Beautiful atmosphere and food. Great place to eat in or takeaway. The staff are very pleasant and go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. Unlike some establishments they all seem happy to be there and work well together. Keep up the good work and thanks for the great meal and service. A+++

Wow. Didn't expect to have such a great experience in such a local area! Love the food and especially the service from our waitress (Krysten) was top notch. She made us feel welcomed before we even went in!

Awesome food, great service. Highly recommended! The atmosphere within the restaurant is fantastic, the decor is bright, cheery and attractive; the booth seats were surprisingly very comfortable. Even though the restaurant was extremely busy (every seat and table in the restaurant was occupied when we visited), the service by the restaurant staff was attentive and very friendly. The food served was delicious; the baby back pork ribs were super tender, and were genuinely a melt-in-the-mouth experience. The chips were seasoned just-right, and were very tasty. The beer on tap (Great Northern) was fresh, crisp, and ice cold. Kids menus are available at this restaurant, and provide genuine options that all kids will enjoy. We will definitely be visiting here again!

This place had the most friendly and happy staff I think I've ever seen in my life! It's nice to see a place where the staff genuinely seemed to want to be there and all seemed to enjoy working together! Hoping that same vibe continues in the months and years ahead - it makes the whole restaurant so nice to be in :) Food was nice, steak was cooked quite well and wasn't stringy or anything like that - good cut of meat! Burger was nice with fresh ingredients and their chips were done well too! Ask for an extra thick thickshake - they're amazing and I'm now concerned I'll be returning here wayyy too often for them... The pretzels on top were a great touch 👍 Would definitely come back here again the moment I crave steak. Also loved the decor of the whole place! Definitely recommend people travel over and try this place!

This place is proof that you can still make your customers happy even if they don’t have the best experience! I came during a really understaffed lunch shift where cooks and bar staff had to assist in waiting meals. I believe they only had two waitresses working in a full restaurant and the delay to get our orders took so long I had to personally approach one of them. The delivery of food wasn’t too long and it was hot and tasty as expected. I’m happy to say the waitress we dealt with was incredibly kind and apologetic even amongst all the craziness. As we were leaving we did hear a waitress starting her shift complain loudly she didn’t want to be there which kinda sucked. Still willing to give this place another go in the near future!

Went for lunch last week; absolutely perfect in every way. Staff all super friendly and attentive, without hovering. Best ribs ever and the salads so fresh and crisp. Fast forward to last night for dinner. Exactly the same. Took the whole family; ribs, burgers, salads, chips all perfectly cooked and presented. Ten out of ten to Kristen, just the best asset a business could wish for! Keep it up guys; the word is spreading.

Great Establishment! Staff are very friendly and the food was amazing. I brought my family and my mum said it was, and I quote, “the best steak [she’s] ever had” (rib-eye). I had the rump eye and it was amazing, I was so full I couldn’t finish my chips. Waiters were very friendly (Aaron and Matt) and we will definitely be back.

I cannot compliment the service and staff enough! They were so friendly, checked in on us throughout our visit and accommodating with the kids. The venue is very comfortable and welcoming, and is equally a family restaurant and somewhere to meet friends for a cocktail and meal. The food was was spot on! Highly recommend the calamari and maple bacon burger. Really impressed with how quickly our food was prepared. This place is a must try!

Second time eating here and it got even better. The service is great, they’re SO good with kids and so accommodating to the little extras that kids need. And it makes eating out with kids so much easier. The food is delicious. Popcorn chicken- OMG. And the burgers are great too. Don’t miss out on the milkshakes too. We couldn’t decide which one we liked best- so share if you can haha. We will certainly be back.

Ribs were maybe the best I've had at a restaurant to date. The classic beef burger was truly delicious. The staff member Aaron that took care of our table was really nice and genuinely looked like he enjoyed his job and the brand. Cheers.

Amazing food and excellent service. Their vegetarian mushroom dish is delicious and a welcome alternative to the usual vegetarian dishes offered at other places. R&B is one of the few restaurants that every member of the household loves and agrees on when choosing a place to eat.

What an amazing experience! Everyone was so friendly and helpful I just randomly decided to dine here with my partner for lunch and it was a great choice. We had the maple bacon & cheese burger & crispy chicken burger. I ate the maple bacon burger and it was not a grease loaded general burger it was clean and crisp and absolutely delicious the side of chips was cooked perfectly, my partner agreed the burgers were delicious!! customer service was sensational I will definitely be going back need to try the ribs highly recommended!

I've been to a lot of Ribs and Burgers establishments and this hands down is the best one. Great and professional service, fantastic food and a great restaurant vibe, there's even a beer on tap!

The customer service here alone was 5 star. The staff were quick and efficient, they were also fantastic with our two young children. Reminded me of great American style service. The food was really good aswell and came out really quick! We've been to R&B in East Gardens and The Star Casino and this one was by far the best. Would highly recommend!

They're still needing to tweak their staff operating rhythm as the staff were all over the place however they've only been open less than a month. Food was decent but cocktail menu could be improved with abit more variety from rum based cocktails. Would definitely come again.

Yum, very impressed, calamari was so tender, steak, chips and burgers were tasty, you just need to advise staff if you want your burger patty cooked more as I burgers on another table and the meat was quite pink inside in the middle, my husband asked for his burger to be cooked well and it still came out was a bit pink so he couldn't finish it. My Steak was fantastic and best pepper sauce ever, will be back. Beef ribs ok, not as tender as I would have liked, next time we will try the pork ribs
