Came here with my wife on a Monday evening. We were hoping for a big feed before a show that evening. I am happy to report that we were greatly satisfied by the portion sizes. We ordered pork ribs. The ribs were adequately seasoned, although, possibly slightly on the sweet end. Service at Ribs and Burgers Chatswood was attentive. Thank you to the team at Chatswood for a great evening!

We got take away just before they closed the other night. The service was fast and helpful. The lamb ribs was divine, and the chicken burger and sweet potato chips were awesome - as always! Ate in the other night, and it was really really busy. But they still managed to get us a table fairly quickly. The food was delicious and the service friendly and fast. Update: Tried the steak the other night. Unfortunately, the quality was pretty disappointing. But the ribs and burgers are still good, so will stick to those.

The place it's really cute and it's for everyone, you can go with your family or just with your partner. Service here is top notch. Greeted by thank you, welcome, efficiency and politeness. It's a bit confusing at first when you come to dine in. Their system is to pay at the counter, you can either sit down first or pay first. Pork Ribs baby backs were so tender and juicy, it's going to be hard to go back to the original. The sauce they cover the ribs is delicious, with a familiar taste. You'll either love or hate the onion rings. I prefer mine to be thicker and have more onion flavour but if you like salty batter then you will like these. The apple slaw/salad is great, refreshing side to go with the ribs. The chicken wings were blazing hot with a great sauce. I wish they lathered the chicken wings with their chilli sauce because that has some amazing kick to it,jist not enough! Might not be able to taste anything after though... This place is well serviced,Tabasco sauce, hp sauce are all available. There's even a basin to wash your hands after licking your juicy sauce covered fingers! Will come again for sure. Pleasant experience after being Hurricane'd out of ribs for a year!

A regular haunt of mine for a quick feed..whether inside or out. The food is extremely consistent in its offer and quality. Mostly burgers and ribs as you would expect but there are beyond meat offerings too with elements of super food salads. Rarely disappoints and the staff do their best in these covid safe times. Closing hours are a bit variable so be sure to arrive at least 45 minutes before official closing or you may be advised it is now takeaway only.

Thursday 27/8/2020. Good food and Good staff. But today during my dining in I was forced to listen to the loudest South African accent man yelling at his staff due to wastage %! Poor form Ribs and Burgers. Meetings like this are to be held when restaurant is closed not amongst lunch time trade. This feedback is no way towards the staff rather the South African Mgr whose voice was very very loud talking about wastage over and over. Why he thinks it’s acceptable to grill his staff during lunch trade is very unprofessional

Great location for groups, families, couples or singles and the food was really good! You need to order and pay upfront and it's kinda like a diner atmosphere: if you want tap water or different sauces you can help yourself at the self service area. You can even wash your hands after your ribs or burgers without going to the bathroom. Very handy design features for the guest to feel at home, which is unique 😀😀 Definitely will be back.

Tried ordering ahead and the app gave me a pickup time that was 35 minutes later. When I showed up 15 minutes later, food was packed and ready to go. If I turned up at the estimated time, I would have had cold food. Not cool.

Today I found a short black hair in the burger. Luckily, I checked what I was eating. Not sure from which part of the body the hair was from. Although I've been a regular customer for many years and the burgers are tasty, this incident will make me stay away from your restaurant as food hygiene is very important to me and I don't want to ingest your cook's body part. Not for a $15 burger from a restaurant.

Used to always purchase the Malt Thickshake, but over the year they have changed it from a metal milkshake cup to a plastic cup. The flavour is also different and not as good as it used to be. Bring back the old thickshake, I say!

We went here for a family dinner celebrating my son's 13th birthday. Alessandro looked after us from the moment we arrived. The babyback ribs were hands down the best ribs I've ever had. It's a cliche but the meat DID fall off the bone. Burgers were also fantastic all washed down with a cold beer. Great value too and my entire family left with BIG smiles on their faces !! 11.00am get together with grandkids & parents at the real time the munchkins' tumms start to rumble. First in, we spread our easy to read menus and pick 2x St.Louis ribs and 2xAussie burgers. Fifteen minutes later perfectly adorned plates arrive laden with the goods. Taste of the ribs is appreciated by ravenous ankle biters who leave the bones neatly on their plates.
