Got a new employee who hadn't been trained correctly. Staff need to know how and what RR Loyalty program is. Seniors discount. Staff out the back were very very noisy not sure if it was an argument or jovial banter but well above what customers should be able to hear. Restaurant was clean as were the toilet but the signage No public toilet led me to believe No toilet which was incorrect.

Good service, very fast instore. Only 2 booths available to sit at moment as well as stools. Food is fresh and tasty. Facilities could be maintained a little more.

Suprisingly this was one of the best experiences ive had with red rooster at this Heddon Greta restaurant. On the road on this occasion and needed some lunch. The staff were friendly and the food was fresh and served in reasonable time. Other stores are hit and miss.

I've worked in hospitality and although the burger I ordered was nice and the chicken pieces, the rest of the meal was sub-par. Chips had been fried at least twice and were not nice at all. For spending $60, honestly wasn't worth the drive out there.

Not a bad little restaurant. Kind of out of the way, but the only one for a distance. A small carpark on site, all wheelchair accessible. Nice and clean with a bathroom attached. Give the coffee a wide berth.

Dear Red Rooster This comment is something that could be taken on board , Sometimes i go thought the drive thought just to get a chicken , the last couple of times there has been no chickens and that s fine but if all you want is a chicken and nothing else and the staff know there are no more chickens till a certain time . Why not put a big sign out the front of the shop to save people from having to wait in the drive though for up to 15 or 20 mins just to back out on the road. Thank you

Freshly cooked food. Friendly staff. Very clean shop. Would have rather sat at a booth than the stools but they were blocked off. Otherwise a lovely lunch spot.

Always friendly efficient staff on Drive- thru! However... I always order Rippa Sub Original with extra sauce.... Because there's NEVER enough sauce! Even when I ask and pay for extra sauce, there's still not enough. The sauce is delicious but but can I suggest that there needs to be an agreed standard amount. At least 2-3 tablespoons per sub.

We recently went through Red Rooster to assist us in the catering of our engagement party. To feed 150 people is no easy task, and the chickens we received were cooked beautifully and divided into generous portions so our guests could easily make a selection. I could not fault the service or quality of Red Rooster and the team, and I would thoroughly recommend considering them for your next function!

Best customer service at the heddon greta store, we had our order to go within a few minutes , so quick everytime we go there!! I'd rather go here then deal with kfc n maccas mistakes n long waits everytime we visit there. Red rooster is much more tastier. I love the chicken, bacon n cheese burgers. Omg sooo yummy n so is the BLT chicken roll 🤗👍🤗

Usually clean, not today. Had to ask to have a table cleaned to sit and eat. Bailed on that idea. The cloth the guy used to wipe the table with looked like he’d just finished doing his car with it. Disappointed.
