V good coffee, clean simple meals, they make their own pies. Best opening hours of all the cafes in Bundanoon. Lovely historic 150+ year old original building and great ambience whether eating inside or out.

Classic, simple cafe food, at a low low price!! Just had the cheapest burger and chips in a decade...and it was great!! Lovely Greek family running the place. Polite, efficient and super fast cook up! Fantastic place, will be back again when next in town!

Ordered Hamburger with chips and salad. Hamburger came on it’s own so I ate it (didn’t want it to go cold whilst waiting for my chips and salad that “ were coming”). Finished the burger and then the chips and salad arrived. Nothing much wrong with the food. Pretty standard. Problems in the kitchen though.

This place was much better way back, but recently before the old Owners left the standards were seriously lacking. This 3 star is coming from my old long time experience with the old Owners, and while food was good- eventually ordering a large chips at like 7 bucks only came at less than the size of a small?? Did like the burgers and had never tried the coffee- but it was a decent place, just wish things had picked up the pace. HOWEVER! Very excited to see the new rennovations when they've been finished and will finally dine in as the old place while nostalgic- again, lacking in a lot of standards. Hopefully this'll be a better start for the Primula, can't wait for the final reveal :))

$10.50 classic hamburger and chips. Think original burger patty made on the grill with fine onions, beetroot, tomato, crispy iceberg lettuce and tomato sauce with square cut chips. This place is familiar and cosy. A stream of locals come past for burgers and chips. It’s tasty and will fill you up. So Simple. So good.

Great wood fired pizza! me and the family go most weeks the kids love the Hawaiian! I think its very reasonably priced also. To all the snoby sydney weekender whingers who have complained about the interior or the owner of this place you need to get a life.... sad individuals.

The Primula Cafe and Restaurant has had new owners for about the last 18 months. A renewal of the decor and seating has been great! On the sunny days there is seating out the front of the cafe and also undercover seating at the back of the cafe. All with table service. Sandra (owner) works hard to provide fresh hot takeaway food as well as great menu for eat ins. Plus the Primula have an extensive pizza menu.

Superb quality pizza, real service with a good chat and smile. Where else can you sit in friendly outdoor environment with your kids and watch a theatre screen. Catch out this venue when travelling along, you will not regret it
