This cheeseburger had what I wanted from a cheeseburger - fresh and greasy, with quality meat, pickles, mustard, sauce. It was delicious! To make 5 stars, I would go with a higher quality bun - a brioche or pretzel bun option would be great. Staff were great too

This was our first time eating in and my girls and I loved it! We got the lamb burger, chicken bowl and kids chicken burger. Everything was so fresh, hot and tasty! The food came out so quick too even though they were busy. The Manager Gordon has exceptional customer service skills and is very pleasant. All the staff were lovely. We are very happy customers and will be coming back to eat in house!

Ordered the KING FEAST comes with: King ribs x2 burgers & chips, we upsized chips for $3 and added extra wings for $13.90. Paid $75 all up and man what a disappointment portion wise. Only x4 pieces of wings (quite small). And chips looked like an average portion, anyways what disappointed me most was the ribs. Definitely not fit for a king, it had no taste besides the bit of sauce that was on it. Unfortunately it was a huge let down because i was mostly looking forward to those. Otherwise the taste of the Wings and burgers we’re very nice, and service was good too, 3 stars.

Gordon the manager is absolutely amazing and understanding. As soon as we walked in on a boring Tuesday night he had a big smile no great attitude and a great vibe. As someone who recently worked in hospitality it’s hard to find people like this. My pork was pink and cold he apologised immediately, agreed and was kind about it too. This guy it great and he was on the staff to correct their mistake and be better, but in an encouraging way instead of yelling at them. I’ve been coming here for years and never seen anyone as friendly and hard working as him. He deserves and a raise and some recognition! Gordon is a great bloke!

I also loved eating the Salmon Salad bowl which was really tasty and filling. The staff are friendly and helpful and it is conveniently located in the Westfield.

The best burger from Ribs and Burgers! I've dine in 3 other locations before but this branch does the best burger. The meat is well charred with grill marks while still having the meat patties pink in the middle! Bun is always fresh and toasted perfectly. Chips also came very well seasoned and crispy! Some stores sometimes serves slightly soggy chips. I would definitely be coming back in this branch soon!

Regular joint close to my house. Generally great burgers and chips here though I would recommend chicken burgers over meat as the meat patties I have eaten here have sometimes varied in their quality and preparation but any time that I've ordered chicken it has always tasted fresh and has been cooked to perfection. Never tried the ribs here as I'm not a fan of ribs in general. Staff are friendly and serving times are usually pretty good.

I would suggest ordering a large portion if you're really hungry. The beefs and lambs are halal too. Just ask the cashier when you pay to prepare it in a Halal way

Staff is friendly, but food is a bit pricey considering the burgers don't come with any chips or salad. Half rack ribs isn't substantial either. Lamb burger has an extremely strong lamb taste, might be overwhelming for some ppl.

So many burger joints have opened in the last couple of years but really none compare to Ribs & Burgers. Specifically the Eastgardens one because they are always consistent, have very friendly staff, kitchen and staff are hygienic, ingredients are fresh and their burgers are just full of flavour. I haven’t tried their ribs before because I’m not much of a fan of ribs in general but for all burger lovers out there please do not look past going to this place! I have been meaning to give R&B a review for a while because they truly deserve the good feedback for all their hard work they do to satisfy their customers. I didnt expect much as a visitor but wow. The food was good for a funky rubs and burger fast food blend. My mate had trouble ordering through the QR code but I didn't so we ordered off mine. Drinks came out within seconds and the burgers a few minutes later. Utterly delicious Very surprised and impressed. The only negative thing I'd say if I was pushed is the portion amounts of the chips are far too high, I ordered a small and it was enough for two people so maybe consider cutting them down 15% and save some food cost. Top job peeps, keep up the good work.

The food is good. Tonight I had a great experience at Ribs and Burgers, once I ordered my food one of the waiters made sure that I had a table big enough for three of us. Even though I was happy to share a table of two with my two boys he insisted we moved to a bigger table to make it more comfortable for us to eat. I really appreciated his efforts. Amazing service!

