Finally got the test these ribs. The meat fell off the bone and they are indeed very juicy. But there are no flavours at all. Why not spice it up a bit more? I will keep on looking for good ribs these guys did not meet my expectations. The side sallad instead of chips was amazing and the staff was very serviceminded.

Ribs and chips are great and delicious. The burgers were so-so, but had the same experience at other R&Bs so might be chain's fault rather than store. Beef patty is too lean and lacks seasoning, resulting in dry meat without the 'grilled' taste. Too much sauce (esp mustard) ends up being quite overpowering.

I thought the place was awesome! The staff were really friendly and the food was delicious. The location is smack bang in the middle of neutral bay. The ribs are a must. Oreo milkshake was some seriously thick goodness. Food 10, Drinks 9, Service 9, Atmosphere 7, Location 8. I’ll be back soon!

Came here for a Fri night bite with my husband and we ordered: 1. Milo Thickshake 2. Baby Back BBQ Pork Ribs with chips 3. Wagyu Burger with a fried egg 4. Extra side of chips All dishes were cooked perfectly with the ribs being tender and full of flavour. The thickshakes never fail to disappoint and I’ve only tried the Milo & Vanilla Malt flavours and love them both! So thick and creamy, just like drinking ice-cream! The crunchy pearls on top are always a big highlight! My husband’s Wagyu burger was perfect with the addition of the egg and the chips were crunchy and not at all soggy. Service was fantastic that night. Wait staff were attentive and fulfilled all requests quickly and the food came flying out very quickly too. The only downside was they didn’t clean our table quick enough the moment we finished so we were left there staring at our own mess for a while. I think they only clear tables once you leave. I also love that there’s a hand basin there for you to wash your hands along with the condiments that are available for your convenience such as extra sauces, toothpicks & etc. The decor and ambience in this restaurant is rustic diner especially with all the bench tables up the back. You feel that it’s a place that’s very suitable for groups and families. Will definitely return!

This place can be really hit and miss. We’ve ordered burgers a number of times for delivery and 50% of the time they’re EPIC! And the other 50% of the time they’re a complete let down (really small piece of chicken on a burger, overcooked meat, soggy chips). I find things seem to slip during the busier nights (like Friday and Saturday), but if you order during the week things are good.

Take away baby back ribs full rack and chili chicken wings. Ribs were tender and tasty but they were small for a full rack I could quite easily smash 2 and also quite light on the sauce. The chicken wings were good I'd get them again not really chili though. It's a good thing that I got the wings because I still would have been hungry even having eaten the chips too. Flavours are there but portions and saucins could use a boost.

Great food and even better service. Don’t know the name of the guy who was on (store manager?) but from finding us a great seat to bringing water and sauce for the kids chips was probably the best service I’ve had all summer. Burgers are a good size and unlike grill’d the kids meals are big enough for kids over 3. Food was fresh and flavourful. Will be back!

I went there for the Beyond Meat burger and other vegan options. Great service and the burgers were amazing. They even gave us a sample of there mushroom fable which we had to ask if they had accidentally given us meat. If you’re a vegan I highly recommend and if you’re not then give the meatless range a try you’ll be pleasantly surprised.

Well-organised and clean, upper class fast food. Food is above average, but at these prices it certainly should be! Servings of ribs especially are on the smaller side, and the accompanying cabbage salad is far too salty. Surroundings are pleasant, but not nice enough to go in a date. You can get a better meal at the same price elsewhere.

Easy to order at counter with moderately quick time to deliver food to table. Plate sizes were moderate and comfortable to eat, ribs had a lot of sticky sauce which made the meals tasty. Table clean up service could have been more prompt as empty plates were left on the table for 20+ minutes and the restaurant wasn’t under staffed. Good experience.

Went here a few times, besides the occasional short wait, the take away wasn't long and the table wait time was ok too. Once in its a long thing place with booths to sit and a few tables. The meals are great! the burgers are high quality and defiantly justify their price. I'm alway put off but wait times but that usually is the case for this area and why it gets 5 stars quality matches the price and experience! Tip: The sliders are fun, but not as filling as a single burger.

Tried their outlet in Star City and the burgers are awesome!! Definitely add the cheese to the Original burger, for one treat in a bun!! Or if you have the appetite try the bacon and cheese!! Unlike other chains you can control that calorie intake as chips are an option!! Prices aren't cheap, but the servings are sufficient for a weekday lunch!! Especially is followed by a small desert! Service is a little slower than expected, but you can be confident all is cooked fresh!! Next on my list is the naked burger...no carbs, high in protein the ultimate health snack...at least kind of!! Definitely worth a revisit, this is trip number two!!

Sooo good! The rack of ribs is enormous and so yummy. We came here for a birthday meal and everyone in our party was stuffed. The $9 portion of chips is enough for 3 people. Burgers are really reasonably priced and everything is delish. Definitely try it.

OK, lets call a spade a spade. It is fast food. But the BEST fast food you will ever find. Grilled salmon with salad, the chicken is grilled to perfection. Great chips and salads. The place has great character and is found at the back of the highly attractive Central Park building. Grosvenor St suffers no lack of good places to eat. This is a good addition for those that are fund of the gourmet burger trend. Walk up to the counter and order your burger with sides, either takeaway or to eat in the dark wooden interior. It's more of a corridor than a big room, which gives you a bit more privacy in the row of booths that stretches to the back wall. There are a number of beef, lamb, chicken and even veg choices. They're in the $18 range. And they're delicious. A huge pile of quality wagyu burger meat, sauce oozing between the layers, hot and juicy and tasty and crunchy. Between the massive burger and the side of salty chips I was stuffed. They have bottled beer and wine by the glass if you're eating in. I was here for a weekday lunch and it wasn't very busy at all, so I got served quickly.

I've been a fan of Ribs and Burgers since they first opened in Neutral Bay years ago. However I was extremely turned off by the quality of the food at The Star, to the point I jumped over to their competitor ; Grill. Desperate for a burger after a long run, I saw myself choosing RB over their neighbour 40m down the road. Service was abrupt ( Straight up at cashier in an annoyed tone, "You taking away?" No, I politely replied,"No, I'm dining in "!! ( and this is not because it's ten to ten. It's half 8pm with no one else. I don't need you to welcome me with red carpet but at least don't make me feel as if I'm intruding by eating in. Chose an original ; nothing much to report other than it was good. I missed it when the owner was around, checking on quality and proud of his product. It's still good don't get me wrong.
