mister gee, big dady, grilled, bettys burger none could beat the taste of this chicken burger at peoples burger neutral bay a new and true venue for the tag #BEST_BURGER_IN_SYDNEY . The best of the best, the proof is in the pudding. (burgers) If you have a chance go and have a quick chat with the awesome team and management up at Neutral bay because they Are incredibly talented and passionate about what they do, Its actually really refreshing to see this, but most importantly you can tell how passionate they are by the amzingly tasty burgers, fries, wings and milk shakes they serve up ever night. Amazing taste it's different than other burgers found on the market. Try it you won't regret it.

We ordered the truffle burger, dirty bird and buffalo wings. Buns were soft and the PB special sauce was delicious, however the truffle flavour was a little lacking in the truffle burger, and the dirty bird was lacking in crunch. Shoestring fries were good even when they weren’t piping hot, and the buffalo wings were juicy but not as spicy as expected. Customer service was average, and it took about 35 minutes for our order (ordered at 8pm Thursday night). Overall, we would definitely order again but will need to prepare our own pickles or jalapeños on the side.

One word to describe their burger is yummy. It was not dry, not too juicy... just perfect. Feels fresh. I'll definitely have their burger again whenever i am nearby again

We’re locals who started eating here in lockdown thanks to EatClub and I’m so glad we did. The staff are so lovely and friendly and the food is amazing. I don’t usually love spicy food but I have literally dreamt of the buffalo wings. We will continue to come here for a long time.

I am sick and tired of seeing bad reviews of hospitality venues during lockdown without taking into account of all the issues that come with it, such as extreme demand at peak times, shortage of staff and delivery drivers. Instead of being thankful that establishments such as this one have been brave enough to open during these extraordinary times, people just whinge over things out their control. McDonald's regularly stuff up orders and their cardboard tasting always arrive cold yet everyone still keeps ordering from them. People's Burger have only been open for a week where there are always teething problems so please give these hard working guys a break and give them your continued support regardless of a minor delay. There is nothing not to like about People’s burger! I had the chef’s favourite, loaded with flavours! the beef was juicy, sauce was super creamy and delicious, and the soft rmilk bun held everything together perfectly. Must visit

Had a dirty bird and a truffle burger today. One of the best burger places I have ever tried. Bit of a wait but totally worth it. Good job on opening guys. I have been waiting for it for months and totally worth it.

Went in on the second night of opening, and it was brimming with delivery drivers and bags lined up. My girlfriend and I had been looking for new options to try in the area, and it was very much worth the wait. She had the dirty bird fried chicken burger while I had a wagyu cheeseburger. Both came with a generous serve of shoestring fries on the side. Chicken was hot and juicy, crisped to perfection. A simple but punchy slaw complemented to the crunch. The wagyu cheeseburger was the classic done just right, sizzling on the surface, just enough pink to make your mouth water. Add some old school ketchup and pickles aplenty, and you’ve got your lockdown Friday night in sorted! Fantastic hospitality of the manager taking great care of us whilst handling the POS system in the middle of an order request meltdown. Cooks were lined up, pumping out orders. Definitely one to keep on your list of new places to get takeaway from during lockdown watch parties. It’s located at the site of the old late night ramen bar, which was a popular hangout pre-COVID. Looking forward to my midweek burger cravings being sorted.

The burgers are good with thick patty. The chips are the best ! Before 4 pm, you get free chips and soft drink with any burgers. The service was friendly. The only concern we have was the fact that the two men working in the kitchen wore their masks on the chins ( not covering mouth and nose) , talking and laughing loudly while cooking. They wrapped the burgers with unloved hands before putting them in the takeaway boxes. The whole process was unhygienic and not covid safe !
