Worth a visit. Delicious churros but the stand out is the friendly staff. My friend and I were greeted by the owner/manager with a warm and attentive manner. When approaching the counter twice other staff members were very quick to acknowledge and serve us. When I wanted to order a glass of oat milk, they were happy to bring that up despite it not being a menu item. Lovely service that makes you want to visit again!

My wife and I went for a walk after dinner and stumbled upon this lovely place to have dessert. We were given a table straight away by the owner, who was so helpful and accommodating despite how busy it was inside! We ordered the waffle with vanilla ice cream and maple syrup and 2 espressos. The coffee was delicious and so was our dessert. Overall we had a very happy experience and also loved their hot chocolate mugs, so we purchased some for us!

When I am craving for churros, nothing beats Sun Churro. I am happy that they can keep their standard and quality. First time I tried their churros was more than 10 years ago and until now they still have the same quality. The churros are crispy outside but soft and fluffy inside. The chocolate dipping is thick and creamy, so good! It's a bit pricey compared to other desserts shop but I dont mind to pay more for their delicious churros.

We always order Churros Fiesta and are usually able to leave the place without wasting a single piece of churro and drop of chocolate/caramel. I used to come here years ago and didn't rate it that highly then, however, they must have changed owners recently. Walked in and was immediately greeted by one of the staff. They were super helpful and friendly. Our order came out super quick but also high quality. Would come back again :)

The churros are good, the variety of chocolate sauces is good too and cater for vegans. Coffee is nice and cold shakes too. The reason they lose a star is because every time I go some of the staff are not knowledgeable and every time I have been the venue is not so clean. Tables should always be cleaned and wiped down after a customer leaves, in preparation for the next customer.

Like veritable children in a sweet shop, when visiting San Churro our eyes glazed over with hungry sugar-craving delight. When gazing upon the menu, the chocolates on display and the gelato in the freezer making a choice seemed almost impossible. We had plenty of time to kill prior to a movie-date and the sun was shining so we were already in a good mood. The lady serving was exceptionally friendly and helped us with our desire to indulge, when we went for a “create your own sundae” option. The number of possibilities was staggering! Following a theme guided us to a pleasing result; chocolate, chocolate and more chocolate. A trio of chocolate ice creams (white, dark and milk) was then bedecked by brownie, chocolate-coated pretzel, fudge sauce and flakes. I was actually worried it would be too much for us to bite off, but as it happened it was the perfect sized treat to be shared by the two of us. We are very keen to return with friends to share a dessert platter as there seem to be multiple options for friends to enjoy sweet times here.

It's by far my favorite. Hot chocolate are really good too. In more, the place is cleaner than san churro of bondi beach. So you may start your "San churro adventure" in Glebe for sure!

A warm and cosy place to settle in for some indulgent drinks or desserts with friendly, casual service. There is a range of cakes on display & all look tempting. The hot chocolate is a must, rich & comforting. The build your own ice cream cones are super cute & mini sized so great for kids or a small treat. The macaron sandwich tower is so cool to look at and tastes sweet & light. The churros comes out hot and is super crispy and you can choose which chocolate you want to accompany it (white, milk or dark). The death by chocolate cake is dense and rich and very chocolatey and very satisfying.

This place was basically deserted when we ate here, so perhaps that's why I'm not scoring highly. Plus the staff behind the counter appeared bored, inattentive and were scrolling on their phones. But they were also friendly. We had a churros share plate; enjoyable but kinda basic. The choc-hazelnut dip we chose was nice, but barely a hint of hazelnut. I like my choc hazelnut infused dishes, bold, solid and creamy and this dip wasn't. The second dip we chose was peanut butter. Great peanut butter flavour, but too thick 2 dip churros, so ultimately lacking that luscious indulgent feel that u want with a dish like this. Bit hey, basic churros yr thing? Then I won't b disappointed here...

I love the location of this cafe shop, they also open up to late and you can seat there whole day long. If you are a chocolate lover this is a right place. Don't forget to try their churros as it is the best with their french hot chocolate. Nothing like a hot chocolate to cheer up a cold winter night and the Chocolateria San Churro does one of the best you'll find. Perfect for a winter warmer, San Churro's does ridiculously indulgent Spanish style hot chocolates and churros - a deep-fried waffle-stick dipped in chocolate - that will bust your diet in the nicest possible way. The cafe itself is small and cosy but can be bit on the noisy side. It tends to be very busy on Thurs and Fri night with people enjoying romantic date nights but weekdays are a lot quieter.

This has got to be my favourite San Churro branch in Sydney. The service here was wonderful, staff were friendly, unobtrusive and seemed happy to be there- as opposed to just working mindlessly for pay. This gave the place an inviting atmosphere that would make you comfortable to just stay there and do work on your notebook or just chill. Staff were accomodating in regards to requests; dont want fruit with your churros, rather icecream, no problem- they'll change it for you. First visit here i came with a scoopon voucher which i used up front - i dont feel like this changed the service i received, which is good. Most places would skimp on what you ordered or instantly change their attitude towards you.

We swung in here after a lovely dinner at Baja Cantina, and just wanted a quick cold treat to finish off the evening. Because we'd already eaten a huge meal next door, we didn't have any of their chocolates or pastries, so I can't comment on those until I get back in here. But I did have a scoop of their tres-leches ice cream in a white chocolate cone, and it was a nice way to finish of the evening. I thought the flavor was a little more subtle than I would have hoped for, but the texture and consistency were good. I think because I prefer gelato so much more, ice cream just always feels too heavy for me now, but that's my issue not theirs. Anyway, not bad, and the pricing was ok. As some other commentors have said, it feels a little like Starbucks in here, but that's for you to decide, we liked it for the ice cream.
