Exceptional service here and COVID safe store. Food was good, the chips here are nice and crunchy. Ribs were not bad also, reasonably priced and a licensed place.

I love this place in the past but the last 3 times I went there, their burgers were terrible! 2 time it was hard and dry and the 3rd it was burnt and very salty. The quality of their loaded fries has also gone done. The last time I ordered, they added a ridiculous amount of cheese and sauce which was over powering everything else. So sad, they use to be so good.

The restaurant is centrally located in Zetland. Parking on street can be an issue. Option of 2 hr free parking available in the mall car park opposite to the restaurant. The food was neatly presented and tasted great. Service by the staff member was excellent. He took good care of us and was friendly and polite throughout our stay. With a name such as this, you would expect that this place can deliver excellent ribs and burgers. The ribs are well marinated with the meat literally falling off the bone which is an excellent indication of how well they are cooked. Didn’t try their burgers this time but their grilled chicken is succulent and juicy and is accompanied by a tasty side salad.

My wife, our younger son and I chose to eat here on Saturday, February 17, 2018 as we saw a queue of customers. I ordered Pork St Louis (Smoky Barbecue Basting) at AUD19.90 with chips. The taste of the pork ribs and the famous chips went beyond our high standards! Postscript 1 We came here again the following Sunday morning at 11:am when it opens. I ordered the Boneless Beef with the chips at AUD17.50 and my wife Golden Tender (Chicken) at AUD 12.50. They were all very delicious and the services were great! Postscript 2 My wife and I came during tea time on February 21, 2018 for the Pork St Louis again. Adam’s service, like his colleagues, was very friendly! Postscript 3 My wife and I had brunch here on September 22 and 25, 2018. We liked their famous chips and meat, although prices seemed to have gone up. We were probably their earliest customers on the days - at 11:00.

Taking a point away because the price point is a bit too high specially for burgers. Take away orders can take anywhere between 25-30 minutes depending on time so I recommend ordering ahead.

The Beyond old school is the best vegetarian burger I ever had. My partner is a meat eater and loved it too. Well presented, prepared quickly and tasty. Their gluten free bun is a bit disappointing as it’s too large for the patty. Looking forward to seeing vegan options in the menu!

We paid > $17 for BBQ wings (not including delivery - this was the price of the dish) and while they were tasty we received 4 medium/standard wings, equating to > $4 a wing... The burgers seem to have gotten smaller too which is a shame. Again, decent food but the pricing needs to be reviewed.

This place should be Ribs, burgers & WRAPS!!! I only get wraps from this place. The fluffy chicken and mayo wraps are amazing. It’s dangerous because I live right next door and if I’m too lazy to cook, before I’ve even thought about it, I’ve opened the ribs and burgers app ,selected chicken and mayo wrap and I’m wandering over the road to pick it up. Great price at $10.95 and sometimes it is just too easy. They take their time to cook the chicken properly so I’d suggest booking ahead otherwise it’s a 15 minute wait

Yesterday me and a group of friends had a great experience with fast service and friendly staffs. Food was amazing, the ribs was super tender and juicy ! Pay Attention America, this is how you cook a burger!! The cheese burger here was better than most of the places in the US. The winner are the French Fries (chips): golden and crispy, not greasy and over salted. Perfection!! I need to come back and try the ribs.

I recently had ribs and burgers in zetland and I remembered why I didn't have it for a while...IT IS SOOO ADDICTING . I would say it is one of the best burgers you will have. I had the big cheeese wagyu and it melted in my mouth...every single bite felt like i was floating in burger heaven. The wait time was not long and staff were friendly. Only problem is if you're eating in , there appears to higher priority given to take away orders because meals take too long to come out ( you can see people come after you and order take away and leave before your food is served). Need external heaters for tables outside for cold nights (plus high rise buildings create cold draft outside for outside tables)

Staying in one of the plethora of apartments in the area, wandered down to the intersection outside east village to ribs and burgers. I'm highly critical of burgers, and these were fantastic. I had the southern fried chicken burger, and also on our table was the crispy chicken, and an old school (beef), and a kids tenderloins and chips. Everyone said theirs were fantastic also. Great little dimly-lit fitout with lots of carbon nanofillament incandescent bulbs. Good beer and wine selection, and in a rare occurence, ordered 3 glasses of wine and they suggested a bottle was better value. Would eat here again for sure.

The burgers are pretty good as far as burgers go, and there is nothing else in the nearby vicinity in respect of burgers except for a Hungry Jacks at the service station a fair trek away on foot. The Wagyu beef are pretty tasty, and the spiked shakes are not something you often see in Australia and are pretty freakin tasty and they don't scrimp on the bourbon. Been before and will go again.

This place has friendly and speedy service! We ordered a few items including the wing feast and steak. Firstly the steak wasn't that nice and was actually quite chewy despite it being medium rare. The wings and ribs are good and the salad was surprisingly nice.