Went here for lunch and it was really nice. Not a huge store, but lovely atmosphere. Both my husband and mum gobbled up their burgers and said they were delicious. They were extremely professional and they continued to exhibit outstanding customer service, far beyond anything I have experienced at other restaurants. It is for these reasons that I have changed my two-star review to five stars. Please continue on providing delicious food and exemplary service, R&B! ORIGINAL REVIEW: Pretty disappointed with the lack of hygiene here, as evidenced by the appearance of a large cockroach at our table. While the staff were courteous and quick to respond to our requests, and the food was delicious, I cannot forgive this, and won't be dining here again.

Had deliveries twice from here, pork ribs first time. overall? The ribs were nice. Not outstanding but nice. Kind of left me wanting. But second time, mighty bacon and cheese with sweet potato fries and aioli. The fries were nice and crisp, which went great with the aioli. The burger was pretty much on point, only suggestion would be lower the heat or cook for a shorter time, a little overcooked on the outside but the flavours were bang on.

This place is often busy, especially on Friday or Saturday night, as you would expect. So I'd go when you're not starving and can wait a little while for a table. Or get a take away as we usually do. The service is excellent and the range of burgers pretty good. A stand out for us is the malted milkshake - it is delicious, thick and creamy!

This is my third visit to this establishment. The first 2 times I tried from the selection of burgers. On my 3rd visit I had the 450g steak. Ribs and Burgers has a clean well laid out menu as soon as you enter with the average burger at about $15 and other meals from about $20. There is a decent selection of beverages from behind the counter, mainly bottled water, Kombucha and beers. The burgers are filling and lightly seasoned. They include all the condiments and fresh ingredients of food that's made to order. I had a side of sweet potato fries, which were crisp enough, and aioli. The steak I ordered was medium, however I felt it could have used another 1-2 minutes on the grill. Overall the place is presentable and the staff are attentive. Worth visiting for a family lunch or dinner.

I have been here twice with my girlfriend and reading the other reviews I haven't come across any arrogance or bad service (Maybe I'm lucky). Food both times has come out reasonably quick, what I had both times was good quality the only problems I have are with the portion size and the prices. I'd probably have to order the cheeseburger 3 times over just to be full.

Went here last Sunday with my family for dinner and it's our first time trying at this restaurant. We didn't know what to order, so the manager here was serving us and recommended the wagyu bacon & cheddar burger, pork baby back ribs and their thickshakes. I was shocked with how fast the service was and the food was so tasty. The burger is juicy, ribs just falls off the bone and the best milo thickshake. The manager and the waitstaff's here are very friendly, always checking up on our table and other customers. Excellent service and with a great atmosphere ! Definitely would come back here again !

I like the allergy chart they have, which tells customer about possible allergy ingreidents they use. (the pink sauce in burgers contains peanuts, so you can ask them not to put it in). we tried the chicken burger, beef burger, pork ribs, cabbage/apple salad, and chips. We really liked the juicy burger and the ribs. all up $35 which we thought was really good value.

This franchise store is very well run. The restaurants have a cool theme they all run. Water is self serve. Freindly staff with fast service. The double cheese burger I ordered was very good. The restaurant is in the Westfield shopping centre, ground level. Highly recommended.

I had the Cajun chicken burger which was delicious-thin, seasoned chicken on a soft bun. The chips are a must-have addition to the meal. They had a fridge stocked with a few varieties of beer & wine, but were still waiting on their liquor license when we went just a week or two after opening. Ribs and Burgers is a large dine in restaurant, with the option of takeaway as well. They also do some home delivery through typical burger platforms. We have been to Ribs and Burgers a few times and we are protein lovers and are always keen for some meat, so we were super keen to check out the newly launched chicken burger range "Southern Chicken Burger" & "Grilled Chicken B.L.A.T". The Southern Chicken Burger has a juicy fried chicken breast, and the sauce is approachable and not too spicy. Topped with some cheese and fresh salad on a sesame seed bun and you’ve got yourself a great burger for lunch or dinner. The Chicken BLAT is a burger constructed with a sesame seed bun stacked with succulent grilled chicken breast, with bacon, lettuce and tomato. A classic burger with plenty of flavour. We accompanied this with some crispy and flavoursome fries and sweet potato fries served with aioli. They also have a range of sauce on the table to choose from which is great for thise loving variety and their sauce.
